Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX Chase offered a XXXX pt welcome bonus for their XXXX Checking account. Here are the details : https : //accounts.chase.com/consumer/banking/online/sapphireUR? XXXX & XXXX & XXXX I applied XXXX Checking account in XX/XX/XXXX and transferred over XXXX USD cash and securities combined around XX/XX/XXXX, which satisfied their condition to get the welcome bonus. I still did not received the points until XX/XX/XXXX. I talked with the clerks in the branch twice. 1st conversation happened on ( about ) XX/XX/XXXX. One of the clerks reviewed my deposits. The clerk thought what I had done satisfied all the requirements and then escalated my case. After that I found my XXXX monthly fee was returned but no points were received. 2nd conversation happened on XX/XX/XXXX. Another clerk reviewed my case and thought I was qualified for the welcome offer. After that the clerk escalated my case again. No response was received until XX/XX/XXXX. Will attach the document ( XXXX info contained ) if necessary in next steps.

Complaint: On more than one occasion my bank ( Chase ) has charged me multiple overdraft fees towards my account. And it has to do with the way they process charges as they hit my account. They will take the largest item first, which will overdraw my account, and then charge smaller items afterwards. Back on XX/XX/XXXX, this very same thing happened. We had a balance of {$130.00} and I had 3 charges come in to my accountone for {$350.00}, one for {$69.00} and another for {$46.00}. The bank ran all of these in that order and subsequently charged me 3 overdraft fees in the amount of {$34.00} each. When I called to complain about this practice they said they do it that way because they feel that larger items are more important items like house payments, car payments, etc. The bank has reimbursed us before for this practice, but told me this is a one-time courtesy and will not do it again. Had those charges been done in reverse order, we would have had only one charge. In my opinion, as well as the rep from your agency, this is a shady business practice and a way for a bank to make more money off of people struggling to make it through until payday!! And this continues to happen to this day

Their investigation did not fix an error on your report
Complaint: To whom it may concern Somewhere in XX/XX/XXXX my credit card account with Chase Bank was signed up for E-statements. I never approved that. Therefore, I did not receive my statements. My email address was, at the same time, spammed with hundreds of emails from Chase stating : Your point transfer is now complete. ( please see enclosed ). It seems that all this was a Chase computer glitch associated with my credit card account. All this had caused me to be unaware that my account had an outstanding balance. Therefore, the balance was not paid and it was a bit over 90 days late. Once I was made aware of it, I made a payment right away. I am applying for a mortgage and this matter was very urgent to me. I contact my Chase Bank manger but unfortunately he was not able to help. On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted Mrs. XXXX from The Chase Credit Card Executive office and was told that this matter will be investigated and I will be notified with results within the next few days. The following few days I tried following up a few times but I never got a response. On XX/XX/XXXX I got a phone call from Mrs. XXXX that unfortunately Chase is not willing to remove the 90 day late from my credit report even though she basically admitted that it seems like this was a bank error. It is very clear to me that I never signed up for Estatements and never gave consent, so there for I never received my statements. ( They were not even properly delivered to my inbox as I was spammed with hundreds of emails from Chase ).

Complaint: I have two Chase checking accounts. I needed to make a payment to XXXX as quickly as possible to get money on the card for my child who was traveling. When I authorize the payment to XXXX Card the balance was well above the {$500.00} that I authorized. However Chase allowed another payment to another vendor to go through. On XXXX side they attempt the {$500.00} payment twice before they cancel it, and during this time they don't allow me to make any other payments. Chase is essentially saying that I should have known that the balance reflected on the mobile app is not accurate, that I should have known that an automatic payment to the third vendor was going to occur at the same time and that they can't help me. Essentially they admitted that the balance shown in real time on the mobile app is not accurate.

Complaint: Chase Credit Services fails to recognize that I have liquidated the account. I have made on time payments since the 2014 EVER SINCE THE ACCOUNT WAS LIQUIDATED chase is reporting the account negatively even-though the payments are being made on time. Chase failed to correct the credit report and claims that the payment is delinquent for 2 months. They are doing this for 2 of my accounts with them. At this point i will sue chase if they don't correct or delete my account. Thank you

XXXX sold my account to a third party, XXXX XXXX which I did pay for less than balance in XX/XX/XXXX. Not updated or noted on my report. XXXX XXXX sold one of my loans to XXXX XXXX, which I settled for less than the balance in XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX will not note it. They did on my other loan.

Complaint: I received a notice from Chase Bank that they are increasing my mortgage payment by {$100.00} per month due to an escrow analysis they did. They said they require a " cushion '' amount. I did not apply for the mortgage through Chase at Closing. My mortgage was sold to them. There was no required " cushion '' with the original lender. I am a XXXX senior citizen on a fixed income and I can not afford the {$100.00} per month increase. Now I fear I will lose my house. I thought the increase was a result of removing my car from XXXX XXXX who also holds my homeowners policy so I put my car back with XXXX XXXX and sent the refund to Chase Bank for the escrow account but Chase is now saying the {$800.00} payment did not decrease the monthly mortgage payment. Please help.
