Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 Around XXXX I went to the chase Atm to withdraw XXXX from the Atm.
The ATM did not dispence any cash, however upon checking with my financial institution XXXX was withdrawn from my account from the chase Atm.
I contacted chase about the Atm malfunction the representative told me to chase doesn't no handled claims for customers that do not bank with chase.
I then call a third time to file a reg XXXX claim and the representative advised that there was nothing chase can do.
I would like to be refunded.

Complaint: I have a credit card with CHASE CARD. I have always made my payments on time. For some reason, I realized that there was a late payment on my credit report, I called CHASE CARD and they said their system automatically put me on paperless billing, which I did not request. I was awaiting letter in the mail all this time just to find out their system had an error. As you can see, I have always had a stellar payment record with this company. I tried contacting both XXXX, XXXX, and CHASE CARD with no successful resolution. XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX only reporting me 30 days late. There was definitely an error on their part. I was never 30 days late.

Problem during payment process
Complaint: I opened a Chase Card for my wife. The card account number is XXXX. I have never been late and made every payment on time. I have paid off the balance in full each month. I monitor this card from my account profile at Chase Bank. I have made every payment from this profile and every payment has been early. In the beginning of XX/XX/XXXX Chase restricted my profiles access to the account. This is particularly a problem right now since I am in the process of disputing a charge. I have attached that dispute summary to this file. Since Chase has Denied my access to this account I am required to mail this summary to chase or go into a branch and have the chase branch fax the dispute form in. If my personal profile had access to this account I could simply attach the response to a secure message in Chase.com. This has cost me at least two hours of time so far and is making it difficult for me to exercise my rights. My wife wants me to have access and is irritated with me because I am no longer able to take care of issues on this card without her. The Chase policy is making it more difficult for me to pay my bills and making it more likely I will be late on a payment, or fail to respond to dispute correspondence in a timely manner. Since I have never failed to pay the full statement balance on time and have not been charged any fees this action is clearly a means to make it more difficult for me to pay my bills and more likely to be charged fees.
It is in the best interest of the monetary system for people to be able to easily pay their bills. Having Banks create arbitrary rules that make it more difficult for consumers to pay their bills and more likely the bank will make fees has a negative impact on our monetary system. Can you please require chase to give authorized spouses access accounts. This is a joint account that I share, have a card issued in my name and have had access until XX/XX/XXXX. The fact that I need to take the time to write this complaint is sad and I hope the person at Chase who made this rule loses their job.

Periodically I use this card for purchase or cash withdrawal in the USA. The dollar amount I withdraw shows up as debt in my account ( equivalent XXXX XXXX ) On Tuesday, XX/XX/2019, I use this card with intention if withdrawing {$700.00} from Chase Bank ATM located at. :XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, ca terminal no.
What I got was a receipt which says the they have charged my account for {$700.00} BUT it also stated that We arent able to give cash right now. Please call us at XXXX I called the number, it was answered by Chase and was told that since I do not have an account with Chase they can not help me.
Not have an account with Chase I should go to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, in XXXX to resolve this issue.
I called the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, they told me that since the Chase receipt says that no cash was dispensed, I should request them to credit my account in XXXX the amount in XXXX rupees.
Since then I have been talking to local Chase branch, again to the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, even the Visa people, no one is able to get me the money.
Attached is a copy of the receipt I got from the ATM and the line item from my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX transaction detail showing that they have debated my account for Rs. Problem with fees
Complaint: I open a Freedom unlimited Chase credit card on XX/XX/2019. Once the account was opened, I proceeded to do a balance transfer. I read the document for the fees and mentioned a 3 % fee for balance transfers. After I did the balance transfer, the bank charged me a 5 % fee. I have repeatedly sent emails to them, but they keep saying that 5 % fee is standard. I showed them the documents that said 3 % and they continue to ignore it.
