Complaint: I set up an account with Chase Bank online on XX/XX/XXXX, I was given a direct deposit form from the banks website that had a routing number that was no longer in use by Chase Bank ( XXXX ). I was told today that this routing number has not been used since XXXX of XXXX. Chase bank sees the direct deposit in their bank under the above routing number and the proper account number. Even though they admit their are are in error they are telling me the earliest I may see my money is XX/XX/XXXX or after. This is causing a financial hardship on myself and my family. I do believe by Chase bank providing me incorrect information is a form of fraud on there part. The routing should have been removed from their website when it was no longer and use. I also feel that when I spoke with Chase Bank on XX/XX/XXXX the money should have been put into my personal account since this was an error created by Chase Bank, and not making me wait tell Chase bank gets around to fixing the mistake at their convenience.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I obtained a mortgage from Washington Mutual Bank, FA., which is currently insured by XXXX XXXX XXXX Title Policy XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, JP Morgan Chase Bank, NA, claiming to be the predecessor-in-interest to Washington Mutual Bank, FA, filed a foreclosure action ( index No. XXXX ) against me in XXXX XXXX XXXX Supreme Court. On XX/XX/XXXX, the XXXX XXXX XXXX Supreme Court dismissed JP Morgan Chases foreclosure action ; ruling that JP Morgan Chase Bank, NA did no prove it was the predecessor-in-interest of my Washington Mutual Bank, FA mortgage.
Instead of adhering to New York Consolidated Laws, Civil Practice Law and Rules - CVP 5513 ( the appeal process ), on XX/XX/XXXX JP Morgan Chase Bank, NA arbitrarily entered into the XXXX XXXX XXXX Department of Finance/Office of the City Register record a mortgage assignment, whereby assigning my Washington Mutual Bank, FA mortgage to JP Morgan Chase Bank, NA. On the same date of XX/XX/XXXX, JP Morgan Chase Bank, NA then assigned my Washington Mutual Bank, FA mortgage to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as Trustee. Slighting the XXXX XXXX XXXX Supreme Courts XXXX XXXX, XXXX foreclosure ruling, on XX/XX/XXXX, JP Morgan Chase Bank, NA secured XXXX XXXX Insurance Policy # XXXX on my Washington Mutual Bank, FA mortgage/property. To date, JP Morgan Chase has not recorded its XXXX XXXX Insurance Policy into the XXXX XXXX XXXX Department of Finance/Office of the City Register system. On XX/XX/XXXX, approximately seven years four days after JP Morgan Chase Bank, NA had filed its year XXXX foreclosure complaint against me, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as Trustee followed suite and filed a foreclosure ( index no. XXXX ) against me in XXXX XXXX XXXX Supreme Court, which is currently ongoing. To date, JP Morgan Chase Bank, NA has not provided to me, XXXX XXXX XXXX Supreme Court, or the XXXX XXXX XXXX Department of Finance/Office of the City Register any legal evidence that is in fact the predecessor-in-interest of my Washington Mutual Bank, FA, which I obtained on XX/XX/XXXX.

Didn't receive advertised or promotional terms
Complaint: I applied for a Sapphire Preferred Credit Card under the impression that the promotional benefits were XXXX points for {$4000.00} spend in 3 months and 0 % APR for 12 Months. I got my points but didn't realize I was being charged interest until my 4th month in. I brought this up with Chase 's credit card department and they said they have never offered this promotion. I found the ad I saw before applying and brought this up. They don't maintain a record of their advertisements, according to the agents I spoke to, so it came down to their word. I feel taken advantage of in this case.

Complaint: My complaint is about a Chase representative who lied to me and provided me with false contact information.
I previously filed a separate complaint against Chase because I was unable to open an account online, despite their advertising that one could open an account online. ( complaint ID XXXX ) This complaint is because on XX/XX/XXXX I received a voicemail response from a Chase rep " Greetings, this message is for XXXX XXXX. And this is XXXX with Chase Bank executive office. This is just an acknowledgement call to inform you that we have received your concerns from the cfpb, and we will be responding to you and to the cfpb by the due date in the event that you have any questions for me. You can reach me at XXXX XXXX. My extension is XXXX, and my hours are from XXXX XXXX To XXXX XXXX Central Standard Time Monday through Friday. Thank you and have a good day. '' I called that number extension XXXX, and asked to speak with XXXX. The man who answered said that there are several XXXX who work in the executive office ( yeah, right ) and asked me for his last name, which I didn't know. He also said that the extension was incorrect, as their extensions are 7 digits long ( yeah, right ). He claimed that he was unable to find my complaint and therefore was unable to help me.

Complaint: This credit card was my fathers card. He added me as a signor but I never applied for credit to be included on the account. I did not use the card. My father passed away XX/XX/XXXX. Since then they have tried to collect the debt from me and reported it on my credit. I have disputed this with all credit bureaus. After multiple times, Chase agreed to remove the information on my account. However in XX/XX/XXXXthey hit me again on my taxes with a cancellation of debt form 1099-C in the amount much less than what shows on credit report still in XX/XX/XXXX.
Still to date, this shows as a negative closed unpaid account on my credit. How many times can they impact me negatively through my fathers card? Enough!
