Complaint: I am going thru a Family Hardship causing my house to fall into foreclosure. I decided to withdraw funds from my XXXX XXXX 401K Retirement plan to avoid to loose my roof. XXXX XXXX issued the tranfer via " ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER ( AFT ). XXXX Issued tranfer on XX/XX/2019 by " electronic check number # XXXX for the amount of {$11000.00} ( Before taxes ) for the 2019. The Net amount to be deposited into my JP MORGAN DIRECT DEPOSIT ACCOUNT ENDING IN # XXXX WAS $ XXXXnet. ( after taxes ). On XX/XX/2019 started the transfer process. Approximately by XX/XX/2019 ( the 3rd business day the {$8200.00} funds were supposted to be in my direct deposit JP Morgan account ending in # XXXX. XXXX XXXX did an error by depositing the funds into a " INCORRECT CLOSED UNKNOWN ACCOUNT IN JP MORGAN ''. I opened a claim # XXXXwith JP MORGAN. I requested JP morgan to reverse the funds inmmediatly to XXXX, so they can issue a new check to send us asap. or to deposited the funds to my correct account ending # XXXX. JPMorgan said they cant reverse funds unless XXXX send JPM a letter of Indemnity. but XXXX dont do this letter. Its been 30 days that ChaseJPMorgan continue to keep our funds and not release them that causes us multiple overdraft charges, cancelling our car insurance, missed out deadline to pay our Mortgage to avoid foreclouse, didnt pay our car payment etc. On XX/XX/2019 I scalated this complaint to JP MORGAN ARIZONA COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT. because Chase JPM already closed the case without letting us know or without given us a solution or an answer. ( we didnt know ). I got a call from ARIZONA COMPLAINT DEPT week of XX/XX/2019 by XXXX XXXX with no solution but to wait. On XX/XX/2019 I decided to write an email to her boss Ms XXXX XXXX XXXX to scaled the my claim to have my voice heard. i send her via email, proof of bank statements with overdraft fees, proof of car isurance cancellation, crying out im loosing my roof etc. On XX/XX/XXXX, also XXXXXXXX XXXX and i did a 3x way calling with XXXX XXXX and she said that this call was sccaled to her boss that due to this letter it was scaled to the executives Of chase Jp Morgan and i have to keep waiting. its been 30 days that JP MORGAN CHASE IS KEEPING MY FUNDS. all they have to do is to " reject the transaction " so XXXX XXXX can mail us a new check to us next day delivery. Chase dont want to realease the funds with no reason? Please help. im loosing my family roof ... ..
Note : I contacted today againTODAY XX/XX/2019 with XXXX XXXX. They adviced me that on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX did a request to JPMORGAN to " Reverse the funds to be sent it to the appropiate account holder ( Me ) " attempt was " EFT REVERSAL WAS MADE '' IT WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL.

Complaint: My identity was stolen and several accounts were opened fraudulently under my name. My checking account was compromised and money was taken. Ive had to close and open new bank accounts. Ive requested that these accounts be removed from my credit report and I have been unable to have this request fulfilled.
For example XXXX XXXX XXXX is reporting a account that is not mine on all 3 of my credit reports.
For example I have disputed this with the credit reporting agencies and they advise that the creditor states the information is verified but neither the credit reporting agency or the creditor will provide any information other than saying they have verified the account.
I have disputed this several times with the credit reporting agencies and have received no actual data to verify this or other accounts that were opened without my knowledge. Every dispute is closed stating the creditor verified the information but I receive absolutely no documents to prove this is my account. I will be suing soon.

Complaint: MY NAME IS XXXX XXXX. I AM XXXX YEARS OLD SND HAVE BEEN A VICTIM OF FRAUD ON ALL MY CREDIT CARDS. I EVEN HAD TO CHANGE MY BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER. THERE IS A COMPANY CALLED XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX THAT HAS GOTTEN A HOLD OF MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD 2 TIMES XX/XX/XXXX {$12000.00} AND XX/XX/XXXX $ XXXX WAS TOLD THAT THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY WAS GOING TO REFUND THE {$18000.00}. I THEN RECEIVED A PHONE CALL STATING THAT THEY CAN'T REFUND ME BECAUSE OF THE LENGTH OF TIME THAT THE MONEY WAS PAID. I HAD CHARHES FROM THIS SAME COMPANY THAT CHARGED MY OTHER 2 CREDIT CARDS VISA AND XXXX. THEY BOTH REFUNDED MY MONEY. I THEN CALLED THE CC COMPANY WITH MY FRIEND XXXX AND WE SPOKE TO XXXX AND SHE THOUGHT WE WERE ON HOLD BUT HEARD HER LAUGHING AND TALKING ABOUT ME. SHE SAID I WOULDN'T REMEMBER ANYTHING NEXT MONTH. SHE WAS TAKING ADVANTAGE IF A SENIOR CITIZEN AND SHE DISRESPECTED ME. I HAVE BEEN A CLIENT OF THIS CC COMPANY FOR YEARS AND REALLY FELT TERRIBLE.WHY ARE THESE COMPANIES TREATING A XXXX XXXXEAR OLD LADY LIKE THIS.

Complaint: I called the Chase Sapphire credit card number before I applied. I asked if the annual fee would be waived and whether I could submit the salary of the job I will be starting in XX/XX/XXXX. They read me a statement about the information you can include for salary and it specified that you can include income you expect to receive. Then they transferred me to someone who said the annual fee was waived the first year.
I signed up later that day for a credit card and got approved. Today, they charged me the annual fee. When I called, they said they had no way of looking up who I spoke to on the phone, said that the waiver of the annual fee was a promotion that ended in XX/XX/XXXX and refused to waive the annual fee the first year.
