Complaint: I went to deposit a check from my previous employer and while depositing that check the ATM did not fully complete the transaction due to the check getting stuck in the slot which wasnt my fault. About 3 weeks later I received a notification that my account was on a negative. CHASE took the credit of the funds back without properly investigating the claim and the situation. Chase bank stole XXXX $ from my account and didnt care to further investigate.

Complaint: I received a XXXX to switch XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/19. After carefully discussing with the surgeon what I wanted and getting his OK. We set that date. As soon as I wake up I noticed something was wrong, I called the surgeon and he explained a smaller size had to be put in and not to worry. Three days later when I went to the post op I explained I was not happy as I did not want that size and I specifically said what I wanted and he didnt say no. The office basically said I need to pay {$1000.00} more to get the size I want and that its basically my fault. When I opened the dispute with my bank I explained all of this letting them know what I wanted and showing proof of what I received. I sent a letter from a different doctor stating the size I wanted was perfectly fine for my body and I posed no risk. I also sent a quote from the new doctor. I never signe anything agreeing to the size I currently have so I dont understand how the bank is telling me I can not get my money back and that the doctor is right!! I am baffled it seems to me like this doctor knew I was not gon na be happy and thought I was gon na pay more! It cost me {$4800.00} of my hard earned money and now I am dissatisfied with goods I didnt want bad service and no money!! The bank I have is CHASE

Complaint: I bank with Chase, all my bank accounts are with them and Chase reported a late payment to my credit, this was a mistake. This all started when my car got broken into and my purse was stolen from my car, the thieves used my credit cards and checks to commit fraud, Chase closed and re issued my bank account and credit cards, before this happened my accounts were all set up on automatic payment and my bank statements were set up paperless, after chase reported a late payment to my credit I found out that they reissued new accounts but never linked the services properly as I had before the robbery. One of my credit cards got a charge from XXXX of {$30.00}, since I was under the impression that I had automatic payment I just trusted that the balance would be paid, this did not happen. After the balance was past due over 30 days, chase contacted me to tell me I owed a balance, I paid immediately, they still reported the late payment to my credit. I contacted Chase 's credit reporting department, they read all the notes of the robbery, they even saw that notifications of my monthly statements were not even coming into my email as their system shows that emails are being rejected by the server for some reason, I showed them that I paid on immediately when I was notified, they saw the balance on my personal checking account and business checking account, still, this was not enough for them to remove the late payment report. I am in the process of refinancing my home, my credit dropped by 40 points because of Chase 's negligence and this is affecting me tremendously.

Complaint: I have for 12 years or longer, have taken every course available to me, to try and FIX what is WRONG with this account. I have used XXXX. ( on two separate occasions ) who was not able to get any positive results for me. I tried and was approved twice for the H.O.P.E. Program. How, this one failed, is that the LENDER and all other entities who are involved on my deed, do not participate in the GOVERNMENT PROGRAM. Now, how is that FAIR, for the people who are still loosing their homes to nothing but FRAUD 'S. Next, my CHAPTER XXXX, and what happened here is CRIMINAL. I have all the ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS. The actual Complaint is : J.P. MORGAN / CHASE, can not prove what happened to my payments, and I am going to say this, every time they send me a NEW ACCOUNT HISTORY, it's only gets worse. I am sending you documents that show the ending balance of the principle, when Mortgage It, sold the loan after two years. When J.P. MORGAN / CHASE purchased the loan, they show the beginning balance of {$120000.00}. When actually it was, {$120000.00}. That's FRAUD. This is the 2nd request for J.P. MORGAN / CHASE via a C.F.P.B. Complaint, to show the Chapter XXXX payments coming in and being applied to my loan. Now, this is important. On the last complaint, I was speaking to XXXX XXXX from CHASE. This is a true quote of what was said. XXXX was speaking to me only about the Chapter XXXX payments. I advised XXXX that not only was Chapter XXXX missing that almost all my payments were gone. They put them into SUSPENSE from what I can tell they got gone. XXXX said he was going to follow-up with these documents ( accounting history ) and I said I already got them and have gone through them and I don't see any payments. I then said to XXXX, I would suggest that you do them same. XXXX said, I did, and I said well, did you see any payments, XXXX said NO. He admitted that there was no record of the Chapter XXXX payments and wanted ME to help him by faxing my documents of proof over to him. Sounds Fraudulent to me.NOT SURPRISING. So, I advised XXXX how the payments were made via, GARNISHMENT, through my company every single week {$360.00}. I told XXXX that he would have to contact the TRUSTEE. Please take time to look at the pages numbered 1-5. The In-House modification called " CHAMP '', Chase added in {$39000.00}, when I asked in an earlier complaint, I was advised fees due to the Lender, no proof of these. On page 5, of Chase 's answer of the last complaint. Chase indicates that those fee totals, are {$12000.00}. I have originals showing Chase charging my account XXXX, many many times as a CORPORATE ADVANCE, I believe is what the description of the charge. There is so much FRAUD, I can not believe that someone is not helping me at all on this.

Complaint: I had visited XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, PA on XX/XX/2019 with my girlfriend and some of her friends and sat down at a table. Our server ordered/brought our drinks to us at our table. That night I spent {$100.00} on my card, including tip, and left around XXXX. As I left and got into my XXXX, I was notified by Chase Fraud that I had two more charges to my debit card from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I immediately called and disputed the charges, they reversed the payments and credited my account for the total of the two transactions of {$100.00}. Then Sunday, XX/XX/XXXX, I get a letter from Chase saying that upon further review/investigation the transactions were authorized and they'll be deducting the credit from my account. I know for a fact that I did not sign three separate receipts that night and only spent the {$100.00} that I did not dispute. I called back Chase to argue about this and they said theres nothing they can do since the company provided them with receipts of the three transactions that supposedly have my signature. I asked them to send the transactions/receipts to me so I can compare the one receipt that I signed to the other two that I know for a fact I did not sign. I received the documents in the mail and the signatures do not match whatsoever. But since the restaurant provided them with receipts from that night using my card and there were signatures on the receipts theyre saying they cant help me.

Sent a second letter for verification that account was in fact mine. Received letter on XX/XX/2019 saying account was not found. Pulled report again on XX/XX/2019 and account is still on report and not disputed. Chase Card Services has not provided proof that this account belongs to me, then after asking for proof they send a letter stating that there is no account found. I demand this be removed from the credit bureaus as it has a negative impact on all reports.

Complaint: My business partner and I opened a Chase Total Business Checking account on XX/XX/2018 with {$200.00} in cash. We subsequently deposited a {$10000.00} check in late XXXX from our first contract. Without warning, our account was closed. We immediately went into the Chase location where we opened the account and were informed that the account was closed for " Suspected Fraudulent Activity '' which after further discussion was revealed to be the addition of a comma in the name of our business on the check we deposited. ( Our official name is XXXX XXXX XXXX. The check was made out to XXXX XXXX, XXXX. ) We were told that the initial {$200.00} cash deposit would be returned to us via check. It was. We were also told that the {$10000.00} check was not cashed, and so our client would need to stop payment and reissue the check to us. However, when our client went to do so, it was discovered that the {$10000.00} check was cashed by Chase. We have tried multiple times over eight months to resolve this issue, however we end up on hold with Chase for hours at a time. They have not responded to our numerous attempts to rectify the issue.
