Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement
Complaint: I hold a Chase Sapphire Reserve credit card and have used it consistently for roughly two years. I pay a {$450.00} annual fee to do so. On XX/XX/2019, I attempted to book travel through the Chase travel service, one of the benefits of the card. After an hour of poor service, the Chase representative ultimately billed me in duplicate 11 times, {$68.00} each time for a total of {$890.00}, both on my Chase card and on a separate XXXX card that they made me provide after being unable to bill my Chase card.
When I saw these pending I immediately called in was assured these charges would not be posted. They were all posted.
I was directed to contact their travel customer service at : XXXX.
I emailed Chase multiple times in XX/XX/2019, called in again multiple times, and was assured each time not worry.
After seeing no refund come through for any of the 11 duplicate charges, I have now emailed again multiple times in XX/XX/2019. My emails are no longer being responded to. Calling in, Chase representatives insist that I use the email.
As I write this on XX/XX/2019, the 11 duplicate charges totaling {$890.00} that Chase billed me on XX/XX/2019 have not been refunded and I am unable to get an adequate response from anyone at Chase.
Chase is a major institution and their credit card service is only a sliver of their business, but this conduct is unacceptable. I would not tolerate this from any business, let alone from a leading bank.

Complaint: Both XXXX and XXXX continue to include on their credit reports a Chase home equity line of credit ( HELOC ) account that was included in a Chapter XXXX bankruptcy that was filed over 7 years ago. Based on the Chapter XXXX filing date of XX/XX/XXXX, this item should no longer appear on my credit reports and should have been removed 7 years after the Chapter XXXX bankruptcy filing date. I have contacted XXXX, XXXX, and Chase with my dispute. XXXX was contacted in XX/XX/XXXXand XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX was contacted in XX/XX/XXXXand XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX and XXXX state their investigations involved following up with Chase and Chase told them the account information on the reports was accurate. On XX/XX/XXXX, I wrote a letter to Chase detailing my dispute and attached supporting documentation. As of XX/XX/XXXX, Chase has not responded to my letter. I have never received an explanation from XXXX, XXXX, or Chase as to why an account that was included in a Chapter XXXX bankruptcy filed over 7 years ago continues to be reported on my credit reports. To make matters even worse, the XXXX and XXXX credit reports state that the account will stay on the reports until XX/XX/XXXX which is over 12 years after I filed for Chapter XXXX bankruptcy and perhaps coincidentally almost exactly 7 years after my Chapter XXXX was discharged.

Complaint: Purchased flight with XXXX XXXX for {$510.00} on XX/XX/XXXX.
Airline went bankrupt before my scheduled flight XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX, so I filed a dispute with Chase as I never received the goods/service I paid for.
Disputes, correspondence, updates to claims, and phone calls were filed with Chase on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX.
Even more perplexing is that this was a family vacation. I booked my ticket separately on my own, my family booked theirs via XXXX on their own transaction, but they received a refund via chargeback from Chase, but I was denied.

Complaint: I sold my home secured by a mortgage that Chase was servicing on XX/XX/2019. After about 10 days I looked up my mortgage and discovered that it had not been paid off. The title company investigated and Chase mortgage eventually admitted that they got the payoff XXXX with a cover letter but it had no check in the package.
As a result of this, my payoff was delayed and the title company had to issue a new remittance with a XX/XX/XXXX payoff date as required by Chase. This error cost me about {$420.00} in interest plus a {$50.00} late fee.
The loan is now paid off but I asked Chase to explain to me why they did not call me or the title company so the problem could have been fixed on XX/XX/XXXX when the XXXX was received. Their response was basically we do not do this and tough luck for you.
I am complaining about the failure to notify me when they supposedly received a payoff letter with no check and the terrible service level that cost me a significant amount of money.

Complaint: I sent an email giving transfer information into my bank at Chase.com someone intercepted the message .... changed my email by adding an s to the end of it. my correct email is XXXX scam email was XXXX. added s to end they sent the email below to my recipient and then tried to change the bank info and account info.
My team was smart enough not to do the transaction without contacting me. BUT THIS WAS OVER a {$100000.00} transfer!!!!

Problem during payment process
Complaint: Earlier this year I had a family emergency that required me to be outside the USA for extended periods. In my absence, I had scheduled my Chase Visa payment to be automatically debited from my bank account. This payment was deducted from my checking account but not remitted to Chase by the bank 's processor. I contacted my bank and their automatic payment processor confirmed the payment errors were caused on their end. I inquired with Chase customer service who advised me earlier that this payment would not be negatively reported to the credit bureaus but I've discovered recently that it is being reported late. I have been a very loyal customer of Chase for over 15 years and never missed a payment. I made every attempt to make these payments on time and now I am being financially punished by Chase for the fault of another financial institution.

Complaint: closed acct when i have fico that is excellent due to non-use and I never rec 'd notification and not one person will assist me - been given run around since then and after a complaint I rec 'd a call from someone at chase. They left a voicemail saying they were investigating my case but would be on vacation from X to X. ( I kept the vm ) - why call me then and then be unhelpful??? I called her back despite this on XX/XX/XXXX and left a message. Never heard from this rep again but another that called while I was at work and left a message -- I called back left another message and never heard a peep since. I guess having excellent credit does not matter to banks. I honestly just don't get what you have to do anymore. I pay all my bills, keep my credit clean and am treated like a serf.
