I called several times to tell them that I did not authorized payment to the business establishment but they constantly refuse to reimburse. I spoke to account supervisor to explain my account did not even have enough funds to pay for the fraudulent check but they refused to reimburse me the funds. Please help me. My money is being stolen and my bank refuses to do anything about it.

Complaint: Reference continuance from Complaint # XXXX.Chase still has not issued a provisional credit and over 14 days have passed since notifying Chase. Chase went a step further and attempted to force me to fill out a paper form. Per Reg Z, if a Issuer accepts billing errors to be filed via phone, then they can not require another method of filing as well. Chase took no action on my account until they received the above referenced CFPB complaint on XX/XX/XXXX. At that time, they simply tagged the transactions and took no further action nor started an investigation. In addition to this, the card issued is a Visa Card, and therefore requires provisional credit to be issued within 10 days. As of today Chase has not taken any action to rectify this situation.

Complaint: Chase continues to give untruthful information regarding their closing of my account and continued contyact with me. After chase closed my acct for me being XXXX they continued to remind me of the discrimination by sending me unwanted emails that I can not unsubscribe to. Chase refuses to unsubscribe me and refuses to allow me to unsubsribe from their unwanted emails that again remind me of their discrimination. Chase lied in my last complaint saying ; " We previously responded to your concerns about the closure of your account in the enclosed letter dated XX/XX/2018. When your checking account was closed, your online profile remained active, which allowed for emails to be sent. Were sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. We have closed and deleted your online profile which will prevent emails to be sent out in the future. We have also taken steps to stop any marketing offers, including Our Neighbor marketing materials, to be sent to you. Please allow 90 days for mail, 30 days for phone, and 10 days for email marketing to cease due to campaigns already in progress. '' Now over 2 months later they continue to harass me with these emails. Today Chase sent yet another email and continues to deny me an accommodation under the XXXX. Chase refuses to delete my account info and continues to maintain it in their system causing these abusive emails and putting my personal info at risk. Since Chase can not control the emails how can they control unauthorized access to my personal info. I spoke with XXXX at Chase today who indicated Chase would keep my info. XXXX also said Chase did not do anything to stop the emails nor will they do anything to stop the emails. I was also told that Chase was now saving a voice file of my voice to help identify me. XXXX then hung up on me.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2018 our family was at XXXX XXXX in XXXX and someone stole my wallet, I was unaware it was taken until my husband and myself were notified of some large charges made on our credit cards Via text messaging on XX/XX/2018. We responded to the text messages by stating NO these charges were not authorized. The Chase Southwest Card was one of the cards that sent a text as well and they were CALLED immediately after they sent the notification and they were told the card was stolen and stated the charges were not authorized and to close the account. I had three cards in my wallet my ID, health insurance cards etc were taken. We contacted all three credit card companies that had been take. We closed al three credit card accounts as as our our bank and checking accounts. I filed a police report and had to get a new ID as well. The Unauthorized Charges were processed at XXXX XXXX stores in the XXXX area. Two of the three cards did send letters stating they did see these charges were not authorized and they credited our account. Chase Southwest is stating they will not credit our account and they find these charges valid after they reviewed our account. I have provided information several times to Chase Southwest card services on many occasions as they would not tell us what they needed up front. ( we provided all documentation requested to Chase Southwest to prove these were fraudulent charges ) Chase card service has a copy of our time cards, police report and our ID 's as well as other letters from the other credit card companies that stated they have found these charges as fraudulent and nothing has seemed to help them see these charges were not valid. We have contacted an attorney which wrote a letter on our behalf requesting they re consider the decision made as we have provided them with several documents to prove we did not authorize these charges and could had not possibly made these charges as we were at work. We are asking for help in this matter as we have been advised from our attorney file a formal complaint against Chase Southwest. Please find attached documents we have sent to Chase Southwest on many occasions, as documentation the charges are charges that we did NOT authorize. The only response we have received since the attorney sent the letter ( second time it was sent ) was a copy of our statement which had nothing to do with what the attorney had requested and no letter was attached.
