Complaint: On or about XX/XX/2017, my husband and I visit XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, Texas to purchase a vehicle. We explained to the sale man, XXXX that we only wanted to have our credit run ONCE due to going through mortgage process. The finance gentleman explained he ran our credit with XXXX XXXX.
We have since discovered our credit was run FIVE times. Twice with the same company. We have attempted to reach the dealership to discuss but to no avail. Multiple messages have been left with the owner/general manager, XXXX and the Sales Manager, XXXX. Neither of which will respond.
Multiple inquiries were NOT authorized for this transaction. Our credit was run with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX 2x XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Further the Finance Manager, XXXX stated the inquiry was only a SOFT inquiry. When infact, all of these inquiries are hard inquiries and effecting our credit.

Complaint: This inquiry was unauthorized. I have contacted all three credit bureaus as well as the company in question about removing these unauthorized transactions from my credit report. Whenever I am calling, I am told to just wait the 2 years for the inquiries to fall off and there's nothing that can be done to remove them. I have asked for company to provide documentation that shows where I authorized these inquiries, and the companies have refused to provide documentation, as well as refused to remove the inquiries.

Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX reported a 60 DAY late payment on my Credit.
I have returened my XXXX XXXX after lease was over to the dealer, on XX/XX/XXXX.
On XX/XX/XXXX i received a collection letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX that i have a balance of {$220.00} for bumper damage on my car. Which i paid the same day hoping that they will not report to credit bureaus.
The problem is that when i was returing the car back in XX/XX/XXXX at the dealer they told me that i do not owe any money to XXXX XXXX XXXX for bumper damage or any minor scratches beacuse i had an Excess Wear & Tear Protection for {$5000.00} and i have all supporting documents.
I tried to dispute the error with XXXX XXXX XXXX but they do not want admit their mistake and remove that 60 day late from all major national credit bureaus.
All my attempts to exlain them that i would never miss a payment and damage my credit history, specailly that i have 2 other open accounts with XXXX XXXX XXXX, and have always made my payments on time, did not convince them to currect their mistake.

I just pulled my credit report, and discovered that there are 6 late payments reported for my account. I realize I recently fell on hard times and gotten behind in my payments, however, in addition to the recent late payments XXXX has reported that several other payments have been incorrectly reported as 30-59 days late.
In the month of XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX recently reported that payment as 30-59 days late. During XX/XX/XXXX my due date for that payment was the XX/XX/XXXX of each month. My XX/XX/XXXX payment in the amount of {$390.00} was made on XX/XX/XXXX, which is actually prior to due date.
Once again, my XX/XX/XXXX payment was recently reported 30-59 days late. My XX/XX/XXXX payment was due on XX/XX/XXXX ; my XX/XX/XXXX payment was posted to my account on XX/XX/XXXX, which is 14 days after due date. This is definitely not accurate as being reported on my credit report.
Once again, my XX/XX/XXXX payment was report 30-59 days late. My XX/XX/XXXX payment was due on the XX/XX/XXXX. This payment was deferred at the suggestion of the customer service representative.
In event of the inaccuracies of my payment history, I am writing to request that a resubmission of an accurate payment history is reported to all three credit bureaus.

Complaint: I made an error and let pressure get the best of me. I was also lied to by the salesman about many details which were obviously selling points for him I was pressured into a 4 year lease with XXXX payments and paid XXXX down.
The contract, which isn't final because the dealership has not secured funding, is 100 % dealer driven profit and includes absolutely nothing for the consumer.
I hope to re negotiate the terms and not be stuck upside-down in a 4 year lease with payments hovering XXXX I have contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX, and hope to work something out that is fair -- not a trade you would get at a buy here pay here.

Complaint: On XXXX2016 I brought a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The dealership I purchased it from was XXXX XXXX XXXX.The agreement was for 75 months at {$350.00} at a 12.4 % interest. I did not understand that the 12.4 % was not the actual total interest that will have to be paid. I believe that I was targeted and received a predatory loan. I believe that most of their customers received better rates and access to higher end cars. Nor was I told that I had time to opt out of loan. I was told that I was getting a {$2000.00} discount for the one year depreciation which I never received.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I called hyundai motor finance to put my account on an autopay arrangement. This was never completed, I was never contacted by Hyundai motor finance and my account went into default however a payment was withdrawn the following month in XXXX. They placed two late payments on my credit report and will not remove them although I made a payment in XXXX and in XXXX they never took the payment out although I contacted them to be put on the autopay that month. I've sent letters disputing to my creditors as well as Hyundai with proof of my payment and my phone record showing my phone call to setup the autopay.

Complaint: Discovered the lender, XXXX XXXX XXXX, have been charging me a higher late fee than they were supposed to. I asked the lender about the excessive charge for a late payment and the asnwer that was provided was, they have a clause that allows them to charge up to 10 % of the monthly payment amount for late charges. However, for the state of Maryland, the late payment fees should not exceed {$20.00} for the states of Maryland, Kansas, Utah, and/or Louisiana. Ive attached supporting document. I have been charged {$49.00}.
