Previously last XX/XX/XXXX.post dispute my credit reports said Paid and closed yet they left an extensive late history when the payment was never late.The errors are XXXX and the dealers but I should not have my credit history destroyed for their errors.I would like the account deleted from all credit bureaus.

Complaint: XXXX keeps saying they fixed the problem, but it still show incorrectly that the account was settled for less than the full amount. ( see highlighted portion of XXXX XXXX response ). This is costing me {$88.00} per month in extra payments on my mortgage. It's been incorrect since XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX keeps apologizing, but hasn't fixed it. I'm getting tired of waiting. This item, late payment for Hyundai Capital America, is inaccurate and should be removed because I immediately paid my owed portion in full as soon as I received the final itemized invoice from Hyundai. The balance is currently paid in full with a {$0.00} remaining balance. Timeline of events : XX/XX/XXXX : Turned lease ( auto ) in XXXX-XXXX : Waited for wear & tear inspection data to come back and for Hyundai to send final invoice o Never received a final invoice XX/XX/XXXX : Received a past due call alert Called back immediately, confirmed XXXX had the wrong mailing address, changed address on file Waited 3 weeks for mail containing final invoice, nothing arrived o I give 10-15 business days per Hyundai and standard mail delivery times so Im not following up too soon before the mail has had a chance to arrive Early XXXX : Received a call from Hyundai following up. I was glad they called. I am genuinely concerned about the whereabouts of the final invoice. I ask Hyundai to email the final invoice so we can come to a swift resolution. They refuse to email the invoice. XX/XX/XXXX : Hyundai rep sends another mail out I wait another week, still no mail XX/XX/XXXX : I call Hyundai, hold 20 mins, get transferred, hold another 20 mins, cant hold anymore and email customer service, immediately. Takes Hyundai 48 hours to email back. XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX : We are emailing between these dates, with a 48 hour turnaround from Hyundai for each email I ask them for a tracking number for the mail. At this point I still dont know what portion I owe and cant start a claim with wear & tear because I need the final breakdown to get the claim started and still have not received anything from Hyundai. XX/XX/XXXX : They say they will have to charge me for a tracking number. XX/XX/XXXX : My wife pays money to download a fax app, calls Hyundai and makes them fax us the invoice. They admit on a recorded line that the mail they sent out containing the final invoice came back to them undelivered. XX/XX/XXXX : We pay IMMEDIATELY our {$400.00} portion due, having finally received the breakdown and now knowing what we owe. Early XXXX : We are sent to collections for the wear & tear portion ( {$290.00} ). Collections helps us expedite the wear & tear claim. XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX : We are in constant communication with collections/wear & tear/Hyundai getting the claim processed and the check cut from wear & tear. XX/XX/XXXX : Wear & tear mails check to HyundaXXXX for the remaining portion. XX/XX/XXXX : Hyundai confirms receipt of check. XX/XX/XXXX Spoke to Hyundai finance after checking credit report and seeing the derogatory remark. They tell me that the mail containing the final itemized invoice that they sent to us in XXXX and XXXX came back to them undelivered. XX/XX/XXXX Spoke to Hyundai finance again and even though they know I am in the right, they say they can't remove the disputed item because it would be a " good faith waiver ''. At no point during the entire 3 months of communication did a rep tell us that we have the option to pay the total and get reimbursed by wear & tear. For the entire duration, we are under the impression that wear & tear only pays Hyundai directly. Because we have been in constant communication with Hyundai, we assume there is no issue. At no point did a rep tell us we were at risk of going to collections and being reported to the credit bureaus. This would have been easily solved with better staff training. In sum, I was in constant communication about not receiving any mail from Hyundai. I kept inquiring as to where the invoice was and was genuinely concerned as to the whereabouts of the bill and why I wasnt getting it. I displayed nothing other than an eagerness to pay my bill and Hyundai made it extremely difficult for me to pay them what I owed. In all my years of being a customer, I have never made a late payment to Hyundai, and I feel extremely taken advantage of by this corporation. Complaint: On Monday, XX/XX/XXXX my wife and I leased a new XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX. As part of the transaction, the termination of our lease on our XXXX XXXX XXXX was processed. As discussed with the sales manager in great detail, part of the deal was that we would be " free and clear '' of our lease on the XXXX XXXX XXXX, which included the early termination of our lease. The only payment moving forward would be on our new lease for the XXXX XXXX XXXX. In the first week of XXXX, I discovered via an email regarding my credit report that XXXX XXXX XXXX claims that we owe {$1400.00} and are delinquent on the outstanding balance for Early Termination of the Lease on the XXXX XXXX XXXX. We have never received a bill in the mail or via email. I called XXXX XXXX XXXX and attempted to explain that this was incorrect ; it was our understanding that I did not owe anything, as the termination of the lease was part of the transaction of leasing a new XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was told by the representative that this was based on the sale of the vehicle and the terms of my lease. The representative was very unpleasant and stated that XXXX XXXX XXXX did not communicate with dealerships and that I need to contact the dealership if I felt there was an error. I went to the dealership and my sales representative referred me to the finance manager who I communicated with via email. Yesterday ( XX/XX/XXXX ), the finance manager left a voicemail stating it was not {$1400.00} that I owe, but only two payments, which would be around {$790.00}. She also referred me back to the sales rep and the manager, which I will do. Though there may be a possibility of a clerical error, at this point I feel that I am getting the run around, so to speak. Either way, I think there was a binding verbal agreement that the old lease was terminated without any liability, and that we were only financially responsible for the new lease. Additionally, I never received a statement for the {$1400.00} from XXXX XXXX XXXX, and it was reported to the credit bureau without my knowledge that XXXX claimed it was owed. I stopped receiving payment reminders for the XXXX XXXX via email in XXXX. The website now shows the balance owed of {$1400.00} and number of days it is considered late. It also shows that we made 35/36 payments on our lease, with only the XXXX payment as not paid. I not only contend that I do not owe the {$1400.00} and but it also should not have been reported as late to the credit bureaus, so that needs to be removed from my credit report.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2017, I arrived at the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX dealership to discuss the return details of my XXXX XXXX XXXX as well as a possible new lease. After several hours w XXXX who also assisted me in leasing 3 years prior, we agreed on terms that would allow me to begin a new lease on XXXX XXXX as well as cover all closing costs on my XXXXXXXX XXXX plus, any wear and tear fees or other charges that may occur. It was made explicitly clear to me that once I enter into a new lease w Hyundai there would be no further liabilities of any sort regarding the older lease. I spoke with the general manager of the dealership as well, who likewise assured me that the agreement we reached was as I have described. Since all the details had been settled, I left the dealership with a new lease on a XXXX XXXX having fully believed that all my financial obligations for my XXXX XXXX lease had been cleared. In XX/XX/XXXX I received a notice from the co which I had gotten wear & tear coverage from ( XXXX ), that if I wanted to make a claim for coverage on my returned lease I would have to send in certain documentation. Thinking that I was not in need of this coverage because those fees ( if any ) had been covered during the negotiation of new lease, and since I was NOT notified otherwise by XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ), I didnt apply to receive any compensation for wear & tear charges. Continuing into XX/XX/XXXX I received a call from XXXX telling me that I had a balance remaining on my lease for wear & tear charges. Per instructions from XXXX & XXXX I mailed the documents received by the dealership to XXXX only to be told weeks later that they were incomplete & unacceptable. For the next few months i went back & forth between XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX trying to resolve the situation. These entities/affiliates did not communicate w eachother, and throughout the process one was always blaming/waiting for the other 's performance. The situation was taking long to resolve and i became concerned due to the fact that a collection agency was involved ( even though i was continuously assured all was well ), i decided to expedite/resolve the matter and ended up paying the XXXX I was later partially reimbursed by XXXX. The following month XXXX put a 90 day late on my credit report.

Complaint: We leased a vehicle twice from XXXX XXXX / XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The first time they tried to charge us a {$400.00} disposition fee when we had made an agreement with the dealer to have the fee waived because we leased another vehicle at the same time we turned in the first vehicle. This is a normal practice until a vehicle is returned without purchasing it or leasing a new vehicle. Then we turned in our second vehicle three years later on XX/XX/XXXX. Approximately three weeks later we received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX asking us to turn in our vehicle that it was due back on the XXXX. I called and let them know that we turned it in on the XXXX. They said they would call the dealer.The first week of XX/XX/XXXX we received a call from XXXX XXXX again saying that we had not turned in the vehicle. I let them know that we did turn it in on time and I had paperwork to prove it. I faxed them a copy of the paperwork and let her know that if she was told that they didn't have it I would go to the dealer myself with a copy of my paperwork showing it was turned in. She did call me back and told me that they did have the vehicle but they never submitted the paperwork to them. Move forward Eight months to XX/XX/XXXX my husband receives a call telling him that we owe {$400.00} to XXXX XXXX. My husband is a long haul driver clear across the country. He calls me with a phone number to call them back. I call XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. They REFUSED to speak with me about anything? Told me to call XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I call them and find out they are a collection agency. I asked them why Hyundai wouldn't speak to me and he said that he couldn't answer that, he didn't know. I asked why didn't we get a bill from XXXX XXXX or a phone call. They had our phone number and our address. Constar told me that XXXX XXXX said they sent an invoice to my street address. I don't get mail at my street address that is why I have a PO box . I let the collection company know that XXXX XXXX sent me a bill all of the time to my PO Box why not the disposition fee invoice she said that it showed that they sent the invoice to the PO Box too, that the bill to the PO Box went to my Husbands name, and the Street address went to my name. I let them know that if that was true the bill would have been received and paid and we wouldn't be going through this. XXXX XXXX never sent a bill. I made a payment on the spot and let them know I would be reporting XXXX XXXX for poor business practices. My husband and I work hard to keep our credit at a high level. I am not disputing that we owed the disposition fee. We just forgot about it and never received a bill for it, had we received a bill it would have been paid. The disposition fee is listed on the contract that we signed three years prior. I pulled our credit reports and XXXX XXXX has ruined our credit. Our credit report shows our payment history is excellent except for what XXXX XXXX has done too it. Our report even shows our payments were on time with them until after we returned our car.Our credit reports speak for themselves. I never got a bill even from the collection agency. They just told me what it was for over the phone so I paid it. I did receive a receipt from them if you want me to send you that just let me know.

My payment date was the XXXX of every month and that worked just fine for the first XXXXwo years of the lease but then my financial situation changed. I am retired from my full-time position and try to work part-time to supplement my Social Security and pension. I live alone and have no family so I have to be self sufficient. My situation changed and I needed to start making my payments on the XXXX of the month when I received my pension. I called XXXX XXXX XXXX and asked if they could change the due date so I wouldn't accrue late fees. They said they couldn't do it but the dealer could. I called the dealer and was told that the lease was generated by XXXX so the change had to come from them After that I called XXXX every month to ask them to work with me. I got hung up on twice and they always refused to work with me. I asked for a supervisor and was told they didn't have supervisors. As a result, I finally quit calling and just continued to pay my lease on the first every month ( paid it online ) and they continued to ding me with late fees. I never missed a payment. When my lease ended I considered buying the XXXX but also looked at XXXX 's. I called XXXX to get the payoff and told them I was trying to decide between buying the XXXX or leasing a XXXX. When the payoff came out to be {$2700.00} MORE than the car appraised for, I went with the XXXX. One month later I got a bill from XXXX for {$840.00} -- -- - {$400.00} for a disposition fee and {$400.00} late fees plus {$47.00} tax on the disposition fee. I was completely unaware of a disposition fee as was the dealer. There was nothing on any of the lease end reminders and the lady I talked to about the payoff said nothing when she learned I might be leasing a XXXX. ( The disposition fee is charged if the customer chooses to not stay with XXXX ). I called XXXX and explained that I am a senior citizen on a very fixed income and I was totally unaware of such a fee. I also explained that I had tried for over a year to get them to change my due date and no one would work with me -- -- they were just rude when I called and hung up on me twice. I asked if, under the circumstances, they would waive both fees as I don't have that kind of money. They won't budge. I am sick to my stomach over it and would like some help in getting the fees waived. It will take me years to come up with that kind of money. I will NEVER have another XXXX.
