Complaint: XX/XX/2018 Text was sent with a phone number for Customer Representatives who claim to represent Hyundai, XXXX and XXXX vehicles with an attempt to collect a debt, however giving my my SS # upon request, they couldn't find anything pertaining to any debt. They requested to dig further until I halted the phone call to contact XXXX XXXX XXXX. I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX 's Finance Dept to find out more information about this and they had no clue about any debt collectors within the parameters of my SS # nor my phone number in which they informed me to contact XXXX XXXX which is the owner of the vehicle. Upon speaking with a Representative of XXXX XXXX, they didn't have any idea who this company was. XXXX XXXX documented it as a fraudulent attempt to obtain sensitive information.

Problem related to refinancing
Complaint: I am nearing the end of the lease agreement of a XXXX XXXX XXXX that I leased in XX/XX/XXXX. The payoff sum is in estimated to be about 11,919. Financing will not be a problem. In order to obtain the proper financing, a vehicle buyout agreement will have to be obtained from XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ). Upon speaking to XXXX XXXX XXXX representatives, they claim they will send the requested documentation and then don't. This had been on going since early XX/XX/XXXX. Attempts were made on the following dates : XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX.
AllI I have received is lip service. This unfair tactic effectively ties me to the existing interest rates with XXXX holding the process hostage. I am entitled to payoff this debt at my own will using my own creditors.

Unable to receive car title or other problem after the loan is paid off
Complaint: Purchased new XXXX XXXX at dealer, used Hyundai financing for new loan, paid off loan in full XX/XX/2011, never received original certificate of title or lien release. Have been contacting them for a lien release for a week now everyday, they promise to fax within 24 hours and then nothing is received.
Hyundai collects a title/lien release/return fee and then fails to deliver in a timely manner or at all.
We have lost a few buyers for our car since we can not provide a clean title, even though Hyundai readily admits the loan is paid in full and nothing is due.
Hyundai customer service is lying to us by having a different story each time we call to inquire about the lien release. If Hyundai can make a new loan electronically in 30 seconds why cant they release a lien in over four years?

Complaint: I recently checked my credit and noticed that XXXX is reporting inconsistent information with the 3 credit bureaus. On XXXX they report that the first missed payment was in XX/XX/2017. On XXXX they report the first missed payment was in XX/XX/2017. And On XXXX they report it was XX/XX/2017. I do not agree with that information it can not be factually accurate. They also report that i went from 30 days late to 90 days late in just 1 month that is also not possible.

Complaint: i turned in my lease on XX/XX/XXXX to purchase a new XXXX vehicle,, the dealership paid off my remaining lease payments so i could purchase the car,,, ,i had a 48 month lease started in XX/XX/XXXX ....
so after the paperwork was finalizied i get a letter in the mail on XX/XX/XXXX, ,that i owe more then what i was told when i called for payoff the day i turned over car,,,, It was for other amounts such as disposition fee of XXXX which were paid when the dealership paid off car,,, also sales tax fees XXXX, ,and a sales tax fee XXXX.they also have a adj lease balance of XXXX ..but when i called for payoff they told me a couple of times it was XXXX ... they have total liability was XXXX ... so the difference they have is XXXX ... but they have put on my credit report that this car was not paid for 8 months,,, and my lease pmt was XXXX per month ... that is wrong i never paid 1 payment late in almost 48 months ... .also they dont show the amount paid anywhere,,, ,i have tried to contact them for the past several months also sent the credit bureaus copies of check i sent them to payoff car,,, because they are showing i havent paid this car in months, ,when actually my lease was up in XX/XX/XXXX ... .can you help me with this??

Termination fees or other problem when ending the lease early
Complaint: My leased car was return to Hyundai in XX/XX/XXXX.
The Balance on my account as shown in the XX/XX/XXXX Statement was {$0.00}.
In XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX my account was reported as late. This is not possible as there was a XXXX balance. Please see the attached report from XXXX XXXX.
I owed nothing but, I was reported as 30, 60 and 90 days late in payments to the credit bureau.
I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX and was told " you have not provided sufficient information for us to begin an investigation ''.
I provided my XX/XX/XXXX statement and the credit report from XXXX showing a XXXX balance in the XXXX XXXX account, but yet payment for this XXXX balance was reported as late!!
My credit score prior to this was XXXX, it has dropped over 100 points through no fault of my own and XXXX XXXX XXXX is not even researching the problem!!!
I have never been late for any payment to any creditor in my life and I am annoyed and surprised at how dismissive and unwilling to fix their own mistake XXXX XXXX XXXX is being!

Excess mileage, damage, or wear fees, or other problem after the lease is finish
Complaint: I have tried to resolve this from XX/XX/17 to the present. XXXX XXXX XXXX said they would pay my final months lease payment because I turned the car in one month early.They checked the car in and there was no damage. I leased a new car from them and 3 months later I get a bill for XXXX from a collection agent. I then started calling Hyundai Motor Finance and the dealership. I have emailed, and sent documentation proving that I am accurate and honest about the sequence of events. After 5 months of fighting with XXXX XXXX XXXX they gave me XXXX. The entire time I was speaking with Hyundai Motor Finance. I then called them, and put in writing that I would pay the bill, but I wanted this off my credit report. They refuse to correct my credit report. The dealership that represents HMF lied and did not do what they said they were going to do and they damaged my credit. I have 30+ pages of documentation and numerous requests to have HMF remove this from my credit. HMF refuses to acknowlege that they are wrong. HMF has ZERO customer service, and they refuse to accept responsibility for their dealership that represents XXXX. All they want to do is trash my credit.

Billing problem
Complaint: I was contacted on XX/XX/XXXX by XXXX XXXX XXXX stating that I did not make my XX/XX/XXXXpayment. I verified with my bank that my payment ( submitted through my bill pay ) was sent to XXXX and the check was cashed. XXXX shows record of a payment of XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. This is the amount I sent. But XXXX says this was a warranty payment and was applied only to my principal, not to my monthly payment. In Later conversations, XXXX accused me of missing a payment inXX/XX/XXXX, then went back to stating my payment was misapplied. After 2 weeks and several phone calls I submitted a bank statement to them showing that the {$350.00} was drafted from my account. Collections continues to harass me almost daily. Now I have not made my XX/XX/XXXX payment yet because I cant trust that they will properly apply my payment and I have received no reassurance from XXXX that they will resolve my issue. I have told them I am withholding my XX/XX/XXXX payment until this issue is resolved. I fear that this will affect my credit. I have asked on multiple occasions to speak to a supervisor only to have the call dropped or get no additional assistance. They have a policy that customer service cant speak with people if their account is past due but how am I supposed to resolve this if I cant speak to them? I have doesnt countless hours now trying to resolve and issue I had no hand in creating. All I did was make my payment on time.

Complaint: XXXX has missed report my payment history. They are reporting me as 30 days late on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX,XX/XX/XXXX,XX/XX/XXXX,XX/XX/XXXX,XX/XX/XXXX,XX/XX/XXXX,XX/XX/XXXX. I disputed, they realized I was correct and removed. Then they re-reported it. This has happened 3 times. I don't no if this a computer error or clerk error on their end. Its starting to effect my ability to borrower money. I have paid the account off and have a history of all my payments to show I have never been 30 days late. Please Help

Complaint: I recently turned in a XXXX XXXX XXXX leased vehicle and just traded another XXXX XXXX XXXX leased vehicle. BOTH had perfect payment history and XXXX XXXX XXXX has placed a 30 DAY LATE for each lease on MY credit and my wifes credit report AFTER the 1st was turned in and AFTER the 2nd was FULLY PAID OFF IN TIME which is FALSE AND INCORRECT. THEY ARE REPORTING FALSE 30 DAY LATES EVEN THOUGH PAYMENT HISTORY WAS PERFECT AND THEY WERE BOTH TERMINATED/PAID IN FULL 20 DAYS PRIOR TO ANY OTHER PAYMENT BEING DUE. THEY REPORTED THIS 3 MONTHS AFTER BOTH WERE TERMED/PAID OFF which is an ERROR on their part and creating a credit nightmare for me and my wife right now.
They corrected 1 when I filed a complaint with the 3 bureaus and they JUST put it BACK ON MY CREDIT FILE AGAIN today. This has Never happened before with any finance company and I have NEVER BEEN LATE ON A PAYMENT WITH ANYONE!! XXXX IS FRAUDING ME AND OTHER CONSUMERS BY DESTROYING THEIR perfect credit. I believe it is because I DID NOT PURCHASE/LEASE ANOTHER XXXX someone needs to start a class action lawsuit to stop them!!
