Complaint: Re : Failure To Provide Debt Itemization Statement / Verification Documents To Whom It May Concern : This complaint is response to a conversation had with a XXXX XXXX representative on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX has consistently failed to give an explanation of conflicting information concerning an alleged debt in the amount of {$860.00} placed on my credit report.
I was provided two reasons by XXXX XXXX as to why the alleged debt was placed on my credit report as follows : 1 ) I am responsible for interest charges incurred from GAP insurance coverage 2 ) Auto loan payments were due post verification of total loss claim I was told by the XXXX representative the GAP insurance coverage was contingent upon receiving the police report substantiating the total loss of vehicle. The police report was submitted via fax the next day after the vehicle was recovered in irreparable condition in XX/XX/XXXX.
I was told by a XXXX representative at that time the GAP insurance coverage was in effect and that no further payment on my auto loan was necessary. Please note at no time in my correspondence with XXXX during this on going matter was I told the debt was the result of failure to pay interest on my GAP insurance until XX/XX/XXXX.
I contend I do not owe XXXX XXXX the alleged debt in the amount of {$860.00}. I have kept detailed record of XXXX XXXX XXXX repeated failure to provide an itemized record of the alleged debt. It is my contention that XXXX XXXX XXXX willful neglect of properly giving this matter the attention it deserves over a three year period has unfairly hurt my credit rating violating the following : Falsely representing the amount of the alleged debt and therefore violating FDCPA 15 USC 1692e ( 2 ) ( A ).
Failing to accurately report information on my credit report, thereby violating the FCRA [ 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ] ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) Reporting information with actual knowledge of errors.
Based on XXXX XXXX XXXX own records your company is in fact alleging the debt is the result of interest incurred by GAP insurance. I am well within my legal rights to request specific documentation that would be pertinent to the alleged debt your company claims I owe.

Complaint: Hyundai XXXX continues to falsely report my credit to the companies, which is resulting in inaccurate reporting. I have reported this issue with XXXX and Hyundai, yet the false reporting continues. Every customer service representative that I have spoken to has confirmed that I have never been late on my auto draft payment. The accused late payment is XX/XX/XXXX. This account was reported up to date until XX/XX/XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX ( depending on the company being reported to ). This error has taken my credit score down significantly and Hyundai refuses to fix their error, as do the credit bureaus. I have sent proof of payment in the form of a PDF showing the payment was withdrawn from my banking account on time and that Hyundai posted it to their site on time, too. None of this has seemed to matter. I will attach this evidence here once again.

Complaint: This complaint is in reference to account # XXXX. XXXX XXXX placed a late payment on my credit report around XX/XX/2018 and my account was taken off auto pay. I have never been late in my life and contacted the company and informed them I was on auto pay and it was taken off early. This was not my mistake and it causing me severe financial harm. I was on auto pay and paying as agreed and their company somehow discontinued the auto pay when it should not have! I have sent them copies of emails from their company with this information. I am even in a new XXXX and signed a new lease and was told by the salesman everything was fine. Please remove this late payment asap, thank you.

Complaint: An ex girlfriend of mine ran my credit in order to damage my credit. She was shopping for a car and decided to give my information to a few car dealers ... They then forwarded it to car finance companies ... ALL in ALL, 10 different companies pulled my credit on XX/XX/2018. I did not provide authorization. She did this without my consent. I wrote a letter to each company however they yet to remove it from my account.

Complaint: The account in question has been closed since XX/XX/XXXX. However, starting in XX/XX/XXXX, my credit report was changed to show that I had late payments for XXXX, XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. This is not true, every single payment was made on time and deducted directly from my checking account on the XXXX of every month. I disputed this with the credit bureaus and they did fix it to show all payments made on time and no XXXX days late payments were ever made. This event reduced my credit from XXXX to low XXXX 's for a few months while it was resolved.
In XXXX of XXXX, again my credit report was changed to show now that I was XXXX days late on payments for XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. Again I have disputed this with XXXX, and they are investigating it. XXXX does not show this at this time. I am not sure what XXXX shows as I have no free access to their credit report at this time.
I have called XXXX XXXX XXXX twice now, and they keep saying they are not the ones making these reports. XXXX XXXX XXXX also states that my payment history is perfect and I have never been late on any of my payments. Yet my credit report is still wrong.

Complaint: My automobile finance company, XXXX XXXX XXXX reported all of a sudden that I was 30 days delinquent in XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I reviewed my transaction payment history in according to their online payment history of my account and I have not been thirty days late on either of the months. i disputed with them through the credit bureau and by writing a letter to them and they said the information was correct. i also contacted them by phone and they could not verify after checking that I was late. This time i suggested maybe they was reporting someone else and in error put a number wrong and went on my credit report instead. I have attached their online payment history from their site and the letter I just wrote again asking them to review my account again. I think this information just got put on my credit report this year I look at my credit report through XXXX XXXX almost weekly and I did not recall seeing any delinquencies from Hyundai..

Complaint: I leased a XXXX XXXX dealership with XXXX in XXXX. I returned it in XX/XX/XXXX at the end of my lease. I am now being charged {$130.00} for a tire repair kit that I was never issued.
I called the XXXX Lease End Department and after multiple calls, I finally managed to speak with a supervisor who said that they will not waive the fee. They say if I want the fee waived, I need to go to the dealership, which has since changed hands 2 times, and convince them to give me this part for no cost. They then want me to ship it certified to them. I don't think it's right that I should have to spend {$130.00} to fix their mistake, and I don't believe I should have to haggle with the dealership to try and convince them to give me this part for no cost, and then have to ship it certified with my money. Their rationale is that it is illegal to sell cars without either a spare tire or a tire repair kit, yet they did just that. This is their mistake.

Complaint: We have been scammed by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. They let us leave with a brand new vehicle and confirming our loan was approved through XXXX XXXX and that the only document pending was a water bill, which we later provided. At this time we also paid them {$2000.00} as down-payment.
A few days later they start harassing us saying that Hyundai needed more documents from us. Long story short and after many days of going back and forth with the sales manager, a finance member and the sales person, we provided them the following documents : Green card copy Passport copy Driver Licence copy Social security card copy ( front and back ) Water bill Marriage certificate Apartment Lease copy After having all these documents that could easily end in Identity theft we received more calls from the dealer saying that they still needed more proof of residence from my husband. At this point we felt we had been scammed.
They weren't straight forward from day one and NEVER explained to us that all these documents were going to be needed in the first place and instead, let us leave their dealer keeping our down payment and confirming that the loan was approved.
We received a CANCELLATION CONTRACT notice from them and we immediately returned the car. The sales manager as always promised us the down-payment refund would take some days and that he would try to be a full refund or at least {$0.00} per miles used.
The day came and for our surprise they deducted {$0.00} used deducting a total of {$680.00} for XXXX miles ; we tried to complain and told them that the return of the car was happening per THEIR request and because they weren't honest with us from day one but as always they just don't listen.
Consumer 's rights are not being fulfilled in that place. I left with the remaining amount of the down-payment feeling completely scammed.
Of course we do not agree with what they did to us and we demand a full refund of our down-payment.
The day we returned the car they kept all the original documents, including the Contract Cancellation notice.

Complaint: I have had several disputes with XXXX XXXX XXXX and they will admit to the errors and correct them and then they put the false late payments back on my credit report several months later. This has been an ongoing problem, I have 2 complaints that were filed with the CFPB to resolve this issue XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. Both complaints they admitted the payments were in fact not late and corrected them and now once again the same payments are again being reported as late. The payments that are being reflected as late are XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX the same months that were previously corrected.

Complaint: I made a payment for XX/XX/XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. It wss 29 days late for {$480.00}. I made the payment on the site. It uses XXXX XXXX to process payments. My account information is usually pre stored.
The month prior I made a payment over the phone with my debit card. I submitted my payment on the 6th like normal. After a few days, I noticed the money was still in my account. I them checked the emailed receipt and noticed that it had the last four digits of my debit card not checking. You can only do check payments on the site.
I call on the XXXX to let them know the error and used my debit card to make XX/XX/XXXX payments becaue I knew it was going to get returned because the last 4 of my checking was wrong.
I expressed to them that I can't afford a 30 day late payment and it was a glitch on there site.
I got mixed responses from customer care as if I would. I just want to make sure I don't since it was an error on their part
