Complaint: There are three companies involved here. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. My issues with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX began around XX/XX/XXXX. I fell behind on my payments after my mom passed and I was her neighbor and caretaker. Hospice had her body sent to XXXX 's XXXXXXXX XXXX..we thought she was cremated until I was notified 6 weeks later that my mom was the first of 16 corpses that the funeral home allowed to pile up and were being stored in a cooler that was not working. I kept in touch with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX at first However, they can not put any information in their computer system until 2 weeks prior to my payment date. It was useless to call until I was 2 weeks from making a payment. Every 3 days, computer generated, I would get a call advising me that I will be paying for this car much longer than I signed up for because they will continue to charge interest and late fees that will be added to the loan. Then, always, " why are you behind on your payments? '' Every 3 days, I was explaining all that had happened to my mom until I was sobbing so bad, I could no longer talk. 3 days later? The same thing..making me relive the details of my moms death and the funeral home. after some months have passes, I finally get a customer service rep with a heart and advised me I was eligible for loan deferments ... there was no need to be adding all that interest and late fees at the end of the loan. Was I lied to? Absolutely, people lie and deceive others with their words or with their silence. The torturous question about how I got behind on payments continued ... sobbing uncontrollably, I could never finish the explanation. I finally realized, there was no reason what so ever to explain that to each individual employee at XXXX. They were not noting it in the computer. I flipped out and started calling them all day everyday ... finally a supervisor said he would put me on a do not call list. Again, after the damage was done..why did no one tell me I had that option? At this point, I literally XXXX XXXX. The last time I spoke with some at XXXX about getting caught up was XX/XX/XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX. Since communication was no longer taking place, I told er I would pay a month and a half 's payment on the XX/XX/XXXX. They will have to listen to the recording because it was longer than 2 weeks therefore, no note was put in the computer. On XX/XX/XXXX. Secon recovery repossessed my vehicle. Everything I own is in that car because I was moving from the painful memories here. I did not know I also missed XXXX 's payment..if I was aware it was going to repossessed, I certainly would not have left it parked where it could be seen. XX/XX/XXXX, I called XXXX XXXX after I talked to XXXX and made arrangements to get the vehicle back. The first call, she hangs up on me, they keep hanging up on me, not returning my calls and when I had others call on my behalf, they hang up on them too. XXXX and XXXX XXXX, they hired XXXX, told me to check with XXXX about storage fees. XXXX tells me tey d n't know how much it will be until they get a release from XXXX. I asked for their daily storage rate, they said, '' it varies '' I asked what do you mean? My little car cost less to store than a suv? I alerted all parties that XXXX will not cooperate with me by giving me their storage rates. I'm not shelling out XXXX dollars to XXXX just to get to the tow yard and they want a XXXX because I can't afford that, therefore, I would still be without a vehicle. All parties said they have nothing to do with the other. I wanted my car back on the XXXX of XX/XX/XXXX ... .I. they have nothing to do with the other. XXXX XXXX finally gave my personal belongings back, after they told me I can not have them until I hand over my keys ... by the way, no mention of storage fees til I arrive with the keys, then they charged me XXXX dollars. Most of what I am saying can be verified through recordings of the businesses. witnesses that were hung up on as well as previous complaints filed with the XXXX. HELP ME PLEASE!

Complaint: I have leased an XXXX from a MA based dealership in XX/XX/XXXX and ended on time and paid in full my 3-yr lease in XX/XX/XXXX. I have not heard once, by phone or mail and nothing was ever reflected on my credit report about any payment demand. Only after I disputed, in XX/XX/XXXX, via XXXX that the account was still open, I received a charge-off of $ XXXX.I disputed it via credit bureau and no resolution, with still impact on my credit score.. Still no phone call or mail. After a second dispute, the answer came back negative and now I have a XXXX charge off. I called Hyundai ( XXXX ) and I was told three different things by three different people. The first told me my car was stolen and was charged residual value, then I called back and was told that I had not paid the last 5 months of lease ( which I have bank proof I did ), then I called again and was told that my insurance did not cover some charges to fix the car. I feel the company has no idea what's going on and certainly has not notified me of anything and now I have 70 pts dropped in my report which affect my finances. I filed complaint with the XXXX and XXXX came back with the same statement, but no document or proof about the charge off. XXXX response is totally out of place and inaccurate and lacks of evidence. There is no one piece of document I have received. My car had minor scratches and my insurance covered those charges, I brought the check to Hyundai dealership and never heard from dealership or XXXX again for almost two years, until recently and only because I initiated a dispute on the account status. Now XXXX claimed not only that they invoiced me, but also that the car was badly and heavily damaged and completely totaled. Assuming for a minute this is the case, a much more detailed and timely investigation should have taken place. Anyone, including a business, should have a complaint about a product, a return or anything else, should timely notify the consumer. How do I know that what XXXX is true and even if it was, that the car was damaged further, after my release? It is too convenient and totally unfair to let things go and after a long period of time assuming certain facts and charging someone largely differently than the original status ( when i turned in my keys ). XXXX should prove that detailed reports have been sent, should also speak with the dealerhip that took in my car and remove the credit charge from my report, at least until this situation is resolved or attemped to be resolved. I am willing to do anything I can on my part, but with no documentation in my possession, not with a mere statement over the phone and without evidence it is an impossible task!

Each payment was made on time and the lease was reported in XX/XX/2018 with no balance and paid as agreed. I received a bill in XX/XX/2018 for XXXX which was money owed on the car for excess mileage, and lease disposal fee. In XX/XX/2018 XXXX XXXX reports the lease with a balance of XXXX and pays as agreed. Then on XX/XX/2018 Hyundai reports the lease as 31-60 days late. How can this go from XXXX to XXXX is paid on XX/XX/XXXX, and then is reported on XX/XX/XXXX as 31-60 days late. Also I have had leases in the past with Hyundai and the reporting of the lease has always been for the payment terms, not the end of lease charges. The end of lease charges have been paid as the document attached shows. This is not fair to a good customer who has always made their payments on the lease on time. This is not correct the terms of the lease for 36 months were paid on time. I paid the XXXX on XX/XX/2018. I check my credit bureau on XX/XX/XXXX to show the reporting on this account with Hyundai is now showing pays 31-60 days late with a balance of XXXX. This is not correct the account should show paid as agreed with a XXXX balance. I have always paid this account on time with the payments over the 36 month term. An end of lease charge should not be rated, and the balance has been paid. I appreciate your help in getting this credit bureau reporting corrected to show the account as paid in full, and pays as agreed.

This is inaccurate. First of all, my payments are set on auto withdrawal. Next, every single customer service representative at XXXX XXXX that has looked at my account ( which is several times ) has acknowledged that I have never been late ( this includes several notes from their credit dept promising to fix the issue according to the customer service representatives that I have spoken to several times. ) Finally, I have documentation from my bank showing the withdrawal of funds as well as the payment history from XXXX XXXX from their website indicating my payment was received on time.

Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX, my brother XXXX XXXX went to XXXX XXXX with his ex wife. She was trying to purchase a car. The salesman ran her credit and said she was denied. So they asked XXXX how is your credit? He said I am not sure. They got his Id, information, and ran his credit and told him they can get him approved for a auto loan in his name only. They asked him about his income and if he had proof of income. XXXX got XXXX and get a SSI check for XXXX a month. His only source of income. After he helps out with the bills he barely has money for a haircut. He gets food stamps. If he was to get approved for a car it should have been a used car under 8000.00 and with a XXXX month car payment. XXXX is XXXX XXXX as well. He is XXXX. He was presented with a good deal as the salesman said. A brand new XXXX more money for the salesman ). XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX was financed for this car@XXXX month. No one considered a debt to ratio for his car payment. And XXXX a month for insurance. I research and called 2 attorneys and was advised XXXX never should have been approved for this car. His income should have been between 1500.00 to 2000.00 a month at least. But his is only XXXX a month. I believe he was taking advantage of because 1 he is a minority and they wanted to put him in debt. Knowingly his income was too low for a XXXX car payment. 2. He has a XXXX and XXXX. He probably didn't understand. We have tried to help him much as possible with these payments that never should of been approved. I don't know of anyone with a Income that low that gets approved for a brand new XXXX. I want XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX to make this matter right. If not we will seek legal advice and a attorney representation. Hyundai has damaged XXXX credit with reporting negative on his credit report. We want this revised to show good standing. We also want XXXX XXXX and Hyundai to refund all monies. XXXX was so depressed after he got this car. Worried about paying for it and keeping it. He ca. XXXX XXXX due to XXXX XXXX from his XXXX XXXX from XXXX. He went in XX/XX/XXXX and got a job. Hoping to keep his payments current. Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX I have co-signed for a car for my X Wife. She took the car in the divorce. She had stop paying for it, the and give it back to Hyundai in XXXX. Hyundai Closed the account in XX/XX/XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX an other payment was made. That was a court ordered payment FINAL payment to pay off Hyundai 's debt by my X wife of {$1600.00}. Because the account was close I didn't pay attention to it. I have opened a secured credit card. 3 years went by and my credit scores were the same never went up. Now I know why. Cost it me a lots of money so far. A few months back I opened the details of the credit report. I was shocked. 2 and a half years went by suddenly Hyundai started reporting the months they alleged I owe the {$1600.00} and reporting it this is under collections. Between XX/XX/XXXX and until no one ever called me to collect any money. I wasn't hiding I have a listed number. Their statue of limitations of 5 years of collections run out anyway. Hyundai altered my records just recently. Removed the actual date of when the account was CLOSED and left only when the FINAL payment was made. I have the proof of the original dates what they have recorded. Why would a company would wait 2 and a half years to even making merit less demands. They started reporting again in the middle ofXXXX. No company would wait 2 years, and they didn't even after my wife first stopped paying. They have instantly referred the case to collection back then.The records says now in Collections Charge Off. XXXX already corrected their records and have removed the monthly chart what the company claimed, how I have not paid any money back to them for the months and years. My credit newer went up and suffered because of Hyundai monthly reported false claim for the last 2 and a half years. And they are still reporting on it as of now. Their last report was in XXXX. They are 3 months beyond the statue of limitations of any collections anyway. So when when is the reporting will stop? Why do they REMOVED from the credit agency records the actual date/time when the account was closed? Regardless of the last date of the payment of XX/XX/XXXX. They got paid fully. They have left in the XX/XX/XXXX, it makes it looks like they are legally demanding, collecting and entitled the money! FRAUDULENT practice. They have tailored the financial data to their needs.

Complaint: XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX reported that I was 30 days past for the month of XXXXXX/XX/XXXX to all three credit bureaus. I was not 30 days past due. I was past due but not 30 days. They also reported that I was 30 days past due for the month of XX/XX/XXXX, which I also, was not. I have attached my statements showing my payments were made within the reporting window and that extra payments were in fact made as well. They only reported that I was past due for XX/XX/XXXX to two of the three credit bureaus, XXXX and XXXX. They reported that I was on time for XXXX. Also, in XX/XX/XXXX they reported that I was 30 days late to XXXX. They reported that I was on time to XXXX for that same month. Again, I did pay past the due date however, I was not thirty days late. I have spoken with them on three different occasions and they refuse to correct this information. On one occasion I was advised that I was not 30 days late but that since my account was paid past the due date that it was within their rights to report that I was past thirty days. On another occasion the representative agreed with me but said there was nothing he could do but send me a print out of my payment history which I could provide to my mortgage lender, and on the last occasion I was advised that I had been late other months from the year prior and should just leave it alone.This is impacting my credit unfairly and it is false reporting.

My insurance company called XXXX XXXX XXXX and informed them, hyundai closed my account and sent me a letter stating they would handle the recovery from the Gap insurer. My insurance company issued a payment to Hyundai in the amount of XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I called XXXXXXXX XXXX almost every week to get status to make certain the account was ok, at that point I no longer had online access to the account. Hyundai reassured me they would recover the remaining funds from GAP, I called GAP just to be sure and they told me Hyundai was not communicating with them. I then began to gather all the documents GAP needed and forwarded the same to complete the claim, on XX/XX/XXXX Hyundai received a payment from GAP, Hyundai then forwarded me two refund checks and sent a letter stating the account was paid off. In XX/XX/XXXX I received negative reports on my credit noting a charge off and late pay, I never made a payment that was 30 days or more late and my account was paid why put it in charge off status? I called Hyundai several times, they have not fixed the issue to date. I filed a dispute with the credit bureaus, it was fixed then Hyundai reported negatively again.

I leased a XXXX XXXX XXXX for approximately 2 years, and was going over my mileage which would ultimately cost me around 2-3k at the end of my lease for overages. I was duped by the salesmen & the finance manager to turn my lease into a finance to avoid having to pay the 2-3k in mileage overages. So, instead they had me finance the car for more than its worth brand new. This vehicle was already two years old and now i am financing it for over {$25000.00}, when brand new its worth {$23000.00}. Bad business practice and put me in a huge negative equity hole. The fact that they would take advantage of someone who bought there first car with them is downright awful. There has to be illegal mark ups & interest involved.

Complaint: This is the letter that we had sent to Hyundai Motor Finance-Credit Dispute Center back on XX/XX/XXXX. Please review letter for description of events that had transpired leading up to this complaint : To Whom It May Concern : Today Im writing to request a goodwill adjustment to my credit files. My son hopes to be attending college this fall, and my wife and I are in the process of applying for a student loan to help pay for his education. To our surprise, the lending company denied our application because of a negative mark on our credit report. We have always had excellent scores and have never had an issue securing credit. Upon further investigation, we discovered that our credit report from XXXX included an Adverse Account from Hyundai Finance. The lease agreement for the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that we drove ran from XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX with a total of 36 payments. The first monthly payment was included in the amount due at lease signing. The remaining 35 monthly payments were consistently made on time. And at the end of the lease period the vehicle was returned directly to the dealership on time without issue. Some time after returning the vehicle we began receiving calls from XXXX XXXX, a debt collection company. Thinking it must have been some sort of scam, because we knew we were current with all our accounts, we ignored the calls. Then we received a letter from XXXX, dated XX/XX/XXXX. When I called XXXX regarding the letter I was stunned with the amount they were collecting, {$2500.00} for mile overage and excessive wear and tear. I immediately contacted the Lease Maturity Team at Hyundai regarding the balance due. My wife and I were under the impression that we had signed the leasing agreement with 14,000 miles per year. We checked our copy of the leasing agreement and, to our surprise, it indicated only 12,000 miles per year. So on XX/XX/XXXX we paid the balance in full via telephone with XXXX XXXX. With the debt paid, XXXX sent us a Release of Debt letter indicating that our account had been satisfied in full. To be clear, the Hyundai dealership never told us that we had overages on our mile allotment or that there were additional charges to be paid on our account, and we never received any bill directly from Hyundai Finance. We also never received any notification from Hyundai or XXXX that a late payment would be reported on our credit report as a negative mark. Taking into account our 36 months of on-time lease payments and the mitigating circumstances around the additional balance due, Im requesting a goodwill adjustment to our account and hope you will consider my request to have the Adverse Account removed from our credit report. Thank you for your time and consideration. We hope your compassionate resolution of this matter will help us secure a bright and productive future for our son.

During the month of XXXX I made three payments ; the 2nd of {$550.00} the XXXX of {$300.00} and again on the XXXX of {$350.00}. I received an email stating that my XXXX payment as been met and that my next payment of {$460.00} was due on XX/XX/18. On XX/XX/XXXX auto pay attempted to withdraw the monthly payment of {$550.00} which caused a NSF charge on my account. I know that, for not paying they could definitely do it. I explained that due to loss of a family member and my brother loosing his job to give a break! On XX/XX/2018, I discovered the early determination bill existed from XXXX XXXX XXXX for {$1400.00}, after it was reported delinquent to the credit bureaus. I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX by phone and via email, on XX/XX/XXXX. The representative stated a bill had been sent in XX/XX/2018, I stated I did not receive the bill and requested a bill be sent to me. I also discovered that the address on the bill didn't have my apartment number, which can cause delivery issues as I live in a multiple unit dwelling.
