Complaint: A person by the name of XXXX XXXX calls my place of work and leave a message with a coworker for a call back, So I called her back and she proceeded to give me the mini Miranda and tell me about the debt she has in her office. I tried to tell her I never received a notice in the mail and asked her not to call my work anymore and she says she didn't know it was my work, we answer the phone with a biz name. I asked for an itemization of the charges since I did not recognize one of the charges she was describing but, she claims she can not get that since it is hippa protected, So I wanted to ask how you can collect something you can't prove I owe but she got angry and hung up on me.

Complaint: I CALLED IN TO NEGOTIATE A SETTLEMENT THE ENTIRE STAFF IS UNPROFESSIONAL THE FIRST PERSON I SPOKE WITH HAD TO LOOK ME UP BY LAST NAME 3 TIMES CALL TIME ALREADY AT FIVE MINUTES SHE MADE A SMART COMMENT BECAUSE I PHONETICALLY PROVIDED THE SPELLING YET THE OTHER TIMES SHE HAD NOT FOUND IT AND IMMEDIATELY THREATENED THAT SHE WOULD TERMINATE CALL SHE THEN FAILING TO PROVIDE HER NAME AFTER MY REQUEST AS SHE WANTED TO PREVENT HER NAME BEING MENTIONED IN ANY TYPE OF COMPLAINTS SAID SHE WOULD PASS ME TO XXXX IM ASSUMING HER FRIEND IN HOPES THAT XXXX TOO WOULD SHARE IN HER DISDAIN FOR ME I ASKED XXXX FOR THE PREVIOUS REPS NAME AND SHE RFSD TO PROVIDE I TOLD HER THAT THE REP HAD BEEN NASTY TO ME AND SHE THEN HUNG UP I CALLED BACK AND WAS THEN TRANSFERRED TO XXXX WHO IMMEDIATELY HAD A BIASED OPINION BECAUSE OF THE NOTES BY XXXX SHE THEN TOLD ME I WOULD ONLY QUALIFY FOR A 20 % OFF OF THE BALANCE AS A SETTLEMENT. I ADVISED HER THAT THIS RESPONSE WAS ONLY PROVIDED BECAUSE OF MY PREVIOUS CONVERSATION AND THAT THIS WAS DISCRIMINATORY IN NATURE SHE THEN SAID IF I PAID THE SETTLEMENT SHE WOULD NOT REMOVE THIS ITEM FROM MY CREDIT AT THAT POINT SHE HAD BROKEN THE FDCPA AND I ADVISED HER THAT SHE WAS TREADING DOWN A SLIPPERY SLOPE AS I AM AN INFORMED CONSUMER AND THEN SHE SAID I CAN NO LONGER HAVE A SETTLEMENT AND I COULD NO LONGER PAY AND THIS WOULD REMAIN ON MY CREDIT FOREVER AND TERMINATED THE CALL YET AGAIN. I AM MAKING THIS COMPLAINT AS THIS ILLEGAL ACT AND PREVENTION OF ME REMOVING THIS FROM MY CREDIT SHOULD BE PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE AND THE LEADERSHIP TEAM OF THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE AWARE OF THE ILLEGAL VERBIAGE IN THE USE OF THEIR COLLECTORS AS WELL AS THE FACT LETS FACE IT THEY REFUSED THE MONEY ISNT THAT THE SOLE PURPOSE OF A COLLECTION AGENCY I HOPE THAT CREDITORS THINKING OF PLACING THEIR BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY WILL SEE THIS COMPLAINT AND THINK TWICE I WILL ALSO BE FILING COMPLAINTS WILL THE OTHER AGENCIES PROTECTING MY RIGHTS IE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND CFPB

Complaint: On my credit report search, came up with unknown debt notice from weird amount. So called debt collect agency. They said it's one part of bill that related 2015 XXXX. Agency said there is possibility the hospital found out later and just sent to debt collector because it's too old. I paid right off but history remain in my credit report. Never received any bill or information related this service and charge.

Complaint: Pulled my credit report last week and noticed that a debt collection agency FIRST FED CREDIT CONTROL is noted on XXXX report in collections. I reached out to them on XX/XX/XXXX and gave the rep. all of my personal info they required to pull up my account. They were unable to find me in their systems. I was then told that a manager had to call me back about this situation. The manager hours later called me and stated that I owe {$120.00} for a medical bill in XX/XX/XXXX. I asked who was the original creditor and they were unable to provide this information and stated that they bought the debt from another debt collector and also did not provide that company information. So I am having trouble validating this debt and I do not recall ever getting services from the medical provided listed on the credit report.

Complaint: First Federal Control shows up on my XXXX credit report several times as my owing them funds that was discharged in a chapter XXXX bankruptcy. Please see that they also show up as unknown just to report to the credit bureau, XXXX, to make my life horrible. Section 609 of the CFRA states that the only debts that should be reporting on my credit report are those that have been accurately verified. They should not be showing up at all as this debt was dismissed via a chapter XXXX bankruptcy back in XX/XX/2015. Also these are unverified debts which have also exceeded the statutes of limitations for the state of Ohio.

They have clearly violated my H.I.P.P.A rights and destroyed my credit. I DO NOT have a contract, written nor verbal regarding the debt they are claiming I owe. I have tried to resolve this issue with FIRST FEDERAL CREDIT CONTROL but they are careless and have no respect for the rule of law.
