Complaint: I first contacted First Federal Credit Control about a {$130.00} collection item on XX/XX/XXXX. I asked them to validate the debt. See attached letter. They ignored my request. I have written to them every month since then but to no avail. Apparently FFCC is not familiar with the requirements of the Fair Debt Collections Practice Act that requires them to remove any reporting if they can not validate it. I need your help in getting them to comply with the law.

Complaint: I had a XXXX procedure on XX/XX/XXXX. Insurance paid benefits, and I paid the balance. {$500.00} of the bill was excluded from insurance coverage because the procedure was disallowed, as it was incidental to the billing code that was paid. At the time of the XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, was an employee of the doctor doing the procedure, and was paid by his office. She subsequently left the doctor 's employ, and attempted to collect the {$500.00} that was disallowed. I refused to pay her bill, as she should have been paid by the doctor, and her dispute was with him.
2 years later, in a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX, First Federal Credit Control , Inc. a debt collection company, wrote that XXXX XXXX, XXXX, referred my account to them for collection. On XX/XX/XXXX, I asked my husband to call First Federal to dispute the validity of the debt. He spoke to XXXX XXXX, and gave her the information, and faxed her proof of the debt not being valid. Neither Ms. XXXX, nor anyone else has been in contact with me by mail, phone, fax, or email since.
We contacted the appropriate credit reporting agencies and filed a dispute. We are in the process of purchasing a home, and when our credit was pulled recently, the invalid collection was still being reported. My husband contact Ms. XXXX again in the last few days to get this matter resolved. She declined.

Account status incorrect
Complaint: Since XXXX of XXXX I've been contacting First Federal Credit Control and have been transfered to XXXX XXXX every month regarding their False Reporting to XXXX for a medical bill which they specifically stated they did not have any contact information for me and this is why XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX gave the information to FFCC. I must say after hours and hours of research and getting to the bottom of this, the physician had all information prior to seeing them. Then FFCC argued for about 2 months, XXXX XXXX from FFCC wanted all types of proof of this bill being paid. It was paid prior to them reporting this. I proved it and she said it should come off my report because there is no debt and she was sorry it happened but it was reported because they supposedly didnt have any of my information. Finally in XXXX of XXXX FFCC emailed me a copy of what they said they sent to the Credit agencies. XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. Every month to this day this is still reporting and now when i call XXXX just tells me to have XXXX call her ( this does not happen and XXXX said they will never call a collector ) Now, FFCC stated that they do not call the Credit Agencies and so now FFCC is totally in the wrong by not helping me ( the consumer ) do to their error. this is affecting my Credit Score by 20+ points and is obsurd that this is still on my XXXX XXXX both companies should merge together because XXXX and FFCC do not care about anything they do that affects others. Horrible at trying to help the consumer get the correct reporting information.

Attempted to collect wrong amount
Complaint: I was randomly charged by a company called First Federal Credit Control , Inc. for the amount of {$150.00} USD as I have no association with this company. I submitted a request to inquire on the incident on their website and received no communication to remove this statement. I initially noticed this bill when I saw my credit score drop. I've read reviews for this company and it is clear that this is not the first incident. I am very upset and I hope you can help me resolve this matter ; I have submitted a XXXX dispute claim as well. Thank you for your time.
Best, XXXX
