Complaint: I am a XXXX XXXX XXXX Veteran who began experiencing hardship in XX/XX/2018. I contacted the sub-servicer of my mortgage ; Dovenmuehle Mortgage in XXXX to request assistance. I had missed the XXXX and XXXX payments. Since then, I have repeatedly attempted faxed and/or emailed my documents to Dovenmuehle and have been given incorrect information, different people to speak with, and received no help whatsoever. What started as 2 missed payments has turned into a default and now a trustee sale because of this. I am consulting with an attorney to file a civil complaint if I can not resolve this. Complaint: I feel I was a victim of illegal practices by XXXX XXXX XXXX during the time of XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. As I understand it this case has since closed and I am upset because I am just getting the claim paperwork. I want to know if there are any unclaimed monies that I might be eligible for since I feel was a victim of this illegal practice. I was in loss mitigation over a year and never got any assistance, meanwhile my mortgage continued to escalate and add up. I realize you need particular I formation regarding fees and fines & overages I may have been charged and will do my best to provide this documentation. I just want to know if I can still file a claim and if I was due a refund.

Complaint: Hello, Dovenmuehle Mortgage took over my mortgage from XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2018. Since then they refuse to post my XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX payments I made on a timely basis. They have added late charges and forwarded mitigation paperwork. I have called their customer service every day to get this resolved and they keep saying we will know something in ten days. This has been happening since XX/XX/XXXX. They have my payments and they are showing on line, though they have not taken off late fees and still will not credit my account. I am so discouraged. Where do I turn? Thank you.

Complaint: My mortgage servicer started accepting payments in XX/XX/XXXX after requiring that I restructure my loan.I was only 2.5 month behind in XX/XX/XXXX but they refused to accept any payments once I got back on my feet and drug the whole process out until XXXX. Even though I have presented them with proof from their own website that all of my payments since XX/XX/XXXX have been on time they did not correct the reporting error on my credit report. I was even told by a staff member that it should be corrected but after numerous phone calls ( most of which were recorded ) and a very detailed letter accompanied by supporting documents they have not corrected this obvious error. Where as I have been current since XX/XX/XXXX my reports show that I did not make a payment until XX/XX/XXXX. I can prove my claim with bank statements and a printout from the servicer 's own site.

Complaint: I have contacted my mortgage company numerous times since my closing date in XXXX. My escrow has been over inflated since the day of closing. I have sent in documentation of tax estimates multiple times and continue to be told they 'lost ' them or can not find them at the time I call to follow up. I have been promised that a new analysis would be done and my overage returned on two separate occasions. Now, my yearly taxes have been paid and there is an over {$4000.00} overage in my account and the bank is refusing to complete an escrow analysis. I have been calling repeatedly about this issue and continue to be promised an escrow analysis will be completed, but one is never done -- or at least I have never received anything in writing. I called again today and they are refusing to honor the previous promises that the analysis would be completed as soon as the taxes are actually paid and insisting on delaying another month into XXXX.

Complaint: I closed on my condo XX/XX/XXXX... I applied for and received a 30 year fixed rate mortgage of {$130000.00} with 4.5 % interest ... Taxes and insurance were NOT to be escrowed as I'd made this clear and have email regarding my closing as confirmation of this. XXXX XXXX was my first mortgage holder, .. it was later transferred to Dovenmuehle Mortgage. My mortgage payments were to be a fixed rate of {$660.00} monthly ... which I'd been paying on time for just over one year. I've payed my insurance and property taxes directly and always on time. On Friday XX/XX/XXXX I received notice that my payments were going up to {$770.00}, related to an escrow account ( which I was not supposed to have ). I contacted a representative of Dovenmuehle Mortgage, XXXX ( XXXX ), to discuss this. She informed me that the company sent in money for taxes of XXXX.. and later they were refunded XXXX.. ( the same amount I'd previously paid ). She said they were still owed {$670.00}. I contacted the XXXX county tax office and spoke with XXXX XXXX, tax supervisor. She informed me that I was the contact on record, and that no bill went out to Dovenmuehle. They received my quarterly payment first and on time ... but later received a check from the mortgage company and so they refunded them my payment and placed the remainder towards the next installment in XX/XX/XXXX. On my instructions, she did issue a check back to Dovenmuehle Mortgage for the remaining {$670.00}. I'm submitting an email with her testimony that I have been paying all tax installments on time, .. that the mortgage company never requested a tax bill, and that they were being refunded the remainder of the payment ( {$670.00} ) they made. I did make another call to XXXX XXXX XXXX, and spoke with a XXXX ( XXXX ), however, the issue could not be resolved to my satisfaction. She did not have the authority to resolve this, nor was she able to connect me with someone higher up with the authority to correct this, as I had requested. She did say the company uses another agency to look into matters of taxes. I do not fully understand why any mistake was made regarding an escrow account in the first place. I do not know if there were errors between the different mortgage companies in relation to transfer of the mortgage. I do not know why the mortgage company took it upon themselves to look for and pay the property taxes without notifying me. I do believe I've done everything within reason to make it clear that I'd be paying the taxes and insurance myself ... and that there is not to be changes in the monthly rate of the mortgage due to an escrow account. I would like to have the situation remedied with my monthly payment of {$660.00} reinstated. Also, I do not want any sort of penalties related to late payments or anything else related to this incident to effect me.

Complaint: Since XX/XX/XXXX I been contacting our mortgage company, Dovenmuehle Mortgage Inc. to address the need to make our tax payments and correct our impound account. The property in question is in the county of XXXX XXXX, purchased XX/XX/XXXX. The mortgage company began an escrow account ( in which we requested, but they will not let us close now ), at approx {$10000.00} annually ( two installments of {$4900.00} each ). The county issued a secure property tax bill ( {$770.00} x2 = XXXX ) and two supplemental property tax bills ( {$4300.00} x 2 and {$170.00} x 2 = XXXX ) instead of combining them in to one bill with two installments. The mortgage company paid the supplemental property tax bills as I requested, however are still showing that {$4900.00} is due in XXXX, hence stating we have a shortage in our impound account. They have requested documentation from the county reflecting otherwise to make the changes to the impound account as they increased our payment by {$390.00} at month. I have provided this documentation several times, however they are now stating they will continue to collect the higher amount until they reanalyze the impound account in XX/XX/XXXX. Per the supervisor, ( I can't get anyone higher to up to call me ), they will only pay what the county reflects is owed in XX/XX/XXXX, and they have the documentation reflecting it is only {$770.00}, however they WILL NOT make the changes to the payment amount. Hence, we will be required to continue to pay them the {$390.00} a month unnecessarily until they want to change it and then reimburse the funds back to us. Why do they have the right to collect money they agree they don't need? This puts us in financial strain and if we don't make the payment we may loose our property. Secondly, if they make the payment to the county of {$4900.00} instead of the amount due, we will show a shortage and then again risk loosing our property. I have sent attachments to them on 12 occasions since XXXX XXXX now and we have gotten no where. PLEASE HELP US.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2018, I made an online payment by error to a paid off loan with Dovenmuehle Mortgage that services XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. This payment was supposed to go to XXXX who also services my current mortgage with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I contacted Dovenmuehle on XX/XX/2018, XX/XX/2018, XX/XX/2018, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/2018 XX/XX/2018, and up until today 's current date to recover my funds and they keep stating with no supporting evidence that they forwarded my payment to XXXX. XXXX can not locate the payment. The payment amount was {$2300.00}. I am currently suffering from financial hardship due to a XXXX and this missing payment is not only causing my family emotional distress but also contributing to pushing me into foreclosure due to missed payments. Complaint: We refinanced our VA loan for the lower interest rate and our loan was sold to Dovenmuehle Mortgage Inc out of XXXX XXXX, IL. I have been calling them for about the last XXXX months every few days with no resolution. I am 100 % XXXX vet and do not pay real estate taxes. I filed the paperwork with Dovenmuehle and they initially acknowledged it, changed my payment and refunded some of my money. A month after that they paid the state an additional XXXX for what they said was a real estate bill ( the state knew nothing about it. ) I called the mortgage company again and they said they would research it, none of their reps can explain or even understand whats going on in my account, they are extremely rude and now my mortgage payment has gone up to more than what it initially was and they are saying I owe them money. I have complained to them numerous times, they wont allow me to speak with a supervisor And their complaint department are the same worthless customer service reps. Also in the process of me complaining they also sent a letter for another customer XXXX and XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX, Sc that includes their property address and loan number.

Complaint: The mortgage is in my ex-husband 's name only because he purchased the house two months before we got married. Now since we are divorced the judge awarded me the house XX/XX/XXXX. I have tried everything to get the mortgage company Dovenmuehle Mortgage ( loan servicer ) to turn the mortgage into my name but they keep telling me my ex husband need to fill out the loan modification. I also mentioned the acceptance of loan modification based on me being the successor in interest but, I was told they will not accept it. The reason I fell behind with the note, my ex husband was ordered to pay six mortgage payments last year to bring the mortgage current but he never followed the judge orders during our divorce. Currently, the mortgage is in default held by the holder XX/XX/XXXX. I was told by Dovenmuehle Mortgage I have 37 days fromXX/XX/XXXX to pay the default in the amount of {$7900.00} to satisfy the account or foreclosure procedures will take place. Since then I talked with the mortgage company and they informed me that another mortgage note was added in the amount of {$490.00} ( this is the normal payment ) but for the repayment plan the amount of the note was {$850.00} which became too much of a struggle to handle when my child support payments fell behind. I need Dovenmuehle Mortgage to immediately turn the mortgage over to me ( as being the successor in interest ) with the normal payment put back in place and whatever amount is in default add it to the back end of the loan.

Complaint: We have had a continual struggle with the Dovenmuehl Mortgage servicing department regarding every payment that is being made since the inception of this refinanced loan. They consistently call after my uncle has made every payment and out of confusion, sometimes he's been tricked into making multiple payments ( he has early onset XXXX ). I have sent the entity a certified mailing months ago to set up the uto payment, we have spoken to them twice about it on the phone, YET, the collections department continue to call and send early default mailings.
