Complaint: I have been disputing a final billing with XXXX cable since XX/XX/XXXX. I have called them on several occasions to request my last few bills from them to verify no equipment charges are still on they account and they only send me the final bill. I called and they tell me i have to log into a non existent account to access the bill. Then i explain i dont have equipment or an account and there is still no help. They received their equipment on XX/XX/XXXX and the final bill from XX/XX/XXXX has a credit of XXXX but that is for service not for the equipment they collected on XX/XX/XXXX. I need to see the last 3 bills to verify what is owed. I have called them and they constantly sending to new collection agencies but not sending my the last few bills that i have requested. Lastly, I have not received any written notices from the collection company diversified consultants inc.

Complaint: I didn't know if a XXXX XXXX debt on my credit report till my mortgage loan officer said I needed to pay it. I paid the debt XX/XX/XXXX of {$180.00}. I requested a letter ( per my loan officer 's request ) stating that the debt was paid in full & will be taken off my credit report. Diversified Consultants emailed me a letter stating the debt was paid but not that it will be taken off my credit report. I called and a very hateful lady answered, saying they don't take it off the report. I asked if they put it in the report & said she yes but they don't take it off. I asked who does so I could contact them since this is the ONLY thing on my report that is stopping me from being able to close on my house. She said she didn't know. I asked when will they report to the credit bureau that the debt is paid, she said 30-45 days. I said I can't wait that long but she didn't seem to care & told me the conversation was over. My complaint is that this collection agency is quick to report but after the debt is paid in full, they don't really care to help to get it off of your report. & to top that when they reported the debt my score dropped 19 points which also disqualified me for the USDA loan. This is so wrong on so many levels & someone needs to do something about it. Please help!

Complaint: I noticed a collections account when checking my credit report. The company is Diversified Consultants, Inc ( DCI ), found here : https : //www.dcicollect.com, ( XXXX ) XXXX-XXXX I have contacted the DCI, provided my correct contact information and requested a bill. DCI had an address on file that I have not used in about 8years, and was not the one found on any credit report. The company reports negatively monthly to the credit bureaus. I have made multiple attempts to contact DCI via the telephone number associated listed. During one phone call during normal business hours there was no one able to provide any information regarding my account. DCI has failed to attempt any means of communication since I contacted them the beginning of XX/XX/2018. I personally believe that DCI 's practices are unethical. Attached is the closest thing to communication from DCI ... A screenshot from my report.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2018 Diversified Consultants received a certified letter from me requesting debt validation. Diversified Consultants responded by sending a bill. On XX/XX/2018 a 2nd written request was sent to Diversified Consultants to verify the alleged debt ; the company responded by sending another billing statement. Months prior to receiving this negative remark on my credit reports, I returned the cable/internet equipment to XXXX and was awaiting a final bill showing the deductions of the equipment. I never received a final bill reflecting the appropriate charges nor was I given the opportunity to pay the final bill before they sold the account to a collection agency and reported it on my credit reports.

Complaint: I'm a current XXXX customer. I was living in XXXX and using their service. I then moved to XXXX and remained a XXXX customer. However, in the process I was told I would have to open a new account but my login information would be exactly the same as it was before, it would just be a new account number. I continued to pay my bills on time on the new account with no issue. Apparently there was an amount due on the old account but I had no knowledge or communication from XXXX that there was money owed on the old account ( because I could not log into that account anymore since my login directed me to the new one ). I was never told there was an issue with my account ( no written letter, phone calls, emails etc. ) until it went to collection. I paid the collection but now I have a derogatory mark on my credit report that is affecting my ability to receive credit. I have told XXXX this issue and they do not want to help me. The collection agency was Diversified Consultants Inc. who have a relationship with XXXX.
