Didn't receive enough information to verify debt
Complaint: Diversified Consultants, Inc XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX FL XXXX XXXX XXXX FL XXXX | Complaint : Diversified Consultants placed a collection debt on my credit report ( s ) during the debt validation process that was not legally validated pursuant to FDCPA Section 809 ( b ).
A recent review of my major credit reports reveal Diversified Consultants placed a collection debt on my credit report ( s ) regarding XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX during the debt validation process that was not legally validated pursuant to FDCPA Section 809 ( b ).
I have not received any written communication from Diversified Consultants via US Mail regular 1st class mail service, or any certified mail service that my signature guarantees my receipt of debt validation, and debt collector validation.
Most important, I have not received the due process of validating the debt, and the debt collector.
On XX/XX/XXXX, I, XXXX XXXX XXXX, submitted a consumer dispute regarding the collection debt through the companys corporate website at www.dcicollect.com ( copy of dispute attached ). My dispute outlined the necessary information a debt collector must provide to validate the debt, and to validate the legitimacy of the debt collector.
On XX/XX/XXXX, I received an email response from employee XXXX XXXX, Compliance Analyst ( copy of email attached ). The email stated that she would forward the email to the appropriate office ( Copy of email attached ). The email also states that I could receive something in the mail.
On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a notice from XXXX XXXX that Diversified Consultants had placed a collection account on my XXXX credit report ( copy of email attached ).
Under FDCPA Section 809 ( b ), debt collectors are not allowed to pursue collection activity until the debt is validated. In XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, No. XXXX XXXX UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF ARIZONA, XX/XX/XXXX, the courts ruled that reporting a collection account indeed is considered collection activity.
I filed a complaint with the XXXX XXXX XXXX of Florida. The company states they have done no wrong. The company states they mailed validation information XX/XX/XXXX. I did not receive any information in the mail. The company has not provided any proof of mailing from the United States Postal Service such as a " certificate of mailing '', or a " certified mail return receipt ''

Didn't receive enough information to verify debt
Complaint: XXXX allowed multiple simultaneous fraudulent accounts to be opened using my social security number in XXXX. The accounts were opened under different names with different phone numbers and different addresses. The fraudulent XXXX accounts are # XXXX and # XXXX I was never notified of these fraudulent accounts until after the debts had been forwarded to Diversified Consultants who started to attempt to collect the debt by reporting these to the three main credit bureaus. My credit score dropped about 150 points which was the first time I became aware of false reporting on my credit reports for fraudulent accounts. I filed fraudulent account affidavits per the process through XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. They have not closed the accounts nor stopped collection activities. I spoke with XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX regarding these issues who said that they still required a copy of a police report and would not close these fraudulent accounts. I provided a police report number on the affidavit in addition to the other identification and proof of residency documentation. The affidavit form did not say that a police report was required to close this investigation. They are asking me to take a day off of work to go to XXXX public records to get a copy of a police report for them. I have completed all of the requested steps already to close these accounts.
I would like the debt collection records removed from my credit reports by Diversified Consultants. I would like XXXX XXXX to stop collecting these fraudulent debts. I would like letters from both of these companies stating that they have stopped collection activities and removed debt collection records from my credit reports.

But then tells me that I have another collection from XXXX XXXX that was not yet reported and I disputed that one they sent me pack a letter saying that it was closed and the wont be able to get info need to verify that account. They are attempting to collect debt without following the guidelines from the fdpca and fcra. They dont have verifiable proof that this account belongs to me or an original contract with my signature the account in the amount of XXXX from XXXX XXXX should be removed at once and I didnt even get a chance to dispute this before the place it on my credit report. If it is not removed I will be forced to take litigation against diversified consultants inc. for damages to my credit.

Complaint: A year ago I had a friend and her XXXX daughters on my XXXX account. My friend was able to get her own account. Her 3 phone lines and two new phones were supposed to be transferred to her. XXXX transferred the 3 phone lines, but not the phones. I spoke to XXXX quite a few times in XXXX of last year to get the phones transferred. I was then unavailable for the next 8 months. I suspended my account until I returned. When I returned, I was told by XXXX that my account had been cancelled due to a {$1900.00} debt. The debt was the phones my friend purchased. For 4 months I have been trying to get XXXX to transfer the phones to my friend, and remove the debt from my credit report. They have failed to do so. PLEASE, help me with this.

Complaint: I moved out of my apartment, cancelled my XXXX XXXX, and paid my XXXX bill in full in XX/XX/XXXX and then AGAIN in XXXX when they hit me with a {$20.00} charge for something. XXXX sold a {$71.00} collection account to diversified consultants in XX/XX/XXXX, a month after I paid my bill in full. No attempt to contact me about it, my bill online said {$0.00} was owed. I called XXXX sometime in XXXX. They apologized, told me the debt was incorrect, and they would get it off my credit report ( said they made a note of it in their system ). I called again yesterday XX/XX/XXXX. They told me to call the debt collection agency to get it off my report. Why would I call the debt collection agency?? XXXX sold them the debt, XXXX needs to give them their money back so they can take it off my report!
