This is a formal notice that your claim is disputed. I am requesting validation, made pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act, along with the corresponding local state laws. Complaint: I dont know this company. I have never done business with this company. I don't have credit with this company. I don't have a signed contract with this company. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), Diversified is required by federal law to verify - through the physical verification of the original SIGNED CONSUMER CONTRACT - any and all accounts they attempt to post on a credit report. In addition, I have NEVER asked this company to mail me identity theft information. I dont want this company calling me or mailing me with harassing fraudulent communications. My next course of action will be to file legal action in my county in the amount of {$10000.00} for damages. Along with other entities who violate Section 609.

Diversified Consultants Inc. called me several times a day with different phone numbers, never leaving a voice mail, and I do not owe them any money, nor am I attached to any account that they deem is delinquent. I have received phone calls from Diversified Consultants Inc. from XXXX on : XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX I have also received phone calls from Diversified Consultants Inc. from XXXX on : XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX I have also received phone calls from Diversified Consultants Inc. from XXXX on : XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX I am going to litigate if I continue to receive unsolicited phone calls from the Diversified Consultants Inc. and any variations of phone numbers that they are calling from. This is beyond absurd, and is extremely out of hand. 13 unsolicited phone calls in one month is ridiculous.
