Complaint: My deceased wife had opened several accounts in my name without my permission. I was unaware of these accounts until I applied for a home loan and saw them on my credit report. These accounts later turned into collections and caused my credit score to go down and now I can no longer qualify to purchase a home.
The accounts were XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and 2 XXXX accounts ending in XXXX, and XXXX. I had already paid off 2 of those accounts and will provide a letter of proof that these accounts were paid.
I have enclosed the FTC Fraud Alert for the 4 accounts, death certificate, Letter from XXXX XXXX, Bank statement showing XXXX XXXX being paid in full for {$380.00}, and XXXX XXXX being paid for {$280.00}

Complaint: I have been going back in fronth with diversified with settling a delinquent account they original inform me that if i settle the account it would be deleted from my credit report that never happened they also advised once the payment clear i would receive a letter confirming that which was never sent via email or mail.Upon recently reviewing my report the account was never deleted when i called back to ask why they then advise me they cant delete it only the original creditor can. i call XXXX and asked can they delete the charge off. they inform me diversified would have to delete it due to the fact that they reported it ( which makes sense ). At this point I'm tired of going back and forth between XXXX and the collection agency. The only reason i settled the account because i need to get a mortgage loan. I have now closed and I'm still dissatisfied that they lied and the reporting status I would like this charge off account removed immediately.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2018 I called Diversified Consultants to ask about a debt they claimed I was responsible for. I never received any notice about this bill the only knowledge I have is on my XXXX and XXXX report. I called to ask if I were to pay a debt they claimed is mine can it be deleted off all reports. The lady XXXX told me no. She did not even offer me a reference number. The next day I called again and spoke to XXXX XXXX. He said he did not have any record of my previous call. This is not fair for me as a person to have a collection on my credit reports and did not receive a bill.

Complaint: XXXX XXXX contacted me at work and talked to my employer about an account that has been removed from all three credit bureaus because after investigation they all found that the account did not belong to me and there was no real record of the account by the originator. I am a current client of XXXX so I find it hilarious this debt keeps getting resold and I keep getting XXXX XXXX iver it. This is a direct violation of my FCRA rights.
