Complaint: I sent in a letter to the company to have them validate the debt. I specially ask the to attach copies of agreement with their client that authorizes them to collect on the alleged debt, agreement that bears signature of the alleged debtor and a complete payment history on the account so as to prove that the debt amount they wish to collect is correct. They never sent me neither of those documents. The only documentation that they provided to me was a bill from XXXX XXXX XXXX bill cycle date XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX. THAT IS NOT PROPER VALIDATION!

Complaint: XXXX XXXX # XXXX from Diversified Consultants, Inc ( XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, MI XXXX ) acted very unethically, was extremely rude and a bully when I called to inquire about a debt that was found not owed ( S/W XXXX on XX/XX/18 ). XXXX overpowered the conversation and would not let me speak this was very unprofessional considering I didnt owe anything. I called back to make a complaint about XXXX and was told he was the Manager and he didnt report to anyone. No one should be bullied by a Collector. Can you please send this email to Diversified? Complaint: I am a victim of identity theft. I have an active fraud alert with all 3 credit bureau. I am actively working to clear all fraudulent claims. I've worked previously with a collections agency for a XXXX account XX/XX/2017 which was proven not to be mine. However, that agency sold the outstanding account to Diversified Consultants. I have sent written communications to both Diversified as well as ; all 3 credit reporting agencies with no avail. With an active fraud alert and Police report on file I would like to have this account in the amount of {$520.00} for XXXX removed from all 3 agencies. I have not previously received any correspondence from this company prior to being alerted by the credit bureau.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I received a notice from Diversified Consultants, Inc. to inform me about an alleged debt with XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$1600.00}. I notified them within the 30 days after receiving this notice and I disputed the validity of this debt. I sent a certified letter on XX/XX/XXXX. I received their response to my certified letter on XX/XX/XXXX. My certified letter ( which I am attaching to this complaint ) requested some of the following : -Agreement with the creditor that authorizes you to collect on this alleged debt -Valid copies of the debt agreement stating the amount of the debt and interest charges -Agreement bearing my signature stating that I have agreed to assume the debt -Complete payment history on this account along with an accounting of all additional charges being assessed. -Contractual signatures and agreements of said account -Documentation showing you are licensed to collect in Colorado along with your license number and registered agent. The only thing I received was a cell phone bill with talk history from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. They failed to validate this debt and they failed to delete this account from the 3 credit bureaus and stop attempts at collecting this debt. They did not submit any of the information I requested. A billing statement is not proper validation of a debt. I do not have a signed contract nor any contract with Diversified Consultants , Inc, regardless whether or not they purchased this debt from XXXX XXXX. I have attached all communication with Diversified Consultants , Inc . Since this account was not properly validated, I am no longer legally responsible. Account validation is my right granted by the FDCPA.

Complaint: I was a victim of bank fraud and was unable to make any payments on any accounts for several months. I never received notification that this debt was going to collections until it hit my credit report. I immediately contacted XXXX to make the payment because it was finally resolved through my bank. XXXX stated on that call that they would remove the debt from the collection agency. the agency is telling me that they can not remove ( delete ) the negative collection report from my credit report.
