Complaint: On XX/XX/2016 I purchased XXXX items from XXXX worth {$47.00}. There were few major issues:1 ) XXXX does n't have an order summary screen which shows at what address it is going to ship the items.So the order got shipped to wrong/old address. 2 ) I need to make numerous calls and send emails to get it fixed and spent close to 3.4 to 4 hours but still I did n't got my order and finally got the refund in the form of XXXX bucks. 3 ) XXXX send the entire XXXX digit credit card number rather than customer 's first name and last name. this is major security breach as they are exposing the entire PII data which can be really dangenerous. 4 ) when i told this to XXXX and law enforcement agencies about this data breach issue - XXXX retaliated and closed my account 5 ) As and when any refunds used to happen - XXXX used to refund the money not in discover card but as groupon bucks. XXXX abruptly closed my account and all my XXXX bucks ( which is real money ) is also gone. When i wrote this to XXXX they have n't responded. 6 ) Also reached out to Discover regarding the dispute and they are simply passing the blame to XXXX and doing nothing. Moreover Discover is not going to do something serious against their preferred partner ( XXXX ) for the credit card number breach,

Complaint: New Information Re : Discover Card trying to falsely collect on alleged debt due to a lost card. They continue to knowingly and falsely publish debt that 's not owed which is damaging my credit. I provided the information I have but, they have not reciprocated since this is all alleged and not mine, they have failed repeatedly, will not provide any supporting information. I have tapes. Tapes will show Discover is in violation of Federal laws.

Complaint: I had a credit line of {$18000.00} on my Discover card. I had a balance of about {$10000.00} that I was making payments monthly on. In XXXX of 2014 my daughter was admitted into the hospital with a very rare XXXX that almost took her life away. We spent 28 days at the hospital where we used the card to take care of our expenses while we spent those days together in pain and suffering at the hospital. Somehow Discover allowed us to go past the maximum spending limit to a total of {$28000.00}. They never stopped the card from charging and let me go far over my limit.
Naturally, I was going through very desperate times and had no choice.
We 've been paying above the minimum payment every month an average of {$500.00} with a lot of sacrifice. I 've had this account for the past 20 years and I 've never missed a payment until now. I used to like Discover, they always did a good job for me and me for them. However, Discover not only increased my interest rate to usurious amount on the new high balance which I had full intention of paying but they also increased my minimum payment to {$750.00} a month making the payment no longer possible for me to pay. I called the company and spoke with so many representatives which did nothing more than to transfer me around to people who acted like they were managers. Ultimately nothing was done to help me reduce the interest or the minimum payment. My daughter remains ill today XXXX and has never been able to return to school. I am an everyday American with middle class income that has been taken advantage of by the predatory practices of a big bank. What 's worse ; is all along I thought I was a valued customer with a good credit card relationship. My daughter 's medical expenses are very costly and have to come first. Clearly the new interest rate coupled with the new minimum payment Discover will be driving me to bankruptcy and delinquency with no concern or humanity. I cringe knowing that these atrocities continue to happen to American people by predatory lending practices engineered by these filthy rich banks.

XX/XX/XXXX without my permission or knowledge Discover card applied my deposit funds to my balance on my account. I have had my Discover it card since XX/XX/XXXX, with current payments. And this one time I need help in asking for assistance to keep my account active and open. I find out this morning via live chat. That my account had been closed. Complaint: A company called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX IL XXXX, is continually sending me letters to collect a debt which has expired. They have not removed this debt from my credit report either. Even the letters state that the debt has expired. If I contact this company directly, the 'clock ' will start running again and even states as much in the letter. The original debt was less than {$300.00}, but they have inflated it to {$2200.00}. Can you help me. I am a XXXX veteran with limited resources, but still need a good credit rating like everyone else in this country.

Complaint: I signed up for 3 automatic payments with discover card to bring my account current. After 3 months i was sinstructed to call in or make manual payments. After the 3 months my account was not current. I asked why. Discover said that i didnt get the full amount credited to my balance because i had been a part of the program the prior year. Therefore the interest and late fee charges still applied. AboutXXXX of XXXX dillars was going to my past due balance. When i complained, Discover told me there was nothing they could do.XX/XX/2016 money was automatically withdrawn from my account. Now XX/XX/2016 XXXX dollaars was taken from my account. When i call to complain they also tell me tbere is nothing they could do because there was no notation in the system stating that i wanted to stop payments. However the original agrement was that i only pay for 3 months automatically and then i would switch to manual payments ( hence no automatic payment occurring XX/XX/XXXX ). Im HIGHLY upset.

Complaint: Today I discovered a charge called " Payment protection '' on my Discover Card transaction list. The charge must have been going on the card monthly since I have had it because it shows up throughout my transaction list. I look into what this " fee '' is and I see that it covers me if I ca n't make payments. I have my payment auto-deducted and I 'm sure that I have paid way more than three month 's worth of payments in the form of this fee. No one ever asked me if I wanted such a fee and they keep charging me with it. How much money have they been teasing out of my account through this " fee ''. Too much I 'd say.
