Complaint: I spoken to discover many times and I ask then to help me out since I 'm still experiencing a hardship financially on my minimum payments. I ca n't afford the minimum payment is to high. I ca n't not pay XXXX and up its to much 5 months ago discover enrolled me in a plan which help reduce the interest rate lowered as low as 9 % or 7 % or lower. I was told that if after the 5 or 6 months they gave me if I was still struggling and if my emergency and financial situation was the same that I could contact discover back to enroll for another 6 month or 1 year depending on the offer they can get me. I am very upset because discover denied me the help I need. I need help now. My intention and priority is to pay all My statement balance in a period of time little by little but having just the minimum payment been high it is difficult for me and ca n't afford that payment and interest at this time. I wish my payments was as low as 30.00 to 40.00 each month like the 5 month or 6 I was only paying XXXX It was very helpful. I was also promise no late fees and u was also promise no interest charges for the 6 or 5 months but I did got interest charges fees and I told discover why if they promise to wave those 6 month or 5 of no interest charges on purchases but they still did. My account did n't changed much because they lied on not charging .e the purchase interest charges that is why it did n't lowered .Y balance as I have a XXXX payment rhe interest purchase charge was 35 to 45.00 so not a big change. This is approximately. I feel rejected and I feel left behind moments like this is wen I need help the most.

Complaint: I am having discover credit card for years now. During last 3 months - I am facing very strange issue. Any time when I am using my work laptop to access Discover card account and use the Discover deals - Discover thinks that I am accessing my account outside of USA which is incorrect. I am very much in XXXX XXXX. No other website is thinking that i am outside of USA. Even " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' states that my IP Address : XXXX Due to the above and certain other issues - I am not sure whether I will be getting 5 % cash back on XXXX deal that i placed the order using my Discover card. I have been following up with Discover but not getting any serious response from them. Another issue - Secure message center does n't allow sending the attachments otherwise Discover customer service can see all the screen shots Infact this wrong location of Customer is impacting other Discover customers also that I am aware of. Some of my website related information was stolen both in XXXX, XXXX and here in XXXX along with my other property that hasn't been returned to me. I don't and haven't ever had any XXXX XXXX related Agreements,Contracts or Credit Cards offered to Veterans associated with ones businesses. Nor have I ever applied for or had a Business License or Business Permit in any City or State inspite of my diverse interest. Not once have I ever allowed another be it an Paralegal, Payee, Attorney, Employers, Landlords, Veteran Organizations including Vocational Rehabilitation Programs, XXXX( XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, Entertainment Companies, Banks, Celebrity Personal Assistant Agencies or Celebs, Shelters, Charities, HUD, Housing Arthority, Department of Veteran Affairs, Military, Law Enforcement or anyone else nor their employess to sign any business related Agreements or Contracts on my behalf; not even my family members or friends. None of my XXXX XXXX attempts were associated with my Employers, Department of Veteran Affairs,Vocational Rehabilitation Programs Military, Landlords, HUD( Housing Authority),Friends, Family nor did I ever sign related Agreements or Contracts with them. Not once had I ever provided anyone the passwords to be able to sign into my accounts rather were aware of my accounts or not. I never offered nor did I ever sign any business Contracts or Agreements with XXXX nor my Landlord or their staff associted with any of my online websites or Merchant Accounts. My XXXX XXXX XXXX Compensation was deposited into both of my XXXX XXXX XXXX Accounts at that time. My account was changed during the Summer of XX/XX/XXXXbecause of theft of my Bank Card. None of my Checking,Savings, past Credit Cards or Business related were shared accounts in which others were allowed to use to make purchases. Prior to me using my same account open a Checking account in person at XXXX XXXX before it's name was changed to XXXX XXXX. Where my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has been deposited since that time. I had used my XXXX XXXX Checking to pay for my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX both before theft of my property XX/XX/XXXX and that was also prior to the theft of my property from my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. I've stated this many times: I paid for my 1st XXXX XXXX XXXX Membership while employed at XXXX using my XXXX XXXX XXXX account XXXX my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was also deposited. The XXXX was given a copy of my website owner certificate document submitted to me when I purchased the software marketing program as well copies of my other school transcripts in addition to XXXX XXXX XXXX for example. XXXX, represented the first initials of my children's names. I wasn't ever paid and I'm still owed the money. Nor did my marketing program have anything to do with any schools, college nor university programs nor did I ever offer or sign any agreement to include it such. Complaint: XXXX sent a letter referencing information I should have received about servicing enhancements. The referenced information was never received. As a result of " XXXX XXXX '', XXXX created new loan numbers that were credit reported in addition to the original loan numbers. Consequently, the addition of the new loan numbers had an adverse effect on my XXXX XXXX and rating. I am currently in the process of obtaining a home loan. Due to the negligence of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX incorrectly reporting XXXX accounts to the credit bureaus, including XXXX original accounts and XXXX new accounts, the adverse effect of the new loan numbers negatively interfered with the home loan process. Thus, I requested immediate removal of the new loan numbers from my credit. Additionally, due to the damages caused to me from the negligence of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, I requested our relationship be terminated immediately. I offered to settle the original accounts with immediate removal of the all accounts from my credit to release XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX from the damages caused by negligence in unauthorized new loan numbers and credit reporting. XXXX XXXX, XXXX Representative, has been rude and has not resolved the issue. After sending him documentation of the adverse effects to my credit and a resolution letter, he maintained that the company " reported correctly '' and the company rejected the offer to settle.

Complaint: I received the attached email message this evening asserting that I have a past due amount ( see XXXX ). However, I have no amount that is currently due and have either paid the minimum amount due or in excess of such amount each month. Attached are my statements from the last three months, each prepared by the servicer after monthly payments were due, and a record prepared by the servicer of my payments for each month. The servicer failed to apply a payment I made on XXXX XXXX, XXXX ( see attached Discover Payment History and Discover XXXX XXXX, which states that I have a past due amount ). In addition, the servicer is demanding payment based on my XXXX statement ( attached ), despite that I made a payment on XXXX XXXX, XXXX without having a statement available at such time ( see Discover Payment History ; note : the XXXX statement was not created and uploaded into my account until XXXX XXXX, XXXX, after I complained to a supervisor named XXXX ).
