Complaint: I was workig with a rental agency to rent an apartment and 2 hard inquiries were put onto my credit report from Credco within 12 days of each other. One on XX/XX/2018 and the other on XX/XX/2018. I contacted XXXX and explained the situation and asked them to remove one of the hard inquiries and they told me that they would not remove either of them and that I had to go back to the company that I was working with to have them remove it. The rental company said that they could not remove either of them because I had to talk to XXXX. So neither of the companies would help me resolve the problem.

Complaint: I recently noticed an inquiry From CoreLogic/ Credco on my credit file. I never gave permission for them to do a hard pull of my credit. I do not know this company nor any company they are affiliated with. I have attempted on multiple occasions to correct this incorrect information with Credco but they are only responsive on a form letter/automated response basis. They are claiming that they are not responsible for the inquiry yet it shows their identical information on my report. I am preparing to file a defamation of character lawsuit against them here in California and would like it to be known that they are fraudulently accessing and damaging consumer credit files.

Complaint: Please reference CFPB # XXXX I did not give permission for CoreLogic or XXXX to pull my credit report on XX/XX/XXXX. They had just pulled my credit on XX/XX/XXXX so why would they another Hard Inquire on my credit report. They have made mistake and I would like it removed ASAP.
I have attached a screen shot of inquiries with dates and the letter sent from CoreLogic state I provided " verbal '' permission to pull my credit 8 days later ... Where does that make sense at? Please all attachments.
