Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 I sent a letter to this company requesting removal of their inquiry on my credit report. I have no knowledge of applying for this company. I asked them to please remove the inquiry unless they have my permissible written copy with my hand writing as per the FCRA. This company is NOT being complaint with the FCRA, they told me they would not remove the inquire. This is a violation.

Account status incorrect
Complaint: In XXXX of XXXX my home in XXXX XXXX, Florida was damaged by Hurricane Irma and declared a FEMA disaster area. After over 1 year of recovery and {$160000.00} I think my house is repaired. FEMA did not offer any assistance as I had insurance and they referred me to the SBA which was quite helpful. Albeit a 3rd TD on my house at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX.
XXXX, my loan servicer, offered me a forbearance period pursuant to FNMA guidelines as being in a FEMA declared disaster area from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. I was granted a forbearance period for monthly payments until XX/XX/XXXX.
After XX/XX/XXXX they want a lump sum payment of {$40000.00}. Not what they told me.
It cost over {$160000.00} to repair my house.
XXXX managed my repair escrow account during the process.
They granted me and told me that at the end of the forbearance period my loan would be modified to include the foregone payments and it would be added to the principal balance and modified.
They have now offered a loan mod. on a 20 year amortization increasing my monthly payment by {$2000.00}. That hurts. They offered counseling. Serious?
They did not tell me the truth! When I call them they claim the call will be recorded. I have asked for the recorded audio records to prove what I was told.
They told me the forbearance would not effect my credit.
My FICO score has dropped from XXXX to XXXX and they report me as 180+ days delinquent. Not what I signed up for! I could not get a car loan with that FICO.
XXXX XXXX has reduced my credit limit on my unsecured credit line from {$13000.00} to $ {$3000.00} as they ran my credit and they were not impressed.
XXXX is not being fair. They respond but not satisfactory.
All my bills are paid on time. You have my permission to run my credit report.

Reporting company used your report improperly
Complaint: Credco, Has lied in its response! It also has failed to provide a timely response to supply me with my file data it is currently providing to its subscribers in nanoseconds digitally! Credco has requested 60 days to reply and send my data file as a stall tactic! It is sending, sharing and distributing false data about my private, personal finances and other PII without my authorization to anyone that asks, and self-states they have a legitimate purpose for requesting the data. Credco does this without auditable verifying procedures or processes to prove the legitimacy of their subscribers purposes. They do not verify whether or not their subscribers indeed have been authorized by the consumer to receive the consumer 's PII. Further, Credco describes themselves as a data aggregator they're just a provider of information from other sources and will not be held accountable for the accuracy of the information they provide to anyone asking for consumer 's PII. They are harming consumers and have harmed me by providing fake, false and inaccurate information to their subscribers. Credco provides this information without providing a reasonable process that doesn't further violate the consumer 's rights to protect their signatures from Credco 's wholesaling of the consumer 's signature to its subscribers as yet another data point for sale. Credco is a corrupt organization morally absent of any integrity or ethics for ensuring any degree of accuracy in the PII data it shares is actually accurate. It perpetuates the selling of false, fake and unverifiable information without consequence and against both CA State consumer data privacy and protection laws and Federal consumer protection laws.
It is ridiculous for the CFPB to allow this corrupt CREDCO organization to get away with its delay tactics when it is providing daily false information in nanoseconds electronically to anyone that asks about my information. CREDCO 's conduct must be investigated. It is my expectation that CFBP will do its mandated job and require CREDCO to send me my data file including all data sources, sharing and selling to whom, when, what, why and where of all of my data right now and without further stall tactics and delays. CREDCO must be held to account and forced to release my information immediately as it does electronically to its subscribers daily. No further delays should granted to Credco.
This stall tactic of requesting 60 days is a fake stall tactic. This company is providing fraudulent information that is harming my life daily. It can and does provide my PII data file to any one that asks and subscribes to its fees instantly and electronically.
PLEASE DEMAND the Corrupt CREDCO to provide my file as requested!

Problem getting your free annual credit report
Complaint: I have requested a copy of my annual free report on multiple times and XXXX XXXX has failed to comply. I sent a notarized request at the beginning of XXXX to which they responded by mail stating they needed a copy of my utility bill and state Id. I faxed over that information the utility bill had previous and current address on it and they sent me another letter stating to give them a call. I did and verified name, birthday, social security number and address again. The customer service rep stated they got my fax but it didn't have my current address on it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and spoke to XXXX who didn't even seem to understand my call. At first he said he did not have the information that I just requested and then after pushing the conversation he said my ID was not legible. The inconsistent information that I have received is unprofessional and irresponsible. I have sent as stated above more than enough information to validate my identity. There continued failure and violations of my rights is unacceptable and may lead to other legal avenues if not resolved immediately.

Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX, based on a accident ( disaster ), I faced the financial hardship. XXXX XXXX is my mortgage lender from XXXX, and I asked them for a mortgage assistance. They offered several options but asked for permission to check my credit score. At this moment the score was about 630. However, XXXX XXXX asked Corelogic Credco for assistance, and when results came, it was a very unpleasant surprise. The new FICO score has dropped for 83 points - due to the XXXX XXXX/Corelogic Credco inquiry. When asked for information why it has happened, the answer was that this score is based upon XXXX report. I called XXXX and they denied providing such a wrong information. At this moment am disputing this sudden drop of the score and I am asking removal of such inquiry.
As far as I know, the official credit bureaus are the only providers of credit information. Many new providers of scores are doing it for less money and are increasing the market. Their information is not always correct. They maybe are pleasing the lenders who are paying for information, but it can create harm to customers - intentionally or inadvertently.
I am informing CFPB because this has happened under your watch of the compliance with FDCPA.
