On XX/XX/XXXX they emailed us saying the mortgage interest statement was not delivered. they asked as the right address, so we though ok from now we might get all the mails, They still did not let us know the loan was sold to another company, we did not gt any good bye letter from XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX night we get a CREDIT alert for mortgage being added to our credit and late payment. From which we come to know the loan has been sold to XXXX, we call XXXX the very next day and pay the whole amount which was pending. Our credit is down by 280 points because of this. We have this complaint against XXXX XXXX for 1> not letting us know the company they sold our loan 2> after learning they had the wrong address they did not let XXXX know about this. 3> affected our credit score and not taking any action to let us know or clear this.

Complaint: Corelogic/Credco has false and untrue information on my credit report which I had advised the 3 credit reporting agencies and Fico, months ago, was false and untrue. I was denied credit because Corelogic has a foreclosure, by XXXX XXXX XXXX listed, which never happened. I have a Federal Court ruling stating that the XXXX foreclosure was false and untrue. I have sent a copy of this court ruling to XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. It appears that that hey did not remove this false foreclosure from my credit history. If you will go online, and type in " All XXXX foreclosure are fraudulent and scams '', you will find that it is true, and that there are countless class action lawsuits against XXXX, one with 82,000 class members.

Complaint: I received a letter from Credco dated on XX/XX/XXXX stating that they have investigated with XXXX of XXXX on why they asked Credco to run my credit from both XXXX and XXXX. I had already reached out to that company with no response. Credco did not get a response from them, either so they sent me a letter stating that they would ask both credit bureaus to delete the inquiry. And sent me a copy of the letter. It is still on my report. I have talked to Credco and they insisted I needed to contact the bureaus because they had sent them the information. Both bureaus said they had not gotten it because it needs to be electronically sent and that I had to reach back out to Credco. I am tired of the run around and this is not going to stay on my report even after it has been discovered to be done without my permission.
