I demand these hard inquiries be removed from my credit report immediately.

Complaint: I have 5 hard inquiries on my credit report that were unauthorized from Credco! The dates are as follows XX/XX/XXXX/ 2 inquiries in XX/XX/XXXX one for miscellaneous/ one for finance/ personal. Another on XX/XX/XXXX and the last on XX/XX/XXXX both for miscellaneous! Then I have another hard inquiry from XXXX XXXX/ real estate and public accommodations! Another for XXXX XXXX and XXXX made on XX/XX/XXXX! Another from XXXX made on XX/XX/XXXX! Last one is XX/XX/XXXX for miscellaneous! These hard inquiries were not made by me and I did not authorize and they are having a negative impact on my credit score at a time when Im trying to improve my score! Please help to resolve and remove these from account! I know my identity has been stolen there have been numerous charges to my checking/debit and I have had to have approximately 4-5 cards replaced since XX/XX/XXXX!

Complaint: This is a third request to get my credco saferent full consumer disclosure.credit report.
-XX/XX/XXXX, submitted cfpb complaint along with all requested documentation. Credco saferent then stated that they sent consumer file XX/XX/2019. This was a lie. I received a rental property solutions reports, not a saferent report. Per my previous cfpb complaint send me a copy of my credco saferent full consumer disclosure report immediately.

Complaint: CoreLogic was requested to investigate on an account that does not belong to me.
This account also had missing information reporting using terms like N/A, details left blank, - and still CoreLogic choose to send me a response saying that it has completed its investigation.
Pursuant to FCRA, no reporting agency can report information that can not be verified. Why is this account in my name when it is not mine and can not be verified?
I am days away from filing a lawsuit against CoreLogic and XXXX for wrongful reporting and willful non-compliance of the FCRA laws.
This account is so inaccurate that on its CoreLogic XXXX report has the last date reported asXX/XX/XXXX, while the original CoreLogic has the last date reported as XX/XX/XXXX.
Both reporting the same account listed as XXXX XXXX. But reporting this account while it can not be verified with missing data.
After this complaint is closed, if this account is not removed from both reports ( CoreLogic and CoreLogic XXXX ) I will file a suit.
