Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX, I went into my bank to refinance my vehicle. I found out that the XXXX pulls my credit from XXXX. XXXX has outdated information reporting to my file. In XXXX of this year, I purchased a new home. The three national credit reporting bureaus, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX was used. I had an issue with the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX posting to the bureaus. I received a letter from them to update my credit report recently. I've been checking my report regularly and don't have any collections on it. XXXX is still posting some outdated and/or inaccurate information on my credit report that is hindering me from getting an approval to refinance my vehicle at a lower interest rate. I was contacted by the bank representative noting that there is something on my account that disallow the refinance approval. I was told mainly that my home that I purchased on XX/XX/2018 is not showing up on my account. The bank representative left a message on my phone noting that something is showing up on my credit report by XXXX. This is the third time that this bank has denied me an approval for information stored on the XXXX report. XXXX is not sending me a report so that I may dispute any inaccuracies pertained on it.
