Complaint: I would like to withdraw all other complaints against this company that I have previously filed and replace them with this one.I have told this company NUMEROUS times to STOP contacting me by phone and they are not respecting that. I am still getting phone call after phone call every day. It has been over a month now.They are also disobeying THEIR "cease and desist" they told me they had on the account.They sent my account to a lawyer on XXXX. They told me THEY as well had a "cease and desist" from XXXX onwards. The harassing phone calls started on XXXX.The lawyer sent me a letter saying that it was "closed" on their end and it was "sent back to the client" (Capital One), XXXX. I was now to contact them.Capital One has no respect for anyone and their lives. They have no comprehension of the mental cruelty and abuse they put on people by sending them to a lawyer!!!I want NO RESPONSE from them unless they are willing to settle or remove the debt completely. I'm sick of their excuses and explanations.NO MORE PHONE CALLS FROM THEM. NO NORE PHONE CALLS FROM ANYONE THEY HAVE GIVEN MY NUMBER TO. I WILL NOT speak to them by phone. I Don't know what else to do to get them to understand and stop!There is nothing they need to "verify"----especially calling 7 times a day and abusing people.

Complaint: This is not so much a complaint as it is a request for my personal information. I wish to Thank XXXX, a representative of Capital One I joined Capital One on XXXX and was given a {$300.00} credit limit. I make my payments in full. If I spend {$300.00} I pay back {$300.00} that month. In XXXX and XXXX I had received Alert 's that my Personal Information maybe on the XXXX XXXX. and each time significant Point 's were taken from my credit Score. I even filed complaint 's with the XXXX. With regards to XXXX. My complaint is greater than Capital One or the Credit agencies I have been getting emails.People asking me why I am sending XXXX picture 's. I have received from one man in XXXX a Statement on XXXX saying XXXX, has my information. I have telemarketers calling me repeatedly. I have filed with the do not call registry on one that has called me 5 time 's. XXXX and XXXX. On capital One it said my XXXX account and password.Did they get it or trying to get it? I have not been with XXXX in year 's I do not remember my password. I emailed XXXX and asked please remove any of my information. Someone calling themselves XXXX emailed me and asked me if XXXX took care of the problem? I replied who are you and how did you know I messaged XXXX? they never responded to me. I contacted the FBI with regards to XXXX. Capital One has already settled if I am not mistaken and they have admitted fault The only reason I know what I know was because the Alert 's that they provided on my account. I spoke with the Law Firm XXXX and XXXX, They seem less than enthused to Represent me on a settlement that has already been paid. I am asking with Respect was I one of the many Victim 's Hacked? Is my Information out there because of the Security Breach? I believe I am entitled to know based on everything that has happened to me sense I joined on XX/XX/2019 I do not believe it is fair for a Law firm or a attorney to decide if I am entitled to compensation based on my income or lack there of. For all I know there can be arrest warrant 's for me. Because someone remembered my DOB Social and Name. Am I one of the victim 's?.

Complaint: My father passed away in XXXX, 2017 and I have been charge for his credit card from CAPITAL ONE. I never pay attention to detail on my bank statement. When I looked up my latest statement, I saw the charge on my statement from CAPITAL ONE credit car and I spoke to my bank ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) to do the stop automatic payment and they said that they can not do it. It has to be done by CAPITAL ONE. When I looked up the law for the stopping automatic payment, it says that BANK ACCOUNT HOLDER CAN REQUEST TO STOP THE AUTOMATIC PAYMENT. After that I requested to fraudulent payments and they said they can not return the money back since it is automatic payment but I told them it is fraudulent payment and been going over past few years in small amount. My bank says that I have to reach out to the Capital One and when I called Capital One, they said that I have to reach out to my bank.
