Complaint: Hello there, I was sent an email by Capital One to bring XXXX to my saving account and maintain the money till XX/XX/XXXX to earn a bonus of {$450.00}. I deposited XXXX into my account and maintained the money for the specified period but Bonus was not deposited into my account as of XX/XX/XXXX. I contacted their customer service multiple times and they have no clue when my bonus payment will be made except for telling me to wait 60 days. I have attached copy of email sent by Capital One showing the promotion.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 I received the letter stating that they can't do anything. I have received the copy of the checks from XXXX XXXX and currently have the tracer as Capital One cashed the checks back on XX/XX/2019. I would like to have a copy of the checks that was presented to Capital One from XXXX XXXX. Unfortunately those checks were never presented to XXXX XXXX they were presented to Capital One for payment. I do not have an account with XXXX and they can not provide me with a copy of who cashed or deposit those checks. I would like to received copy of those 3 checks as my primary bank and also Capital One Bank received the checks for payment. I do have the right to obtain a copy of those checks you supposedly received for payment. XXXX XXXX XXXX have already obtained copy of those checks and they were only cashed and presented on XX/XX/2019 not on XXXX or XX/XX/2019 as Capital One stated.

Have called back they claim I did not talk to no one. I called Capital One Bank 2 times was on the phone for over 35 minutes with this issue and called a second time same thing longer conversation.
