Complaint: Capital One has been dropping the ball repeatedly and the amount of time and inconveniences they have caused me has gone too far. I purchased two airline tickets on XX/XX/XXXX, the first in the amount of {$160.00} and the second {$370.00}, it takes a lot of planning and time spent in deciding this purchase but to hit a wall I didn't see coming? again, this is not the first time either, same thing happend exactly 7 days ago, none of my cards with Capital One wouldn't process and when I called the representative then, they are not willing to take responsibility, nor apologize or explain as to why, this is ridiculous! Yes, my funds are plenty! And this is not user related issue believe me ( browser, internet connection, typo or whatever crosses your mind now ) I know what I am doing, it seems the transaction went through for now, that is what it appears like, but no pending transactions are showing in Capital One pending activity page for the entire day that I made purchases for, forget the past hour, and the agency I purchased the ticket from may not be issuing the ticket because nothing has gone thru, this is taking owefully long and that is what prompts me to dig deeper and find out there is " system update '' going within the Capital One, whatever that means, that doesn't mean anything to the customer, just words, be transparent and let your customer know before they get impacted, be transparent and professional. How am I suppose to know if my online purchases went through or not, if I am not receiving the usual email, texts, and also doesn't show under pending transactions for hours? And in last weeks case, it just wouldn't charge at all, I had to call and provide my card information to make that purchase, why all these unnecessary hassle? Now, if I don't get that ticket processed soon, the rate will change and I will be forced to look for other financial institute that would like to take my money but at the same time are stable, communicative, transparent and professional, these are the basic principles, ... come on! I just want Capital One to take this seriously and stop this " brown outs '' which are not acceptable in my book.

Complaint: XXXX # XXXX placed on XXXX was returned because I was sent incorrect style of sunglasses, purchase date shows as XX/XX/XXXX on statement. The item was returned via USPS parcel return service on XX/XX/XXXX, it it still unclear if a refund will be issued or not, the phone rep I spoke with earlier said it is being worked on but had no other information. This is not the first time I've been sent an wrong item, XXXX XXXX has sent me items in the past which have turned out to be wrong item/style. I emailed a XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX requesting a refund in advance of receipt of item due to situation, wrong item sent. She referred me to a XXXX, I left her a voicemail on XX/XX/XXXX, did not call me back and it is now XXXX. I request Capital One, the bank whom issues the card I placed order on, to dispute the charge with the information I provided above. They should be able to track the return through XXXX XXXX and the order number I provided, the return label was provided by the company.

Complaint: Following Payment in full of this account in XX/XX/XXXX - I have requested multiple times a final official credit card statement. The XX/XX/XXXX statement provided to consumer by Capital One Bank, NA shows a balance of XXXX. For accounting purposes, the account should have generated a final statement reflecting the current PAID IN FULL XXXX BALANCE. I request the statements from XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. Capital One Bank, NA online profile indicates that a statement did cut for those statement cycle dates. However, these statements were not provided to consumer and remain disabled/blocked unable to be viewed online by both Capital One customer service representatives and consumer. Additionally, I request clarification as to why under the XX/XX/XXXX statements a duplicate statement for XX/XX/XXXX is shown.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2018, opened account and funded the account from an external account totaling over {$50000.00}. On XX/XX/2018, I logged into my online banking to see a very small notice that my account was on hold and that I should contact bank. I contacted bank on XX/XX/2018, and spoke to a representative who informed me that two transfers had been reversed. Transfer dates were on XX/XX/2018 and XX/XX/2018. Funds were transferred back to the account in which the initial account funding took place on XX/XX/2018. During the call on XX/XX/2018, I informed rep that the transfer reversals need to be cancelled immediately as the funds were no longer being held in the external account, and that this would result in returned item fees and NSF fees at the bank the funds were already transfer to, had cleared, and been made available to me. The representative refused to cancel the transfer reversals and advised that no one at the Bank would be able to do anything about this problem. This is problematic because I received NO notification that the transfers were being reversed and have now been charged with the fees at the external institution.

Isn't inquiries a part of the car buying process? If too many inquiries due to car buying then Capital One Auto Finance should take the lead and change this policy. This is a flimsy excuse. My present auto is financed through Capital One Auto Finance with a 12 percent interest rate and a {$350.00} monthly payment since XX/XX/XXXX. Capital One Auto Finance in the business to make as much money as possible from the consumers even if they do have good credit. A direct quote from Capital One Auto Finance : There have been too many recent inquiries. Give me a break if that is the only thing they can come up with to deny the application. All these inquiries are from auto dealerships whom all encourages the buyer to fill out the application after assessing income and credit by stating that they finance all types of credit.

Complaint: On XX/XX/18, I initiated an instant transfer from XXXX to my Checking Account with Capital One 360 in the amount of {$700.00}. This transaction, as intended, posts instantly. The funds were in my account on the day of XX/XX/2018. Upon reviewing my account and preparing to pay rent, the funds are no longer in my account. On XX/XX/18, I contact XXXX to investigate. XXXX informs me the money was in fact deposited into my Capital One 360 account. I immediately contact Capital One 360 and speak with a manager ( XXXX? ) who was not helpful. He never offered the ability to investigate and he could not see the transfer on his end, either. On XX/XX/18, XXXX sends me an email with detailed transaction information that should assist my bank in locating the missing funds. I contact my bank on XX/XX/XXXX and speak with a representative ( name? ) and provide her the details. She places me on hold, and after 20 minutes, the call disconnects. I call back and speak with a manager named XXXX. XXXX begins to file an investigation request. Upon learning that the transaction would have posted as an " original credit transaction '' and not an ACH transaction, she is no longer able to submit the form to investigate and I will " have to send them a detailed email with the facts and someone should get back to me within ten days. '' I submitted the email on XX/XX/18 and do not expect to receive a response. I have had to utilize their email in the past to communicate and have yet to receive a response regarding any of my past grievances. So now, XXXX can not take responsibility because their records show the money successfully arrived in my account. My bank, Capital One 360, will not take responsibility nor can they investigate the transaction. Now I have late on rent and will be assessed a {$180.00} late fee as a result.
