Complaint: My CapitalOne XXXX XXXX charged me for a transaction I disputed and paid using another payment method, even after several attempts to explain and document share using secured link and through Mail and several Calls.
Now they started charging me Late Agee for the same, for that transaction which I categorically denied and disunited.
Please kindly help, its a huge amount of - XXXX $ I can provide all other documentation I shared with CapitalOne besides the uploaded documents as required.

Problem with rewards from credit card
Complaint: CapitalOne offers disbursement of cash back rewards in the form of mailed checks. I have twice requested, and never received, a cash back reward check from them, although I have waited the 2-3 weeks they say it will take the check to arrive each time. On XX/XX/18 I requested the first check. I never received it, so on XX/XX/18, I asked that the check be canceled. On XX/XX/18, I requested a second check. I have not received that check either.

Complaint: I wrote XXXX and XXXX on XX/XX/2018 to dispute an inquiry on my personal credit report from Capital One on XX/XX/2018, nothing of any merit was ever sent to me except a letter stating to contact Capital One about my issue of inaccurate and misleading information on my credit report that is affecting my ability to obtain credit.
I wrote Capital One on XX/XX/2018 and received a generic response explaining the types of inquiries. I wrote Capital One a second time on XX/XX/2018 and received back an identical response that did not satisfy the request for actual documentation of a credit application as required under CFR 1002.12 and 15 USC section 94 as it applies to the FCRA.
The inquiry from Capital One whom does not have any proof of Permissible Purpose and has not provided any reasonable documentation to XXXX or XXXX should be deleted immediately because it is inaccurate and misleading.

Complaint: I have been using Capital One XXXX XXXX card for more than 5 years. Generally, the card is very handy and easy to manage. However, in XX/XX/2018, I submitted a dispute case related to a merchant ( XXXX ), and the dispute case is a large amount dispute ( {$5900.00} ), capital one is not able to dispute this charge in a fair and helpful way and capital one rebilled this amount on my card without the right reason and due process.
Before the rebill, I tried to coordinate Capital one 's requirements to upload all the documents and the documents uploading failed multiple times due to technical problem from capital one website. And then, capital one holds me accountable for not uploading the documents on time and closed the dispute without reviewing or collection those documents before the close of my case.
I received the rebill on my card on XX/XX/XXXX, and before this XXXX rebill, I did not receive any communication from capital one to request for more information. I chatted with XXXX agent online around XX/XX/XXXX and told the agent that I was moving and may have difficulty receiving mails. I asked her to check if there is any mail related to this dispute case on my profile, and I was told there had been none since I asked XXXX to reopen the dispute case. It was not true. On XX/XX/XXXX, I got a letter from Capital one and the letter said because I did not provide documents to capital one by XX/XX/XXXX, capital one had to close the case.
I contacted capital one on XX/XX/XXXX and let the dispute associate know that I was moving and did not get the letter asking for more information. The agent online told me that a case owner would contact me within 24-48 hours.
On XX/XX/XXXX, I did not get any call or contact and then I called in and was told a specialist would contact me by XXXX XX/XX/2018 XXXX. And then, the call is not happening and I called in dispute dept again and the case is finally getting reviewed at the dipute dept. However, the entire process is more than 180 days and it is definitely not the right course to close such an obvious zero performance case without refunding consumer 's money.

I reviewed my credit report and found these 2 Capital One accounts ( which I have never had any association with Capital One bank or credit ).
I filed a police report, once finished the officer gave me the website of the FTC to file a federal report there.

Complaint: XX/XX/18 I have been traveling via RV from state to state ( TX-MD, DE and then back South to Fla. ) I have used my Capital 1 CC in the past with never a problem. Yesterday XX/XX/18 while getting fuel for the RV ... the purchase was " declined ''. I had just purchased a sandwich using my CC but the gas had to be purchased at another register. When I did so, it was declined! Not only was I ashamed but I was furious! I have been a loyal Capital One customer for several years and did not deserve this blatant act of disrespect! It is documented on their website that Credit cards are covered during travels because of the chip. I responded to their text to verify my use but apparently that was not effective. I called 4 times trying to get my card unlocked but the customer reps. kept transferring me to others that couldn't help me either so they would in turn, transfer me again. I am disgusted with Cap One 's customer service which is " POOR '' to say the least! I '' WILL NO LONGER '' be using my Capital One card for future transactions but they should already know that since they put a restricted purchase use on my card.

Problem with fees
Complaint: I am growing tired of receiving late notices and interest charges regarding fees assessed from Capital One Banks illegal handling of accepting charges against our company account. Attachments A through E display my case and I will outline each : Attachment A shows our account for XXXX XXXX ( # XXXX ) dated XX/XX/2018 to XX/XX/2018 for fraudulent charges to his credit card from a XXXX XXXX. Attachment C is a letter from Capital One ( dated XX/XX/2018 ) that shows the resolution of these fraudulent charges, the deactivation of card ending with # XXXX and the refund owed to our account.
Attachment B shows our account for XXXX XXXX ( # XXXX ) dated XX/XX/2018 to XX/XX/2018 and clearly demonstrates the card for XXXX XXXX was changed. I will add that, via telephone, I requested XXXX XXXX card should have not been renewed but cancelled under his name since he was no longer in management with our company. Also during that call, I requested to close our entire account ( cards # XXXX and # XXXX XXXX since you will note that NO charges were made on any card since XX/XX/XXXX.
You will also note on attachment B, his old card number and the last fraudulent charge to that cancelled card. Attachment D letter confirms resolution to the fraud.
Attachment E clearly displays the error of Capital One by allowing annual charges against XXXX XXXX account even though the three charges, dated XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX were against card # XXXX since we DID NOT notify XXXX or XXXX of his replacement card. In fact, we wanted to cancel these charges since these accounts no longer applied to his responsibility or use.
I have attached all documentation and my letter of XX/XX/2018 to Capital One.

Charged too much interest
Complaint: We have used a Capital One credit card for years and taken advantage of the cash back rewards for years as well. When we have some awards accrued, we always have the rewards amount ( in dollars ) applied to account, always with the understanding that the cash back amount did not serve as a payment. Therefore, without exception I would always deduct the rewards amount from the month 's balance and pay the remaining amount well before the due date resulting in the entire month 's amount due being paid well before the date due and avoiding any interest.
Suddenly I am being charged interest despite the fact that the entire amount due on that month 's bill has been paid in full before the due date. How can you charge interest on a XXXX balance just because a part of the amount due was paid with the company 's own rewards and all before the due date? This is their excuse for tacking on interest.
Should you need to see last month 's statement, we will be happy to provide it ; however, we hope it will not be published. I have asked to use my remaining rewards towards the next bill as part of my effort to get rid of this card. This company has certainly changed and is now exhibiting blatantly greedy behaviors.

Card was charged for something you did not purchase with the card
Complaint: My identity was stolen and my credit card was hacked. Charges were made over the course of 2 months by the time i noticed the charges. Charges started in XX/XX/XXXX and fraud was reported first week of XX/XX/XXXX. Capital one refunded the amount of all the fraudulent charges and a few months later they said their investigation determined there was no fraud and they charged me for approximately {$14000.00} worth of fraudulent charges. The gentleman investigating the fraud, XXXX, would not allow me to submit additional information to prove that the charges were fraud. Charges were made in multiple cities/states on opposite sides of the nation and i had proof that i was not even in the same state as some of these charges. Capital one was unwilling to work with me, unwilling to share information of their investigation, unwilling to accept any additional proof that i did not make charges, and XXXX refused to connect me to a supervisor. He told me that if i didn't like his decision that i would have to hire a lawyer. He refused to give me any information ( email, address, phone # ) that i could have a lawyer reach out to as well. I have had to pay the full amount of fraud to avoid any interest charges and i am looking to be made whole, either through the consumer finance bureau or through legal action.

XXXX and XXXX have both completed their research and determined that CAPITAL ONE BANK USA was not established by myself but XXXX keeps verifying this accounts. Also, when I called the company they responded that XXXX did not send them all of the verifying evidence to confirm each account is unverified.
