Complaint: On XX/XX/2018 I made a deposit of XXXX $ to pay my rent. Capital one ATM had an error and returned my card but not my money I made a claim and was deny due to me having no funds I couldnt get a lawyer to get the footage of the atm I was there around XXXX-XXXX in the atm I put the claim inside with the banker. But after a few days I get a denial letter because I wasnt seen in the bank : ( this cause so mich fees for me and the bank just laughed at me and said they didnt take care of them I recently found out about this and I dont wish this on no one.

Problem during payment process
Complaint: As I tried to pay for this card, the app was disable and was never able to get someone in customer service to elp.
I tried to call and was always on the phone for more than 20 minutes just to try to get a hold of anyone to explain that they had cancel the card and at the same time they deactivated the app so i just couldn't do any payments.
this was going on for more than 3 months of me trying to get a hold of someone to activate the app so i could pay the card ; witch i was never able to.
Finally i got someone on the phone to solve the problem and I was able to pay and close the account.

Complaint: I have completed the offer described on this website : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX When I called Capital One, they claimed that I didn't qualify because the {$50000.00} deposit was " not all at once ''. After I said that this was not in the promotion language, I was told I didn't qualify anyway.
I asked to be transferred to a manager, who proceeded to bully me into accepting {$100.00}. I made it clear that I'll accept the {$100.00} as a gesture of goodwill, but that I need the remaining {$400.00}, and I will be filing a complaint to that effect.

Complaint: Capital One has made numerous inquires into my credit since XXXX. Not a single one of those were authorized. I have not been shopping for either an auto loan or a credit card. I am currently in Chapter XXXX bankruptcy and not even allowed to apply for credit. I have filed disputes online with the credit reporting companies as well as mailed something to Capital One requesting removal. I have, to date, received NO PROOF that I agreed to these inquiries. When asked for proof I received a letter that just said " Inquiries are a factual part of your credit ''. I have not, and will not, ever apply with Capital One for anything. This has been affecting my application for a mortgage during my Chapter XXXX. I want the following inquiries removed from ALL Credit Reporting Agencies.

Complaint: This is the second time Capital One has closed my account because as they stated i have past present or pending legal action. I do not have any pending or present legal issues. I do admit i, am a felon and i paid my dues and did my time as well as my supervised release all with no problems. After the first time they did this and i ignored it but i, am rebuilding my life as an honest and upstanding citizen and a XXXX XXXX XXXX. I, am involved in the entertainment business and have worked diligently to improve my credit which i have done and i have other credit cards and none of them have closed me because of my past record. I called them after i found out they closed my account and they just stated i would get a letter which i now have. I feel this is very prejudicial towards me as i know four other felons who have the Capital one credit card and this has not happened to them.
I, am seeking your assistance to help rectify this injustice. After all do i not have the right to rebuild my life.

Complaint: My son purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX without a title. We went to DMV for advice/info. They researched history and found a bank that was the last know lienholder of his dirtbike. XXXX XXXX XXXX. It turns out that this bank has been boughy out by Capital One. DMV asked that Capital One indicates in writing ( notarized ) that they either release the title or indicate they have no interest in the title. Capital One did this. However, DMV was not satisfied with the notarized statement of non interest from Capital One. DMV needs Capital One to release a disclosure of the bank and or banks they have bought out that may or may not be affiliated with XXXX XXXX XXXX or specifically thereof. I have contacted Capital One via phone and fax on nemerous occassions. Have been told that response time may take up to 30 days. I have paid DMV all fees and and I just want to get a title created for my sons XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to be legal.

Complaint: I am a victim of identity theft. My personal information was compromised and a fraudulent account was opened without my consent or authorization.
As a result, I sent this company my dispute letter on XX/XX/XXXX explaining my case. I even attached an Identity Theft Report, Proof of identity and Section 605B of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
But to my surprise, this company up to now failed miserably to investigate my claims and is still reporting this fraudulent account. For yet another last time, the following account is fraudulent : CAPITAL ONE BANK USA, ACC # XXXX, Opened Date XX/XX/XXXX, Highest Balance {$620.00} This letter is a written proof of my last intent to find a resolution for this case failure to which I will file a lawsuit against this company.

Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement
Complaint: I purchased a time share in XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX, three total payments of {$1700.00} on XX/XX/XXXX and then two on XX/XX/XXXX for {$1100.00} and {$10000.00} for a total of {$13000.00}. I purchased a time share with trading for another resort using XXXX XXXX.
I would NOT have purchased if there were no " trading privileges ''. When I tried to uses the service I was told I wa n't a member, " my contract number wasn't valid ''. I called and wrote the company in XX/XX/XXXX to request a refund after being given the phone run around since XXXX of XXXX when trying to book a trade of the unit.
On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted Capital One to dispute the three charges. Since then these charges have been credited and recharges numerous times. I did receive a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX releasing me of the contract and sent a notarized release on XX/XX/XXXX. I signed, notarized and returned this document on XX/XX/XXXX. When I contact via phone Capital One they explain " it's being investigated ''.
I FAX copies of these documents to Capital One on XX/XX/XXXX, no reply. I feel when I call, I must start over on the claim. They have assigned various case numbers, XXXX,XXXX,XXXX,XXXX & XXXX.
On XX/XX/XXXX rather then submitting a payment, I wrote requesting a final credit of {$13000.00} plus a reverse of any interest of late fees. Finally I like Capital One and would like to use my card again, without resolution I can't continue as their customer.

Problem with balance transfer
Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX received a market solicitation from Capital One that provides for a 12 month 0 % interest balance transfer. It the time my credit card balance with Capital One was {$0.00}, my credit score was north of 720, and no delinquencies with any creditor. I completed the balance transfer on-line on XX/XX/XXXX for $ XXXX. My credit line was $ XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX - Capital One issued my statement and charged my account interest of {$110.00} and charged the transfer as a purchase with a rate of 21.65 % APR. On XX/XX/XXXX - I called Capital One and told them about the purchase error. I was told that it was a known issue with ALL balance transfers made after XX/XX/XXXX and it would be corrected in 3 business days. I called back 5 business days later because it was not fixed. I then told it was going to take 2 billing cycles to correct. I was told I would be receiving a letter explaining the error. I called again on XX/XX/XXXX and the problem is still not fixed. I explained to the agent that credit bureaus were receiving incorrect balances and understating my available credit.
