Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I paid off the balance on my Capital One credit card of over {$6000.00}. I did not receive a bill in XXXX, due to XXXX balance. In XXXX my statement claims I owe {$19.00} in interest. I called Capital One and spoke with XXXX who said there was nothing he could do for me. I asked to speak to his manager and he transferred me to XXXX ( ID # XXXX ). XXXX informed me that the interest charge was on from the dates of XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. She refused to waive the interest even though I have been a customer since XXXX.
Capital One has very shady practices with regards to fees and interest charges. Furthermore, they place absolutely no value on customer loyalty. Beware of getting a Capital One card, you will be hit with hidden fees!

In the process their 2-step verification system was broken. Since this time, I have been unable to login to my business checking account. Complaint: I am a CapitolOne credit card holder. I drove over 50 miles to a CapitolOne Cafe from XXXX County, Fl to the City of XXXX XXXX, Fl in XXXX XXXX County on XXXX XXXXafter XXXX to pay off my credit card. I placed {$260.00} ( XXXX {$100.00} bills and XXXX {$20.00} bills ) in cash inside the ATM. Three days later, I checked my account and it said that I still owed {$270.00}. I contacted a CapitolOne dispute agent and he said it would take up to 10 days to investigate. On XXXX XXXX, I contacted CapitolOne and the agent said that I would be credited for the payment but it would take up to 30 days for the investigation to complete.

Complaint: Hello, I recently gotten my capital one secured card closed for missing a payment or 2 I didnt know about Ive gotten no emails no calls ect and I didnt know of the payments or payment I missed. So I recently gotten ahold to my amount I owed my credit card company and I paid my amount if full which was XXXX dollars and they restricted my account then once my payment cleared with my bank they closed my account unknowingly, and it made my bank account go into overdraft. I called them to see why they would do that once my payment cleared and saw that I tried to pay it off then just closed it and they couldnt give me an answer, but they told me thank you for the payment then disconnected my call.
