Complaint: This company XXXX XXXX XXXX is continuously reporting on my credit profile with XXXX and XXXX. I have reached out to them continuously to have them send me a copy of any documents with my signature on it showing that I have contracted with them and owing them money. They have failed to do so. They are reporting illegally and not following the FCRA and the FDCPA. I contacted the original creditor and they have removed the account from my XXXX credit profile.

Complaint: I called in on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke with a representative in regards to a payment getting returned that I noticed on my Capital One Credit Card. She told me to contact the bank to confirm my account number. I submitted another full payment to try and pay my credit card off and I got the account number incorrect again by one digit. I just opened up this checking account last month so I was confused on the account number. The representative I spoke with on XX/XX/XXXX never mentioned my account could be subjected to closing if I have another returned payment. So I submitted a second payment with the full amount in which got returned because I got the account number incorrect again. My payment wasnt even due until XXXX. I called my bank again and they told me that instead of going through my Capital One App that I can go through my banking app. I did that. I submitted a {$10.00} payment and it shows it went through. However, capitalone closed my account. I have not even had the credit card for a full month. My payment wasnt even due. The payments got returned due to an invalid account not because of insufficient funds. Capital One never called me to notify me of my account being closed or assisting me in anyway to prevent my credit account being closed. I called in today, XX/XX/XXXX, and spoke with a gentleman named XXXX who was not helpful at all. Did not care to help me fixed the situation and basically said that Im out of luck. Im upset because no one made me aware or notified me of the consequences of getting my account number incorrect. I can understand if the payment got returned due to NSF but it didnt. I made a mistake with my new checking account number. My payment wasnt even due on this credit card.

Complaint: I lost my money in my bank account when they tried to change from XXXX XXXX to XXXX. When I called them they put me on around and sometimes put me on hold without coming back.
FYI, I lost on my investment account with capital one investing for about usd 400. And I lost around usd 500 in my checking account with Capital one bank.
I am registered in the institution as XXXX XXXX XXXX.
Kindly investigate. My suspicion is they make a big mistakes on changing from regular systems to XXXX systems.

Complaint: I have a loan with CAPITAL ONE and XXXX XXXX. I have always made my payments on time. For some reason I realized that there was a late payment on my credit report. As you can see, I have always had a stellar payment record with this company. I tried contacting both XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, CAPITAL ONE and XXXX XXXX with no successful resolution. XXXX, XXXX and XXXX only reporting me late. There was definitely an error on their part. I was never 30 days late.

Its has come to my attention that Capital one Has been party in preitory lending scams. .when I signed up for the journey of XXXX XXXX, I had no ideal ..The amount of money I have paid in fees, That are really masked payments, to get money from, unsuspecting customers..
I got cash advance loans and cerdit spending limits from capital one. Totaling less than XXXX XXXX, after all was said in done, after padding the debt with cerdit cards fees on every payment, and maintaince fees, on every account, i have paid my cerdit card debt twice over, if it was not do to Capital one ..I have sat down with my hard copies statements,, ,I requested a summary of the fees to prove my point..
But it has went to death ears,,, I will not be put in debt, due to under haned legal action .In fact the agreement is binding, unless broken, you Capital one broke the trust i have for Capital one ... Check out the information contained in my account, cerdit and personal. I have a excellent payment history ..I await a response of any kind. ..

I've been able to use a call blocker on my cell phone to minimize those calls.
2. Today XX/XX/2019 @ XXXX XXXX after trying to reach me, they called my wife on her cell phone. They asked for me, and told her they were a debt collector, though they did not say for whom, nor did they identify who they were.
I have requested verbally to them that they stop calling me. They still call, except now they are calling my wife as well.
I owe Cap One some amount of money, though we disagree on the exact amount. I don't deny that. But when I had the card I was running a viable, profitable business. That business died on the vine, and my wife and me are left with only {$1600.00} per month social security to live on. I am XXXX years old, and not a lot of companies are interested in hiring me to go to work, so, I frankly do not have the extra money to pay this debt right now. But at some point I will, and when I do, I will pay them.

I want you to know that I understand my financial obligations, and if it werent for unforeseen circumstances Id have an excellent repayment record. Complaint: XXXX charged my Capital One credit card {$3600.00} for a vehicle that i did not receive or authorize on XX/XX/XXXX. I contacted Capital One and they gave me a temporary credit. they recharged my account in XX/XX/XXXX. I then called XXXX to further advise them that there had been a error and that i did not authorize or receive the vehicle listed on agreement. Furthermore XXXX stated that they would launch an investigation, however it is XX/XX/XXXX and i am yet to receive any sort of communication from XXXX and i am be charged over the limit and interest fees by Capital One.
