Complaint: I made a purchase at Kohl 's Store the Order Date : Monday, XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX ( CST ), this purchase never came to the house even though the tracking number indicated that it had been delivered in the home. I called the USPS that was where they received the package through UPS, and they did an investigation and said the package was delivered at the wrong address or was lost. Then I made the claim to the Kohl 's store and they started an investigation and determined that the package was lost and that they were going to replenish the money to the credit card of the Kohl 's store, but from the date they keep charging me and sending invoices with delay fee that are increasing and that are damaging my credit. The strangest thing is that in more than 7 claims that I have made, in the last claim I made they told me the order was received back to one of their stores several months ago and today XXXX, XXXX XXXX, even they still charge me the bill and damaging my credit and not result.

Complaint: I had a Capital One credit card with a {$300.00} dollar credit limit. I recently went through a very hard financial struggle and lost my job. In result I was unable to make consistent payments to my bill. The credit company would not work with me on lower my interest fees or postpone payment due dates and continued to charge me. When before I went through financial troubles I was making all my payments 100 % ahead of the due date. My last payment was on XX/XX/2018. I lost my job XX/XX/2018 and the company continued to charge me high interest rate which resulted in the credit grantor closing my account and leaving a negative remark on my credit of {$420.00}.

Complaint: Capital One has two similar credit cards. The Capital One Venture Card and the Capital One VentureOne card. There are a few differences including number of points awarded and the Venture Card has an annual fee. I have the Capital One VentureOne card. On Capital One 's website I saw an advertisement that they would waive the Global Entry or TSA fee if using their card to pay for the application fee. It was a recent offering, XX/XX/2018 and I've had the card a few years prior. I called and confirmed I would be eligible, so I signed up, it was {$100.00} application fee. They stated it would take 1-2 billing cycles to be reimbursed. After a month I called again, confirmed it would be reimbursed and to wait another month. After month 2 it still wasn't reimbursed I called again and was informed this was only eligible for the Venture Card, not the VentureOne card I had. I feel this is deceptive to have two cards with very similar names but different features and I was told it would be reimbursed.

Complaint: This company has charged back several disputes based on their own opinions. I let the XXXX go for a flight I NEVER took and company promised the credit would be returned and NEVER did. So I turned to capital one and they charged it back with no proof I took a flight or reaching out to company. I let a XXXX transaction go for an item that was ALLEGEDLY left on my door step go and states it was delivered because there was a tracking number. But I never recirved this alleged item and refused to let me dispute it again. I called and advised them I didn't authorize a XXXX transaction for a car deal that was being disputed and now they are attempting to charge it back. The company hasn't responded. I didn't state fraudulent or contested this charge back. I stated It wasnt authorized at that time on XX/XX/19. I was in process of purchasing a vehicle and it sat on their lot for almost a month. And still haven't provided the guaranteed work on the vehicle.. And company didnt abide by the contract. The reps are putting in disputes as a reason for whatever they decide and consumers are being held liable for transactions they can not confirm on facts was received or delivered. I NEVER stated it was fraud I stated was not authorized at the time of the charge and XXXX XXXX didn't abide by a written agreement. We are still in a contract dispute because promises weren't kept. Clearly they don't listen to calls when customers call in for disputes. The rep XXXX XXXX Just stated being charged back because a chip was used. Never stated I didn't give them the card it wasnt supposed to be charged at that time and still haven't been resolved with contract. AND FOR HER INFORMATION CHIPS CAN BE UTILZED AND DUPLICATED. I have proof of this when my capital one debit card was used to deduct cash in Texas while I was at work in COLORADO on SHIFT and capital one STILL hasn't advised me how my card that was n MY possession was used and my ENTIRE check deducted from an ATM in Texas. And they credited THAT back AND IT HAD A CHIP.
Funny it was a capital one card that was embedded with EMV chip to prevent access by counterfeit card. Since she's utilizing this as a reason to charge back the XXXX. Even though that wasn't the reason for initial dispute.
