Complaint: I have been with Capital One credit card company for almost 9 years. In the last 5 years, that's as far as my credit reports hows ( up until last month I have never been 30 days past due ). I have undergone health issues and my cards balance got high but I didn't miss a payment until XXXX and when I did my minimum due became over {$250.00}. My interest rate is well over 21 % and I begged them to help me because even if I made a payment it would only be going to interest. They refused. They reported me 30 days late. Then in XXXX my minimum due was {$500.00} & same thing they refused to help me with any relief. No matter what I sent them it would only be going to interest so they marked me 60 days late. I refuse to pay just interest and be marked late. I'm not late on any other of my cards they are killing my credit.

This account was never paid late in XX/XX/2017 yet it is showing as an adverse account on my credit report having this wrong information is affecting my credit score. I have been disputing this for months now I spoke with kohls awhile ago and was assured it would be rectified with the credit reporting agencies.

Complaint: I paid my balance ofXX/XX/XXXXor XX/XX/XXXXwith capital one of XXXX.xx with my XXXX XXXX XXXX account. A week or so later I paid XXXX.xx with the same savings account. I attempted to pay with the same account XXXX about a week or so later and it returned not for insufficient funds. I thought maybe s mistake on someones end so I scheduled a XXXX payment and called my bank to see why it didnt clear. They advised me I could no longer make payments through my savings account. I called capital one immediately to notify them my payment would return. The rep said I would be ok just make payment with checking account. Once payment returned I made XXXX payment with my capital one bank account. They closed my account. I spoke to supervisors who said the problem would be corrected and got a manager XXXX who said I had 5 returned payments in my almost 3 years but I have never been late on this card. I explained the last two were not of my knowledge and I dont recall 5 total. I looked on my account it was four including the two that were beyond my control. I asked to speak to her boss or she needs to email her boss to contact me. First she said she couldnt and they were s big company and I pestered her so mich she claims she did I filed a XXXX COMPLAINT and XXXX an executive called me when I was sleep and I have called her multiple times and left messages as she instructed me to do and I get no response. Please help.

Complaint: Hi, Capital One Bank sent me credit card sign up information in mail saying that, I am already approved. However, when I did follow the instructions, I was declined card after making a hard inquiry to my credit report. This has happened twice and thus actually influenced my credit report in a negative manner twice. I would like at the least these hard inquiries to be taken away off my credit report. Complaint: XXXX XX/XX/2019 I ordered a 10 '' Full Touch Screen Dual lens Mirror Dash Cam for teenager car from XXXX XXXX. I received a cheaper 4.3 '' unit with single lens on XX/XX/2019. I immediately contacted the merchant by email on XX/XX/2019 and then again on XX/XX/2019 that the wrong unit was sent. I never received a response. I contacted CaptialOne once I was not going to have a resolution from merchant. I received a letter this week from CapitalOne that they are charging me back again for this wrong unit sent. They are considering the case closed now. It has been three months since the initial order. CapitalOne is not standing by their fraud prevention protection for their customer. This is clearly a bait and switch case. Case # XXXX with CapitalOne. At this point I want my {$59.00} returned to me as I received a bogus product.

Complaint: Since XX/XX/2018 I have been in contact with customer service from Capital One regarding my 0 % Introductory APR for my Venture credit card. Even though this was promised I never got the this offer. Thus far until yesterday, XX/XX/XXXX, I have tried a total of 5 times to resolve this issue but have been denied my request due to insufficient documentation. All document in my possession, including the proof this as offered to my was sent to the company. According to them they never received my first correspondence that included the original welcome letter which stated the 0 % Introductory APR. When asked to reprint the welcome letter, which includes the 0 % Introductory APR, the supervisor said they only print it once and to her knowledge she had no idea why the company does this nor they keep these kind of records. She suggested that thus far I have not further disputable rights and the next step would be to dispute this at a corporative level. No further information was provided to resolve this issue. Please let me know what could be my next steps. Thank you!

Complaint: I tried calling Capital one today and I was kept on hold long. The second time trying to speak to a supervisor. I have auto pay and never are late. I have this account for years. I went online to see my bank account information, it is there XXXX XXXX XXXX ending in XXXX but for the past two months they took it from XXXX XXXX. I changed my bank information but they did not take the payment from it. I am never late now they charged 2 {$38.00} fees plus it is on my credit report past 60 days!. When my credit history paying with them is perfect as well as others. They called me for the first time 60 days later. I moved so I did not receive a letter, but they never sent email either. Why did they wait so long to contact me to resolve it. I attached the proof Im on auto pay and the only external bank account XXXX. I also sent copy of my bank account balance which has more than enough money to pay it. And a copy of the fees.

Complaint: I have been having some financial problems lately, so my payments have been late ; but I have been making them. My payment was due on XX/XX/19 in the amount of {$160.00}. I made full payment on XX/XX/19. On XX/XX/19, a new statement generated. The company applied the payment of {$160.00} to the new balance instead of the {$160.00} that was due on XXXX. This caused me to get charged a late fee. I chatted online with a customer support rep and they basically said that is how things are done and there is no way to have it applied towards the XXXX balance. This is unethical and I would think illegal, since it tips the balance in their favor, kicks someone who who is financially down ; but trying. I was supposed to get a copy of the chat transcript, but that never came.
