Complaint: I applied for several line increase for both of my credit cards and was denied multiple times for the same reasons as stated below : Your average monthly payment has been too low I have spoke to several customer service representatives that have reviewed my payment history and they agree that my monthly payments are well above the payment requirement of {$25.00} per month. I make payments of {$150.00}, {$700.00}. {$400.00} {$250.00} etc. My payment history will provide proof. I recently applied and was decline again for 2 different recents. Your average monthly payment has been too low Recent use of this accounts existing credit line has been too high I was told that the system generates the letters and it was nothing they could do. The system is incorrectly reporting my monthly payments and I'm been denied credit the credit card company says they can't correct their system. In the past I only had to make ( 5 ) minimum payments of {$25.00} to get an automatic credit line increase. I have been denied a credit line increase for over 1 yr although my monthly payments are well above the minimum payment of {$25.00} per month.

So when he cancel the card His bank took it in there on hands In took my {$60.00} off my card In that when i told my friend to Call his bank in get my refund Back.we call in they said we will refund Me .they didn't so we wait a week In the whole month of XXXX we called every day They will say we will refund u they never did So my bank told me to rech out to you guys We have captial 1bank on record with me my friend In my bank in his bank telling my bank they are going to Refund me THEY HAVE NOT .this has now made me fall Behind in my daily bills Rent, phone, credit, food personnel stuff. {$3000.00} behind Negitve impact on my credit For nothing we told this bank Several time to put the {$60.00} Back on the. Card in they keep Repeatedly saying they will in have not My friend has also put a complaint in as well This is not fare to me Or my credit this is My life

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX Capital One reported to XXXX, and XXXX that my Capital One credit card ending in XXXX, balance was {$190.00} which was correct. On XX/XX/XXXX they reported to XXXX that my balance was {$660.00} which is not correct. My credit score dropped 26 points with XXXX due to this error. I called and alerted them of the issue and they indicated that they could not help me. I asked for a supervisor of the department that had reported the wrong information and was told that the person I was speaking to was the only one that I could speak with and they could not transfer me. I am in the process of working with a bank to purchase a home and the impact of this score has been detrimental to me due to needing to have this corrected quickly. I need them to immediately correct their mistake.

Complaint: I have a loan with CAPITAL ONE. I have always made my payments on time. For some reason, I realized that there was a late payment on my credit report. As you can see, I have always had a stellar payment record with this company. I tried contacting both XXXX, XXXX and CAPITAL ONE with no successful resolution. XXXX and XXXX were reporting me late. There was definitely an error on their part. I was never 30 days late.

Complaint: This is in regards to my Capital One Auto finance loan. Currently my credit reports this loan as a charge off. I have contacted all 3 credit bureaus and Capital One to resolve this issue. The matter has not been satisfactorily resolved. The car loan agreement was for 72 months to finance the amount of {$12000.00} starting on XX/XX/XXXX. The car was involved in a car accident on XX/XX/XXXX and the insurance company, XXXX XXXX, deemed the car as a total loss. I continued to make monthly payments on the loan and I paid the lienholder, Capital One, in full XX/XX/XXXX, which is well within the terms of the contract. I have attached a couple documents from Capital One to support my claim.

Complaint: I applied for a Capital One credit card and was denied. I called them to get an explanation of the reason for the denial. They could not say anything but the reason that was generated and makes no sense if you read it. " Based on your credit report from one or more of the agencies on the back of this letter, income is insufficient for amount of credit requested ''. This does not explain in reason why I was denied. A person 's credit report does not provide income information. Also it does not explain how much credit I was applying for. So how can they base a decision on information they don't know. I was told to reapply that is the only thing I could do and no explanation.

Complaint: My capital one 360 account was frozen because of a transaction that took place a week before. I sold property to a guy on a website and gave him my property and accepted XXXX as payment. The payment came in fine. I went to make a purchase and my card would not work. My wife looked online and it said to call them. I called and I was on the phone for about a hour while they figured out who I should talk to. Finally I ended up at the fraud department I told him what was going on and that I have proof of why this money was in my account. He told me that capital one was not going to do business with me anymore, and that when this is done they will mail me a check. He didn't give me a email or anything to send in my proof of innocents, and basically told me to deal with it. My direct deposit is set up to go into that account, I could not change it in time, right now I did not have any money in other accounts. I tried to contact the other person and got no response. I contacted the website administrators, told them what was going on. They said they could freeze the other partys account if I could provide them proof my account is under investigation for this transaction. I called capital one back. Got to the fraud department. They said they would not put why my account was under investigation in writing. He told me to file a police report and subpoena the reason from capital one. I went to file a police report they said I could not file a police report unless I had proof that this individual stole money. I tried to call capital one back, they left a note on my account to transfer me to a answer machine in the fraud department. Nobody at capital one can tell me what's going on, or who I can send my innocents to. I am now completely powerless and broke.
