Complaint: This is regarding an account listed on my credit report byCAPITAL ONE AUTO FINANCEunder account # XXXX I sent a dispute letter regarding the information that XXXX and XXXX reported re : this account on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and both times XXXX and XXXX responded by stating that they full verified the information on the account as 100 % accurately reported. However this is completely untrue.
This account is being reported as a balance of {$8300.00} on my credit report however I have documentation XXXX attached ) from Capital One showing a balance of {$7600.00} since XX/XX/XXXX. As a matter of fact, you can see via ledger that a balance of {$8300.00} was NEVER owed by me to this company.
What this means is there is absolutely NO WAY that XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX could have legally verified the information they claim they did and my rights as a consumer were flagrantly violated.
Also, enclosed documentation also shows the account was opened AFTER the date XX/XX/XXXX has reported on my credit report. Another violation. They also continue to report payment history despite this account being in a charge off status. More violations.
Also I respectfully demanded proof from CAPITAL ONE AUTO FINANCE that the repossession of the subject vehicle was legal in accordance with the following UCC : 9-506. - EFFECT OF ERRORS OR OMISSIONS.

9-613. - CONTENTS AND FORM OF NOTIFICATION BEFORE DISPOSITION OF COLLATERAL No such proof was provided within 15 days from their receipt of my certified mail notice, which means the alleged claim of a deficiency is considered null and void, and any continued collection activities, or continued reporting of this invalid claim on my credit reports is a violation of the FDCPA and FCRA.

Complaint: When I apply for a credit card with Capital One, I am instantly rejected due to an invalid Security Alert. XXXX reviewed my credit report and said that I had perfect credit scores and that the Security Alert was fraudulent. XXXX said they had removed the fraudulent Alert after my first application for a Credit Card with Capital One, but when I again tried to apply for a credit card it was instantly rejected, presumably for the same reason. How do I get an accurate Credit Report supplied to Capital One and have my credit restored so that it reflects my correct " perfect '' score of XXXX?

Complaint: XX/XX/19 : Both Merchant and Cardholder agree that consent was given to bill for {$69.00} of transportation service. Both Merchant and Cardholder agree that transportation service was never provided due to weather. Both Merchant and Cardholder agree that accordingly Cardholder is due a {$69.00} refund.
XX/XX/19 : Merchant does not issue refund. Cardholder files dispute with Bank.
XX/XX/19 : Bank issues Purchase Adjustment for {$69.00}.
XX/XX/19 : Bank sends letter to Cardholder reapplying charge of {$69.00}. Bank provides statement from Merchant claiming that {$69.00} was refunded in cash. Merchant provides no additional documentation pertaining to such refund. Bank unilaterally closes dispute.
XX/XX/19 : Cardholder sends letter to Bank attempting to reopen dispute. Cardholder denies ever receiving a cash refund. Cardholder also cites Mastercard Transaction Processing Rules, Section XXXX which explicitly forbids cash refunds in such cases. Cardholder requests {$69.00} credit to the same Card Account used to make the purchase per Mastercard Transaction Processing Rules, Section XXXX.

Complaint: Called Capital One Bank around the first of XXXX, XXXX to learn what happened to my money in my savings account with ING DIRECT which a summary of my account with ING dated XXXX showed a balance of {$50.00}. The person answering the phone at Capital One discovered that ING DIRECT which had been bought out by Capital One, had deducted {$25.00} as a dormant charge on or around XX/XX/XXXX and subsequently in XX/XX/XXXX sent the balance of my account to the State of Oregons unclaimed property department. I did not know of any dormant charge policy by ING DIRECT and had they sent me a notice to my address which they had on file, of money from my account going to unclaimed property in OR, I would have taken care of the situation. Now I have to go through the hassle of filing forms and getting OR to send me the money they owe me.
I was told by Capital One customer service folks that if I open an account with them, they would refund me the {$25.00} dormant charge. On XXXX, I spent 1/2 hour on the phone with 4 different persons putting me on hold and transferring me to different departments to try and get me some help. The last person I spoke with said there was nothing he could do to help me recover my {$25.00} and would not transfer me to someone who had the authority to do so. Even after I read him an email from an employee there ( XXXX ) who said if I open an account with Capital One, they would refund me the {$25.00}. The 1st 3 persons I was hooked up with did not seem to understand about ING DIRECT being bought out by Capital One and did not understand what a savings account was.

Complaint: I have spoke with Capital One Auto Finance customer service department. I have also reached out to all 3 credit bureaus numerous of times trying to resolve this issue. This account is reporting different Payment histories to all three credit bureaus. Every time I try to dispute the issue it has been returned back to me that this account is reporting accurate. I have disputed this account more than 5 times. This is hurting me tremendously and it seems as if no one is willing to take the time out to correct the issue. Credit bureaus get smart and state that Companies can report what they want and do not want to report. I am trying to gain custody of my daughter and i can not do that if my credit history is not reporting accurately for me to even rent a decent home to stay. I am tired of living in shelters. I am tired of having to share space. If someone could just please take the time out to look at what is being reported and correct the issue. I have also provided screenshots so that you can take a look for yourself.

Complaint: I received a judicial summons on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX to appear in court on XX/XX/XXXX to collect a debt in the amount of {$11000.00}. I sent a letter to the court on XX/XX/XXXX acknowledging that I received the summons. I also made contact with the law firm XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX in an effort to settle the debt. I have now received a court order to garnish my wages beginning XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of 25 % bi-weekly. I never received any additional letters about garnishment of wages and this was sent before my chance to stand before a judge on my court date. Capital One is fraudulently trying to garnish my wages.

Card was charged for something you did not purchase with the card
Complaint: I alerted Capital on in writing, about charges that were not authorized by me, Capital one send back info showing the charges were not disputed by the merchant, I responded back stating that the charges were not mine, Captal One responded by saying that they have 60 days to respond. But I told them the charges were not authorized w/i the 60 day time period.
Those charges are still coming and Capital one has not issued me a new card
