Complaint: I have paid my account balance to barclay card ( apple rewards ) in full each statement. Each time I went online to access my account, the balance did not XXXX out and I had a balance due. I have as result overpaid my account by {$540.00}. I have requested a refund of this amount from the card holder however, I am reporting this because their systems are not accurately crediting payments.

Complaint: Barclay Card closed my credit card accounts. I was NEVER late on even one payment. I NEVER defaulted on any amount owed with them ; I have paid them every cent that was owed and did it on-time or before it was due. For whatever reason, which they never gave me, they decided to close the accounts and take from me the rewards that were rightfully mine as they were earned under proper circumstances. Again, I was never late on a payment or missed one either. I 'm asking CFPB to help me get my rewards back.

Complaint: BARCLAY BANK issued a XXXX XXXX credit card to me and within a few months I received several unauthorized charges. Many calls were made to correct this over a few months. Reassurances were made by many representatives that the charges would be corrected and the account was closed for safety purposes. Yet the charges continued and the calls to Barclays continued. The last correction was for {$49.00}. Two months later I received an email for a late balance all regarding this {$49.00} and interest and multiple late fees. A bill that I was guaranteed had been removed after several more calls. I am refusing to pay this bill and I am not receiving any satisfaction from BARCLAYS BANK to correct this problem. Complaint: I requested a balance transfer with XXXX XXXX Barclays credit card to pay off my XXXX XXXX card on XXXX XXXX. After I requested the balance transfer I have called XXXX XXXX multiple times between XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX to check the status because XXXX XXXX says it 's posted but the XXXX account does not show the balance transfer. I even repeatedly ask XXXX XXXX to investigate the issue but the representative keeps saying if the account number I entered was correct, the payment will go through and post on my XXXX account. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX 's representative told me that they are going to investigate, but a later conversation with a XXXX XXXX supervisor reveals that there was no investigation. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX finally agreed to investigate but provided no update to me until I called again today. Today on the first call the XXXX XXXX representative says the issue was still under investigation. On my three-way call with XXXX and XXXX XXXX later today, the account number was verified to be correct but XXXX says XXXX XXXX used a wrong delivery method. XXXX XXXX keeps denying that they made false representations and refuse to refund me the interest I was charged because of their mistake. XXXX XXXX offered to do the balance transfer again at the same term as a resolution, but does not guarantee that they will use the correct method to delivery payment, which means it is not a resolution at all. I am very disappointed because XXXX XXXX 's repeated misrepresentations ( all of the conversation were recorded on XXXX XXXX 's side ) has caused me to pay extra interests on my balances on my XXXX account that I could have avoided.

Complaint: Barclaycard - MasterCardThey decided to close my credit card for lack inactivity without any notification.
Letter mailed XX/XX/XXXX - according to them they mailed a letter notifying me that the account is closed.
XXXX 2014 - Account was establishedI would have happily bought some toothpaste or soda can with their credit card to keep it active. However, they closed the account without any notification or communication.
In my opinion, this is a denial of credit is illegal and a violation of Frank-Dodd Act.
I would even argue this is racially motivated.

Complaint: To Whom it may concern, I am extremely unhappy with the recent finance charges charged to my Barclay card account. I applied to this card via XXXX solicitation. When I applied, I was under the impression I had 18months at 0 % to pay this off. Apparently, I had only 12 months at 0 %. Which was not made clear whatsoever! This is the first card I 've done online statements with and never checked them because I always pay each month on time and thought I had 18 months to pay it. I received no notification via mail, phone or online saying my 0 % was expiring. The only reason I noticed something was wrong was because my account balance was off. I 'm truly disappointed that no one could call or make it easily and visibly apparent my 0 % was up by putting it on the main personal dashboard page and/or in the online payment section. I feel duped and taken advantage of ... .bait and switch for sure! I 'm a good paying customer and will no longer be a customer due to this method of business. While I appreciate the partial refund, I do not believe I owe anything because I was not aware my 0 % was up and believe they want online statements to gain money from unaware customers like myself. I believe I am owed back the difference I 've been forced to pay in interest. They charged me the interest for the entire year because my 0 % was up ... I had money to pay in full but was going to pay monthly because I thought I had 0 % for 18 months. Almost {$200.00} ... Unreal! From what I have found online they have done this to many many customers!! Appalling and criminal!

Complaint: XXXX XXXX, 2015 I reserved XXXX seats on XXXX flight to New York through XXXX. for {$1100.00}. XXXX XXXX declined the charge without notification to me to approve the charge. 10 hrs later my card was declined so I called to find out master card had put a hold on my card suspecting fraud at XXXX. At XXXX I called them to find out they had put a hold on my card and said they would then approve the charge. Assuming all was well I went about my business. But the next day I decided to be sure the flights were paid for to find out I had to use that day cost of flights and it was {$240.00} more. XXXX lied on their records that they had tried to call me. I called them 10 hrs. later and I am on a fraud call list. I want master card to honor their costing me {$240.00} more. Per their notes they lied about calling my cell or texting as they have read me the notes. I want justice now
