Complaint: I have been a very good customer to Barclay 's Card for a year and two months. The credit card company has not provided me with good service regarding a charge to the card which inevitably caused me to have to pay in excess of {$190.00}. Without any service for my protection in these types of disputes, I ended the relationship with the credit card company.

Complaint: In XXXX of 2015 I had a large charge of {$2400.00}. from a vendor who I contacted to get a refund in XXXX. Since the charge was on my XXXX Barclaycard statement, I contacted their dispute department regarding this charge which they said do not pay until dispute is resolved.XXXX statement reflected no credit. Then XXXX received a letter from Barclaycard 's dispute dept that {$2400.00}. credit was issued twice therefore I owe them this money. My previous bill was {$520.00}. now amount due by XXXX of XXXX is {$4600.00}. My complaint is I think Barclays mishandled the funds in order to make a very large amount due so they could collect 25 % interest which I believe is grossly unfair when charges should have just cancelled out. Now they make it impossible for me to pay this huge amount in full and they gouge me for XXXX & interest on the balance.

Complaint: Barclaycard # XXXXcharged me a {$1000.00} as a transfer from another card that had a XXXX balance. Barclay refused to call the new company to correct this error. I made the call to the previous company and was able to obtain a check for {$1000.00}. Barclay rep told me in XXXX that once the funds were received they would credit the card {$30.00} free plus any more fees/chargesAs of today, they have not and refuse to correct their error. Today the balance is $ XXXXXXXXBalance {$56.00}, {$37.00} late fee, interest {$1.00}.
All I want is to have the charges reversed and corrected from my credit report

Complaint: I was contacted by Barclaycard XXXX Department advising me that my account ( XXXX ) was blocked and that I needed to go to a banking center and attempt to do a cash advance, and have the bank teller call them to verify my State DL and identity. Which I did and they charged my account a cash advance fee of ten dollars. I put the the money that was withdrawn back to account immiedityly, I contacted barclay to remove the fee, however they stated they will not.

Complaint: Today I received a call from a company in Ohio that processes payments for a company that sells drones. The man who called said he wanted to verify I had authorized {$3000.00} in purchases for drones to my credit card issued by Barclays Bank Delaware. I had not. When I logged onto my Barclay card account to see if the charges were there, I saw XXXX temporary charges for {$1500.00} each to XXXX. I immediately attempted to contact Barclays. After being on hold for more than 5 minutes, a representative finally comes on the line and says quickly " We are currently updating our system. Please call back in 24-36 hours '' and then HANGS UP! I thought there must have been a mistake so I called back. THREE MORE TIMES. The same thing happens every time. So now, not only is my identity compromised and my credit card being used fraudulently, but I ca n't even talk with someone at the credit card company to find out why they did n't put a stop to the charge ( On XXXX XXXX, 2015 they refused to allow me to charge {$130.00} XXXX until I spoke with their fraud department ) as suspicious and what I 'm supposed to do about it.
