Complaint: Claim # XXXX. My wallet was lost and recovered from XXXX customer service desk. I charged from Texas was placed on my account on XX/XX/2019. I have used my debit card almost every day since then. I noticed the charge on my account when I was told that my payment had declined from my XXXX office. After looking over my transactions I reported this charge immediately to be told that I did not report it soon enough is not acceptable. I can not report something on my account that I don't see. By law I have 60 days or two billing cycles to report a charge. If I received monthly statements by mail maybe I would have noticed sooner. A better question would be why didn't BOA security detect a charge from Texas as fraud. I have never been to Texas before. I am willing to provide any documentation : police report, statement from XXXX, statement from XXXX office etc.

Complaint: Claim ID # XXXX. I was told that my claim was denied because you guys thought that it was a duplicate charge and the merchant had credited my account for it. I explain that it was two separate charges and faxed all documentation showing the charges and what the merchant said. My claim was never reopened and I keep being told by the merchant that I have to dispute my charge with my financial institution.

Complaint: XXXX XXXX University dealt with Bank of America the lender who was the original lender who serviced all 12 loans before selling them to third party. The bank employees along with the employees at the university in the financial aid dept. under administrative XXXX XXXX, who handle all paper work and signed off on. Attached are some of the documents I was able to get. First time every taken out student loan in 2007. 1. Refused to give me copies of all 12 loan application certification completed by the university. ( 2 ) Refused to give me copies of all 12 Bank of America Federal student loan Disbursement Notices ( received from XXXX are attached ) ( 3 ) The 4 Bank of America Federal student loan Disbursement Notices you can see how grade level changed from ( 3 ) to ( 1 ) to create ( 2 ) new loans ; funds that were part of the ( 2 ) unsub/sub loans from XXXX. ( 4 ) Funds were not sent back to the lender attached are the GL of the $ amount and XXXX XXXX deposit slip listing XXXXXXXX XXXX that the funds went to. Employees under administrative orders to charge part-time minority students full time tuitions and other fees then falsify loan certification so that loans taken out. All done for profits and kickbacks. Since I file a complaint against the University of all the employees misdeeds, I was informed that my college files had been destroyed. Due to the fact that I have repeatedly requested copies of my entire college records under my ( ssn ) and the two student ID numbers created by registration. XXXX and second number ( XXXX ). ( 5 ) Changing student separation dates every 3 months just to create more unsub/sub loans with B of A. Neither the bank unable or wont give me the loan documents because they know I never even signed any loan documents nor have I approved the financial institution to be my lender or given the University permission to use them. XXXX & XXXX : BANK OF AMERICA, XXXX Bank of America used not just one branch to process all loans other branches listed on federal student loans were # XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX All loans were reported on credit report crediting has increased and listing loans as a line of credit and not student loans before they sold loans to third party. XXXX XXXX resolution specialist, regulatory complaints department rep for Bank of America stated they never did federal student loans and they have know loan documentations at all nor any information even though they were the original lender of my loans and reported to all three credit reports as well.

Complaint: A lot consumers depend on face to face transactions with their local bank. Unfortunately, some of us have limited time to perform these banking transactions given family and work responsibilities. The Bank of America at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, NC makes it extremely difficult for customers to deposit or withdraw funds with a teller. This bank branch is significantly under-staffed with just one teller. As a result, customers either i ) waste time in one of two drive through lanes that are no longer open or ii ) wait in line for a single teller inside the bank. This is extremely frustrating for customers that only have an hour for lunch or limited time on Saturday mornings to make transactions. The manager at this local branch ( XXXX XXXX ) was extremely condescending when I brought these concerns to his attention. He had no empathy for my concerns. He made no attempt to apologize for the poor customer service. He attempted to embarrass me by refusing to process my transaction. I was asked to leave this bank branch. This is not acceptable and could have been avoided if Bank of America had adequate staffing for this bank branch. It seems like these banking institutions are constantly asking for more sacrifices from customers in an effort to increase profits. Arrogant and incompetent employees like XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX should be more sensitive to customer concerns. The inadequate staffing essentially nullifies access to important banking services. The time waiting for a teller at Bank of America makes customers feel like they are in line for XXXX XXXX tickets. Unfortunately, there is no 'satisfaction ' consistently spending 40 minutes waiting in line to conduct a simple transaction. The bank needs to apologize for being inconsiderate and wasting the time of customers. The bank should value our business and treat customers with respect. Bankrupting America should not be allowed to intimidate customers who raise valid concerns about the company 's hostility towards customer service. Mr. XXXX XXXX is one tree short of a hammock if he thinks consistently having one teller is an adequate staffing level for such a busy location of a national bank.

I looked and there were a bunch of transaction that I did not do. They are from XXXX and XXXX. I have not bought anything or been to those places. I filed a request for a claim they did not grant it. The bank said I must know the person and I authorized them. That is not true at all. I dont know if the bank is trying to steal my money but I did not do that. I didnt receive any notification or anything they just let these people steal my money. I need my mo eye back I am on a fixed income. Please help me I dont know what to do

Complaint: This is the second time Bank of America has decreased my credit limit with no notice. I have been a loyal customer for years and have never missed a payment. I am currently working on my credit and this will ultimately hurt me as Bank of America decreased my available funds from over {$3000.00} to a little bit over {$100.00}. This card will be paid off within the next few months and I will be removing and closing all accounts. I can not continue to do business with a company that could care less about its customers and I will be sharing this on social media and anyone I can get my hands on. You dont kick your customers while they are down or try to push them down as they are trying to better themselves.

I was given a number for an investigator of bank of America XXXX XXXX. I called him left numerous voicemails and he never returned any of my calls. I have bills that have been due for the past two weeks that are accumulating interest day by day. Everytime I call everyone Ive spoken to says they cant do anything and I am transferred to another line where Im supposed to speak with someone and every time I get transferred Im always on hold for hours without speaking to anyone this has been happening for the past two weeks and Ive called back many times to tell them about my problem but its still the same thing over and over. Me calling customer service, after that Im transferred to another line where Im hold for hours with nobody to speak to. I went to a nearest branch and still the banker I spoke told me the same thing. Prior to my account being on hold I was never contacted or told why my account was on hold or was never told the reason an hold will be on my account

Complaint: I received an promotional email for an XXXX XXXX credit card issuing by Bank of America. I clicked through the email to apply the card. The promotional email indicated that my first year of annual fee would be waived. However, once I received the card and call into Bank of America, I was told that the fee would not be waived and they have no knowledge of this offer. I spent over an hour on the phone with Bank of America and was told to forward the promotional email to a supervisor as proof of the offer. I was told that someone would get back to me on this. Five business days later, I still have not heard from anyone. I called back again and once again was told that they could not help me since person that can help is already gone for the day. I was told to call back again.

Complaint: My credit monitoring service alerted me that Bank of America pulled my XXXX credit report on XXXX XXXX, 2019 twice. I believe these two inquiries belong to someone else because I did not apply for any account with Bank of America in XXXX 2019. On XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX, I called BoA credit card application status. They could not locate any application with my social security number. And they can not help with removing the wrong credit inquiries. I also called XXXX to request an investigation and remove the wrong inquiries, but it was unsuccessful because they required a statement from BoA to request the removal of the inquiries. At the moment, it is difficult to contact BoA for help.
