Complaint: XXXX XXXX inquiry with the credit bureaus regarding my credit report without my written consent. I never authorized XXXX XXXX to request credit report without have permissible purpose. I only have two credit cards with XXXX XXXX nevertheless there are over 7 hard injury on my credit report without my written consent. My credit score with XXXX has dropped by 58 points and can't be fixed. I have never given written consent to XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX has never asked for written consent. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 604, a creditor shouldnt have access to a consumer 's credit information unless the individual himself gives written permission, or unless credit access is court-ordered or requested by a state or local government agency in relation to child support. I have disputed inquiry through the credit bureaus regarding my written consent concerning all inquiry on my credit reports with XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX under the FCRA but hasn't received a timely response regarding my written consent. Each CRA hasn't responded yet regarding my written consent. XXXX XXXX have abuse inquiry without my written consent all with the attached document regarding inquires on my credit report.

Unexpected increase in interest rate
Complaint: I made a payment to Bank of America on XX/XX/XXXX of {$250.00}. My account was closed on XX/XX/2019 and the balance at that time was {$17000.00}. When I closed the account due to unfair and deceptive practices, the agreed upon APR of 0 % was applied to a balance of {$8800.00} and {$8200.00}. I closed the account in XXXX. The agreed upon APR on the balances was 0 % and the agreed upon minimum payment was {$200.00}. Bank of America, changed the agreed upon 0 % APR on XX/XX/XXXX, on both balances to 24.99 % and changed the minimum payment changed to {$550.00}. The agreed upon APR when the account was closed back in XXXX was 0 % on all balances with a minimum payment of {$200.00} and I didn't agree to any changes. I made a payment of {$250.00} and Bank of America is reporting to the Bureaus false information about my payment history. The current account balance is {$17000.00}.

Complaint: On or about XX/XX/XXXX, I received an email offer from XXXX XXXXXXXX which promised XXXX miles upon approval. Since I fly XXXX I applied. When the application came up on my screen it showed an APR of 17.34 %. Nothing else was disclosed. I filled out the application online and was approved in less than 5 minutes for {$5000.00}. I received the card in the mail on XX/XX/XXXX. Upon opening the envelope I began reading the terms and conditions. The first item was " when you spend {$2000.00} within the first 90 days you will receive XXXX on your mileage plan. The next item was the percentage rate of 23.74 %. The last item I found out today was a XXXX XXXX yearly enrollment fee. My credit rating is XXXX according to the enclosed report. I did not activate the card, and I cancelled it on XX/XX/2019.
