Complaint: This account is fraudulent and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I know they retaliated against me for saying I will file a complaint against them through the C.F.P.B. This retribution came instant within days after I mention it. As a Veteran who fought for his country, and a Gold Star Family Member. They dont care who they XXXX over to save their brand. They are still with this trickery and foolery.
I need to know what could be done to this company criminally. I told them I will file a complaint against them with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Once I said that, they put that negative account on my credit file. That account is fraudulent. This is unacceptable and unenforceable, and this is an unscrupulous attempt by this company against me. They are only worrying about saving their brand, and not helping the consumer.
My Social Security number, birth date, address, driver 's license information is in the hands of criminals. I learned this the hard way after they were hell-bent on destroying my credit so I can not get my V. A. loan They are creating havoc in my life. This company has a strong dislike toward Veterans, and Gold Star Family Members. They are strongly aware that nothing will happen to them since they believe they are too big to fail. Please help this Veteran and this Gold Star Family member. Please?
I am filing this complaint because they made a threat against me. I can not fathom why would they do this to a Veteran. I have fought for this Country. I come home and get squash by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. They are castigating me for saying I would file a complaint. This stain is an illegal injustice. They put this blemish on my credit report.
My address is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Georgia XXXX. I have stayed at this address for the last fifteen years, and I paid my house off in 2012. I can present my deed to my house. I have contacted Fair Debt Collection Attorney this morning and I am waiting for a return call.
However, they still put this mess on my credit. They need to get the right XXXX XXXX. There are over four hundred XXXX XXXX throughout the State of Georgia. I am resolved to the fact that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXn is a XXXX and a gutless wonder! Why would they put that negative account on my credit file that doesnt belong to me, except mere retribution?
XXXX XXXX I need your help to put an end to this harassment. They are too stubborn, and they are too crooked to satisfy consumers. They are too concerned about their brand at the expense of Veterans. This company, and their employees should be penalized through the criminal justice system. Complaint: Allied Interstate has contacted me via mail and telephone to collect on what I can only assume is my student loan. This is a problem as my loan is on a Federal government calculated payment plan of {$0.00} per month. I was called on XX/XX/XXXX, from XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX, and I spent 11 minutes on the phone with the individual. I had to ask them repeatedly, taking about ten minutes to get an answer, for the name of the company they were calling on the behalf of. I was called on XX/XX/XXXX, from XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX, and I spent almost a minute trying to get the name of the company from the caller. I wasn't told the name of the company that the individual was calling for. They are spoofing their location, to appear close to my location. One of the many calls not cited above, I answered by saying, " You do realize that spoofing your location to look like you're close to me makes you look quite XXXX, right? '' The man responded by asking me something like, " Wait, you're not in XXXX, CA? '' That's quite indicative of them thinking that I'm in California, and that they want me to think that they are too. The paperwork they have sent me has a request for {$11000.00}. I have repeatedly asked for proof that they own this debt, and they have repeatedly ignored my request. I refuse to hand over my payment information to a company that can not prove that I am in debt to them. I have also received calls from XXXX, CA ; XXXX, CA ; XXXX, UT ; and XXXX, CA. I refuse to answer these calls, as Allied Interstate refuses to prove that I am legally owe them money.

Complaint: I have enrolled with a credit resolution company to repair my credit. They went over the tactics that credit agencies or debt collectors will do in order to get me to pay the pay the debt I owe.
The credit resolution company I signed up with provided me a lawyer in case the credit agencies or debt collectors break the law. Allied Interstate has repeatedly been calling me non stop. I received 2 letters from them about 2 weeks after they started calling me. I have been logging all calls that I receive them. They never leave a voicemail and they never call from the same number. My lawyer explained that they are harassing me and explained my rights when it comes to harassment. They are now pursuing legal action against Allied Interstate for abusing the FDCPA.

Complaint: This number repeatedly harassses me throughout the day, even after I have explained to them that I do not owe any debt, and that they have the wrong person. Complaint: I called XXXX service number on the back of the card on or around XX/XX/2018 and explained that I had been through a hardship and wanted to get my XXXX card back on track I told him that I couldn't make a payment until XX/XX/2018 and will pay the rest of the balance XXXX by the next due date. Thinking everything was fine until I got an alert from the credit bureau that my XXXX card was closed on XX/XX/2018 wow I thought they were working with me I guess not. I called the number on the back of the card on XX/XX/2018 to find out what happened to the agreement. The lady on the stated the call would be recorded that's fine so I told her that I would be recording the call as well and she said that it wasn't ok so we ended the call. I just wanted to record it because of the call on or around XX/XX/XXXX when i made the arrangement to make a payment by XXXX of XXXX. They obviously lied about helping me get back on track. I spoke with an attorney prior to trying to work out things with my credit cards he told me to just file bankruptcy because they are not going to work with me. He was half way right all of my credit card companies and mortgage is working with me except XXXX XXXX cards. After the phone call I get some email from a collection agency. XXXX XXXX is not interested in helping customers when they have fallen on hard times.

Complaint: I became a XXXX thanks in large part to receiving my XXXX grants for my graduate studies. In XXXX of XXXX I was notified by Allied Interstate LLC that my " grant '' was now a loan that they were collecting on. I became a certified XXXX in XXXX and am now tenured. I have been with the same employer since XXXX. Allied Interstate is not interested in working with me and have indicated that they feel justified in collecting money from me that the US Department of Education granted to me. I make sacrifices to continue teaching ; financial, personal, and professional sacrifices. Please rectify this issue.
