I am asking for information and signatures stating that I OWE AD Astra MONEY. I never signed any contracts with AD ASTRA I have no knowledge of them until recently.

Complaint: I never received a response back concerning my disputing what this company stated for my XXXX/XXXX/2016 complaint. The company still has not removed the false items from my from my credit report. On XXXX/XXXX/2016 I responded to this company .... I do not agree with this. You can come up with XXXX pieces of paper, but until you come up with a legal document that has my original signature that I walked into a building and signed you have nothing. I did no such thing as go on a computer and borrow money from anyone Ad Astro has not contacted me via phone, because I have never spoken to anyone at this company nor have I received any mail from them. Ad Astro just reported the accounts on my credit report and that is how I found out. All XXXX of my credit reports for 3 years had initial fraud alert 's placed on them, because someone had used my identity. Not until last year did I have the fraud alerts removed from my credit reports. Ad Astro has been no help at all in trying to get this situation corrected and the items removed from my credit report. Also, e-signed documents are not documents showing my signature. If I needed to take out loans I would have walked into an office requesting XXXX. Ad Astro claims that they checked accounts information and was told that the accounts were correct in there response, ok so where is the actual documents showing that I signed for loans, there is none. Ad Astro seems to just update the XXXX and not even check to make sure that the information they report is correct. At no time have I been sent documents showing anything that this company claims to have done to correct or even look into this issue. I will not pay a debt that I did not create. Anyone can go online with my information as they did and take out a loan. I feel like this company should have validated the identity of the person that took out the loan with a photo or something more accurate, but they did n't and why have n't the loan companies contacted me if I so called owed them for a debt. And please stop lieing in your response in XXXX paragraph stating that you all remove items until the issue is resolved and then turn around in the next paragraph and say we have contacted the bureaus to place the items back on to reports when in all reality nothing was removed in the first place.

A XXXX XXXX with Ad Astra recovery services, left a voice mail on my cell phone, stating his name, not his company and he stated " I have been served '' After he contacted me he called my place of employment, XXXX XXXX XXXX, and wanted to speak with my supervisor, my supervisor was not available so he spoke with another supervisor but not mine. XXXX XXXX told this supervisor, not any company he was with, but stated I have a package to deliver to XXXX XXXX. This supervisor with my place of employment, contacted security about this, because, they thought this might be a case of XXXX against me or the XXXX.

Complaint: I borrowed a short term loan in 2015 from XXXX XXXX in the amount of XXXX. I made payments of {$140.00} every 2 weeks for almost a year for a total of {$2100.00}. It turns out NONE of the fees went to pay down the loan or toward interest and it just turned into one long vicious cycle. Now they are harassing me sending threatening emails trying to make me lose my job. They say in the emails that a court case was filed but the court said none existed. I received a text from them recently that said be at my house at XXXX to be served papers. No one came to my house. I am very frightened of their tactics and not sure if they are sending someone to threaten me in person. Then I received two letters from a couple weeks apart with one backdated to XX/XX/XXXX and another dated XX/XX/XXXX. The XX/XX/XXXX letter references a letter a never received and the XXXX said I had run out of time to validate the debt which is a violation of the 30 days allowed under FDCPA Section 809. I think they have done this as a form of harassment. I feel as if they are loan sharks capable of doing whatever they want to me.
