Complaint: I paid for this debt in full for the amount of {$1300.00} to a XXXX XXXX law firm who is allegedly associated with Ad Astra Recovery Svs In. I asked for a receipt for the amount I paid and was told they do n't give receipts. I call the company several times before I even paid the debt and no one would assist me in resolving the matter. I want a receipt for my money paid mailed to me asap and this item removed from my credit report. I do n't even live in XXXX I live in XXXX and I was n't even suppose to receive a loan if I was n't a resident of the state XXXX. I do not have a XXXX Id or DL, I was temporarily working a XXXX job there over a year ago. I have paid this debt and I want my proof.

Complaint: The loan that was taken out in my name, was not taken out by me. It is a fraudulent crime. The social security number on the document, the collections company that XXXX XXXX sent my loan to sent me the document of incorrect information used to access the loan, is incorrect. How did XXXX XXXX not make sure the person taking out the loan is actually the person. The social security numbers did n't add up, should 've been a reg flag there. I would like for the loan to be removed from my credit report and for the company, XXXX XXXX, to pay me for the years of bad credit ruining my chances of investments.

Someone either from a data breach or theft of my purse has use my information to obtain all kinds of weird things. Complaint: I was a victim of Identity theft and this payday loan was part of that. It was removed from my credit report and now it is showing back on there. I have not even received any information regarding this. The only reason it is showing is because I monitor my credit. This needs to be removed from report.I have a affidavit from the FTC that supports my claim.

Complaint: after sending multiple certified letters to ad astra and filing complaints XXXX and XXXX, ad astra asked me to go onto the ftc id theft website and send them a copy of this to get the tradeline removed. I have done this and sent them a certified letter that was signed for on XX/XX/XXXX. This still has not been done, even though i have done what they have asked. Ad astra continues to work in bad faith by not honoring what they said they would do. I have never done anything with this company.. i do not have a signed contract with this company nor do i owe this company any money. this is a BAD DEBT

Complaint: I was a victim of identity theft and noticed a collection from AD ASTRA RECOVERY I 've attempted to dispute multiple times however no response on their end. Not sure what else to do. Police department told me to contact the federal trade commision which I wrote a formal complaint against AD ASTRA RECOVERY in regards to this matter. The FTC also instructed me to complete a id theft affidavit through identity theft.gov. Attached is my document. Thank you

Complaint: Company trying to collect more money than I originally owe or borrowed. I only borrowed {$800.00} they are trying to collect {$1200.00}. I was not aware of all the additional fees and interested. I tried to resolve the matter several times but the companies failed to call me back. I called the 3rd party law office that has my account to do a settlement on the account they refused and said I have to pay {$1200.00}. The balance owed is more plus additional fees and interest that I can not afford. I have no problem paying what I owed I can barely afford all the additional fees and I was also told that a lawsuit was filed on XX/XX/2016.

Complaint: I wrote to AD ASTRA RECOVERY SERVICE about an account that had shown up on my credit report when I was denied a mortgage loan acct # XXXX. I then sent a certified letter stating I want validation that this was my account I never owed them. They sent me paperwork stating that I was the borrower of. However, they violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section623 ( a ) ( 3 ) by not placing the disclosure within the required 30 day period. I then sent a second letter stating the following above I have not received a response, but they have marked this account as disputed on my credit report after the required 30 day period.

Complaint: XXXX/XXXX/2016 XXXX XXXX CST A voice message was left for me on a ref contact number asking for location information for me by a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ext XXXX. I returned the call and spoke with her and asked why they were contacting a reference after I asked for a cease and desist. She reviewed the account and could see the request and advised me she needed to have me speak with a supervisor. I ask why would I need to speak with a supervisor, she replied to verify the cease and desist. I did not get the mgrs. name but when he came on the line he asked what he could help me with I asked did the rep not fill him in and he stated he wanted to know from me. I explained that I have requested a cease and desist and wanted to know why they were calling a ref. He stated he did not see that request and I asked how if the rep stated she did? He said he only seen where I asked for no calls and so I asked then why are you calling a reference number? He stated he would place the account in a cease and desist status. The manager was slightly rude and I could tell he was eating which was gross and very unprofessional

I XXXX received XXXX loans in the amount of {$350.00} from XXXX XXXX in the month of XXXX 2015. The dates of the month of XXXX are the XXXX 2015 and XXXX of 2015. And both of these loans in the amount of {$350.00} was settled in the amount of {$400.00} on the XXXX and XXXX of the month of XXXX. I have not received a loan on XXXX XXXX. I have faxed Ad Astra Recovery a copy of my bank statements to vertify. What i am writing to you hoping tha this will clear all this up this time. Even for the month of XXXX I have not received a loan the XXXX of XXXX it was the XXXX of XXXX 2015. I stated " here are patterns of my bank statements the way I was paying my loans. '' Paying all them the sameday not days after. My bank statements can contest to that so what more proof i need. That 's all i have to show is my statements.

Upon receipt of this letter, I checked my credit report and requested verification of both debts. To date I have received no verification and the debts continue to show on my credit report.

A TYPED name is not VERIFICATION that a contract was signed and agreed. If a contract was signed and agreed upon it was with a company other then Ad Astra. I am asking for information and signatures stating that I OWE AD Astra MONEY. I never signed any contracts with AD ASTRA I have no knowledge of them until recently.
