Complaint: I requested AD Astra Recovery Services, Inc to provide me with a validation of the debt that they talked of earlier. I stated this is not a refusal to pay, rather a statement that your claim is disputed and validation is demanded. ( 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( b ) ) I do hereby request AD Astra Recovery Services, Inc provide me with complete documentation to verify that I owe the said debt and have any legal obligation to pay you AD Astra Recovery Services, Inc I have not received documentation demonstrating compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) ( 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( b ).
I also didn't give them permission to give my personal info to a third party without my permission. I would like for this account to be DELETED from all 3 credit bureaus

I keep going through this with them and they keep stating there not contacting me, but this time they are and I have witnesses that is willing to provide a written statement and get it notarized if necessary along with there statements on how this company is portraying themselves as lawyers getting ready to sue me in the court of law.

Complaint: AD Astra Recovery Services is reporting on my credit report in the amount of {$1500.00} account # XXXX which is false and its keeping me from obtaining credit.
* Were you named on the original contract with the original creditor?
* If not, do you have a contract between your company and me, signed by both parties?
* If not, produce the document authorizing the release of my information from the original creditor to you ( Power of Attorney ), signed by me. It is against the law for a creditor to share your information to any party other than the account holder without their authorization. Giving your information to a 3rd party without your knowledge or consent is perpetrating identity theft, * Do you have first hand knowledge about everything that has transpired with the alleged account, including when the account allegedly belonged to the original creditor and any other parties prior to your acquisition?
* Do you have written consent to collect information about me and to share information about me with the credit reporting agencies - in writing, signed by me?
Validation is the documentation backing up your testimony. One without the other is hearsay and inadmissible.

Complaint: On XX/XX/18, I filed a complaint with Consumer Finance Protection Bureau ; XXXX ( complaint number ), regarding " Ad Astra Recovery Service '', falsifying information on my credit report that they never " Validated '' as belonging to me. In their response to the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau, on XX/XX/18 ; Ad Astra Recovery Service, stated they requested to the bureaus to delete from my credit report. They never deleted this account from my XXXX credit report. This continue to be a " Fraudulent '' company. I have attached the XXXX report showing they are telling XXXX to keep this false information on my credit report illegally, according to the " Fair Debt Collections Practices Act ''. I am requesting to have this information forwarded to " the Attorney General 's Office, and to forward to Federal Trade Commission immediately.

Complaint: This company is trying to collect { {$890.00} } from me for a debt they claim I owe. I have disputed thIs demanding that they comply with the Fair Dept Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act by ( 1 ) providing me a contract or bill with my signature on it as follows : " I am requesting validation, made pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Please note that I am requesting validation ; that is competent evidence bearing my signature, showing that I have ( or ever had ) some contractual obligation to pay you. '' They sent me a computer printout of a bill and an agreement from another company that does not bear an actual signature, but nothing with my signature on it. They are in violation of the Fair Dept Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act by claiming I owe money and they have no document bearing my signature wherein I allegedly authorized these charges. They are reporting this fraudulent claim to the credit bureaus as a valid debt, yet they are unable to validate the debt.
