Complaint: I sent a certified letter on each attempt dated XX/XX/18, XX/XX/18 and XX/XX/18 to Ad Astra Recovery Group for Validation of the alleged debt that they claim I owe to their company and that is appearing on my credit report. I did not open this account reported on my credit file. I don't Know who this company is. I specifically asked for a signed agreement and other supporting documentation that states that I signed an agreement to Ad Astra Recovery Services. The request was not adhered to. Ad Astra Recovery Services continued to report to the credit bureau for the alleged debt. I never received a billing statement from this company. I don't even know who they are. Ad Astra Recovery Services have reported the information to the credit bureaus as verified and I am asking that it be deleted the account was never validated. The account does not belong to me.

Complaint: As I already reported via telephone, I am a Victim of identity theft. I have recently learned that my personal information was used to open an account at XXXX XXXX. I did not open this account, and I am requesting that the account be closed and that it be absolved of all charges on the account. This account was bought by this Ad Astra Recovery a third party, which acquired a debt that was not authorized and is not lawful to pursue action on something that has not been validated.

Complaint: Beginning XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX I made many attempts to correct this error reporting on my credit files with the 3 Credit Bureaus & was unsuccessful because my dispute results with the Bureaus came back as verified by the furnisher of the account within the last 6 months. So I decided to reach out to this creditor in XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX by sending them a Debt Validation Letter but they on both occasions sent me what looks like a contract with a typed name on it. Im disputing this because I never a had relationship with the collection agency nor the original creditor. They havent provided me with any viable piece of evidence that proves that I owe this debt, not a SIGNED contract with my signature on it or agreement to pay the said debt. I also would like to add that my identity was stolen & used on several occasions because I had lost my wallet on public transportation between the years of XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX

Complaint: Please be advised this is my THIRD WRITTEN REQUEST and FINAL WARNING that I fully intend to pursue litigation in accordance with the FCRA to enforce my rights and seek relief and recover all monetary damages that I may be entitled to under Section 616 and Section 617 regarding your continued willful and negligent noncompliance.
Despite two written requests, the unverified items listed below still remain on my credit report in violation of Federal Law. You are required under the FCRA to have a copy of the original creditors documentation on file to verify that this information is mine and is correct. In the results of your first investigation and subsequent reinvestigation, you stated in writing that you verified that these items are being reported correctly? Who verified these accounts? You have NOT provided me a copy of ANY original documentation ( a consumer contract with my signature on it ) as required under Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) & Section 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ). Furthermore you have failed to provide the method of verification as required under Section 611 ( a ) ( 7 ). Please be advised that under Section 611 ( 5 ) ( A ) of the FCRA you are required to promptly DELETE all information which can not be verified.
The law is very clear as to the Civil liability and the remedy available to me ( Section 616 & 617 ) if you fail to comply with Federal Law. I am a litigious consumer and fully intend on pursuing litigation in this matter to enforce my rights under the FCRA.
I demand the following accounts be verified or deleted immediately.
* Please remove all non-account holding inquiries over 30 days old.
* Please add a Promotional Suppression to my credit file.

Complaint: I sent a professional letter on XX/XX/XXXX.The only response I've received from them was a sample letter, including the loan application and bill for payment. I've also called three times and left messages with no response. The only time I did talk to someone, they were extremely rude and still would not answer any of my questions. However, they are still negatively report on my report. Below is a copy of my letter : XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, KS XXXX XXXX AD ASTRA RECOVERY SERVICE XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, KS XXXX XXXX ORIGINAL CREDITOR : XXXX XXXX To Whom It My Concern : I am writing today concerning derogatory reports on my credit report. According to my credit report ; one account in is the amount of {$2500.00}, and was opened on XX/XX/XXXX. The other is in the amount of {$980.00} and was opened on XX/XX/XXXX. The latter was five years ago! I am concerned with these reports for several reasons. First, there should be only one account for XXXX XXXX, opened in XX/XX/XXXX/XX/XX/XXXX. Why are there two accounts, four years apart? Second, the one account should have been written off as part of my bankruptcy back in XX/XX/XXXX. Therefore, there should be NO account from XXXX XXXX still on my credit report. Furthermore, when the other account was opened in XX/XX/XXXX, why was I never contacted? My phone number has not changed and my address has been forwarded. I could have cleared up this mater a year ago! These derogatory reports are preventing me from obtaining a first home owners loan, even though my credit score and other accounts are in good standing. I would like both these XXXX XXXX accounts to be removed from my report immediately! If you refuse to do so, I will be happy to inform present and future clients just how XXXX XXXX and Ad Astra Recovery Services regard their clients. Apparently, customer service is not important to you. If I need to file a report with the XXXX XXXX XXXX also, I will do so. Thank you for your time. Complaint: I took out a loan for {$210.00}. Shortly after that, I had someone break into my car and steal my identity. The robbers broke into checking account and filed taxes in my name. This caused me to go delinquent with XXXX. After I was able to fix the damage that the robbers did I tried to pay my balance that I owed XXXX XXXX. They told me that I would have to pay them XXXX. I explained my situation but they refused to work with me. I think that it is unfair and predatory that they will not allow me to pay the balance that I owe them. In addition that is harming my credit. Please help me!!
