Complaint: I recently requested my credit files from all three credit reporting agencies. Once, received I notice a account on my credit from Ad Astra Recovery Services ( Collection Agency ) which had been from XXXX XXXX XXXX. The account showed was reported by all three credit agencies. I submitted a dispute with all three agencies, and the investigation from collections agency response was information verified. The collection agency did not give any accurate data concerning the accounts. The acct # XXXX also is reporting inaccurate opening dates on the account. with XXXX shows opening date as XXXX18, XXXX XXXX reflected XXXX18. I submitted a dispute with also XXXX a three reporting the negative account. A investigation was conducted, after the completion of the investigation. I requested debt verification of account information. Which, would verify when account was opened, and amount owed, and signature could be verified. At the time of this account open, I have never have had a nt with XXXX XXXX, and I am not aware of any account with this company. Ive contacted the Collection agency Ad Astra Recovery Services. And I am attempting to get this issue resolved. By the collection agency providing account information of owner ship of the account. Which they will not provide in response to dispute of accurate information. The account is inaccurate, and negative, and derogatory information on my credit file.

I made several payments to Ad Astra in XXXX and XXXX towards the balance of the loan, but my credit file still reflects the original payday loan amount of {$660.00}. I have reached out to them via US Postal service but haven't recieved 'any ' correspondence back. I need for them to update the amount owed and work with me to resolve the balance or remove the incorrect information from my credit report altogether due ti inaccurate information.

Complaint: AdAstra violated the FCRA and FDCA by not VALIDATING the item in the REQUIRED timeframe. I asked for a validation of the debt, not a verification of the debt. Verification is what this company is continuing to provide and Third Party Debt collectors are subject to VALIDATION of debt. AdAstra just provides a 1 page letter with a balance due, they are not providing the documentation that I have requested to validate this debt. I requested that the debt be validated, which it never was and as a response to this validation request, I continued receiving balance statements. I repeated the investigation was never completed and the documentation requested was NEVER sent to me. I requested an initial validation of debt which included all relevant account number ( s ) as well as specific information that is compliant with a reasonable investigation. Those items were the original contract which is bilateral and this contract will contain my original signature as well as the other party original signature, proof that this debt originated from my social security number and address with proper identification and Full audit compliant accounting on the balance AdAstra is claiming due, and Proof that they are authorized to collect on this debt, is there an agreement between you and the alleged Original Creditor? This information which the company has admitted to sending ; is NOT validation compliant. Ad Astra, has yet to forward the following information, which was requested in the original request for investigation.

Complaint: I recently, requested copies of my credit files. From all three credit bureaus, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX. Once received I reviewed all three reports and there were accounts on my that I had no knowledge. And several that were from collections agencies. So i was advised to file disputes of the accounts in attempts to get the inaccurate, and darogatory information deleted. After, a couple of disputes I got information from the major three credit bureaus. Stating that the information reported was reported by the collections agencies. Was correct, in my dispute I detailed that I needed detailed information. Such as my signature on original contract, loan numbers, year account was opened etc. None, of this information was provided on the information that was placed on such as accounts, amount owed on the accounts, and re-aged dates on accounts. I am needing help in the process of getting the accurate information concerning these accounts. I have also ben advised by all three credit bureaus they would not re-investigate any of my disputes. Unless, I could provide further information on the accounts. I don't have any further information accounts, not aware of accounts. I have requested information by sending a letter of validation of debt, original account signature of credit, original date when account was opened.To all three credit bureaus, notating that a copy of the letters would be sent alone with a complaint filed to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureaus. It is my intention to get down to bottom of these daragotory accounts and get them removed from my account..
