The collection accounts have been removed from XXXX & XXXX but still remain on XXXX.

Complaint: I filed for chapter XXXX bankruptcy in XX/XX/XXXX and all debt was discharged as of XX/XX/XXXX. Ad Astra Recovery Services had listed my account as being in active collections on XX/XX/XXXX despite knowing that the debt had been discharged. I disputed it and they removed it from my account on XX/XX/XXXX. Once the claim was closed they immediately re-listed it on my credit report again on XX/XX/XXXX as being in active collections. I have notified my attorney of the fraudulent activity in preparation to pursue legal action.

Complaint: I do not recall taking out this loan and agreeing to these terms as listed on my credit report. I have disputed this multiple times and not only do the credit reporting agencies not appear to fully investigate, Ad Astra EVERY MONTH refreshes my date as if it's a new collection, thus negatively impacting my credit score. I have asked for properly validation of this debt and have not received any copies of signed contracts or agreements. I have only received screen print outs that do not provide validation that the debt belongs to me. I have attempted to resolve amicably so my mortgage would not have been denied and they refused. Every month, even when I have not actively disputed the account, Ad Astra FALSLY places an in dispute comment on my report which again caused my great difficulty and affeted me negatively in trying to obtain a mortgage. The last attempt at validation on or about XX/XX/19 that I tried and specifically asked for signed contracts or agreements, I was told they had it and would send, however I again received screen print outs which do not properly validate my debt.
