Complaint: Tried to apply for a joint account at XXXX XXXX. Didn't give me option to add his information and went to credit terms agreement. I didn't click on submit because it wasn't complete without his info. They still pulled my credit on the incomplete application and denied me. Application number # XXXX. Called two different numbers but they would not correct application. Wanted to me to go to a dealership to correct. So they pulled my credit without my authorization and denied me. Negatively impacting my credit score. I'm sure I'm not the only one stuck like this. They have a problem with their on-line application process they need to fix since it submits application regardless if you accept their credit application terms or not.

Complaint: I had leased a vehicle from Honda Finance and my lease ended in XX/XX/XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX, Honda Finance charged me for property tax for the vehicle, despite me no longer owning the vehicle and the property tax being billed after my lease ending in XX/XX/XXXX. I asked for clarification as to why I owed this amount, and they placed a derogatory notice on my credit stating that I was 30 days late, despite me disputing the charge because it was not owed under the terms of the lease.

Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX-Finance Manager at XXXX XXXX agreed to hold contract for 3 days until I seek a better interest rate. On, XX/XX/XXXX, I informed him that I'd received a better interest rate and that he is to cancel the previous contract. He submitted the previous contract anyway be cause he didn't believe that I actually got a better rate and that his boss was pressuring him to submit it due to end-of-month sales. I went into the dealership on XX/XX/XXXX to demand a cancellation of the contract. Since XX/XX/XXXX, I have been trying to get this contract cancelled. I've gotten no cooperation from the dealership. I contacted American Honda Finance to inform them of this fraudulent loan but they said that the dealership has to cancel the loan contract. This is truly a case of discrimination. I have voice recordings of all meetings with everyone I met with at the dealership. Even the Finance Manager who submitted the loan contract admitted to his actions and the discrimination behind it.

Complaint: I purchased a vehicle XX/XX/XXXX. I traded in a Traverse and purchased a Honda Civic. My payment for the traverse was due XX/XX/XXXX. I asked the dealership if I would still be liable for the payment of the XXXX and they said if I was worried inshoudl call XXXX, that my loan was through, and cancel my payment. I did not cancel the payment because I didnt wasnt my credit affected negatively. I called XXXX XXXX in XXXX Ca on XX/XX/XXXX to inquire about my first payment dueXX/XX/XXXX for the Honda and left multiple messages, never getting a call back. On Saturday XX/XX/XXXX XXXX took another payment for my Traverse that I traded in. I finally got someone to answer my call on Saturday, they said theyd speak to their manager on Monday XX/XX/XXXX. At XXXX XXXX I drove the hour away to make my payment to the dealership because I have no other information as to where to make the payment. The dealership said Im out the interest that Ive paid on the traverse even though I gave it to them on XX/XX/XXXX. I cancelled the insurance on the traverse and as far as the DMV is concerned I still own the Traverse, my drivers license could be suspended because it doesnt have insurance. The dealership did not process my contract until XX/XX/XXXX according to them. How can they wait 45 days and make me pay 3 car payments for 2 cars? 1 I dont own?? I cant add a loan number or account number because I still havent received any paperwork stating I own the car!

Complaint: Honda Financial states that because payments online were late that as company policy that they no longer allow access to those customers to make their payment through their online portal for 12 months. I asked for a manager to restore my online access to pay and I also inquired where in my contract did they advise me about this discriminatory treatment for certain customers and not others to make their payments online. I inquired as to the legality of that decision to lock customers out of their online payment system and where in the contract that I signed am I warned that the policy of the company is to discriminated against as a late paying customers and force them to pay in addition to the fees that are usurious in excess of {$1800.00} of late fees that have been charged onto this account. Now i am being forced to pay an addition $ 4-12 to make payments using XXXX XXXX This company needs to be sued in a class action for blocking only certain customers but not all customers from using the online system to manage their account payment portal. it is a deliberate manner of rejecting customer payments and making the company charge additional fees onto certain customers

Complaint: I attach a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX explaining I dropped the XXXX XXXX vehicle on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, CA and on XX/XX/XXXX I telephonically contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX to inform I had dropped the vehicle. The extended lease on the vehicle expired on XX/XX/XXXX and all the payments were timely made. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a threatening telephone call from an individual, XXXX, ( copy of a 2-page letter signed by XXXX is attached demanding {$1000.00} payment ) at my current employers telephone number. Later, I checked my credit report and found out that on XX/XX/XXXX a status updated was posted on my credit report showing a balance of {$2900.00} and indicating past due 30 days. I enclose a copy of this page of my credit report attached to the XX/XX/XXXX letter. For clarification purposes, the XX/XX/XXXX letter consists of two pages only. I received an Official Notice of Vehicle Return dated XX/XX/XXXX. Again, on XX/XX/XXXX I checked my credit report showing Status Negative by AMERICAN HONDA FINANCE, Balance {$2900.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX I called XXXX XXXX XXXX and I was told by the customer female representative XXXX has not posted any negative entry on my credit record and the representative advised me to contact myself each one of the credit reporting companies to fix my credit problem. By looking at the letter signed by XXXX XXXX, I found out XXXX XXXX XXXX is a DBA of American Honda Finance Corporation. I leased in XX/XX/XXXX an XXXX vehicle and I had no issues with the vehicle return but only because I leased another XXXX vehicle, the XXXX XXXX. I had the intention of purchasing, not leasing this time, an XXXX vehicle but after the way I am being treated I will not do it. And worse, when I test drove an XXXX vehicle on XX/XX/XXXX the vehicle I drove had mechanical issues. These are the companies involved with my complaint : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Complaint: I CAN NOT RESOLVE THE LAST FEW LATE PAYMENTS ON THE ACCOUNT. I HAD SOME MANY PROBLEMS WITH MY COMPUTER IN XX/XX/XXXX AND MY PAYMENTS WERE GETTING IN LATE AND THE SUGGESTION OF THE SUPERVISOR OF AMERICAN HONDA FINANCE I HAD MADE A PAYMENT ON THEIR WEB SITE AND I WAS APPLIED LATE AND MY CAR WAS TOWED FOR THE LAST PAYMENT NOT RECIEVED OR RECIEVED LATE. THIS COMPANY HAS TREATED ME VERY POORLY, AND BULLIED ME INTO BELIEVEING I DESERVED TO HAVE MY CAR TOWED AND TO PAY THE TOWING COMPANY A FEE FOR A PAYMENT MADE BUT NOT POSTED IN TO THE ACCOUNT. THIS ERROR WAS ENTIRELY HONDA FINANCES FAULT. ALL I WOULD LIKE IS TO HAVE THE LATE PAYMENTS REMOVED FROM MY HISTORY. I ALSO DONT KNOW WHY THEY WOULD UPDATE MY ACCOUNT IN XX/XX/XXXX AND XX/XX/XXXX, WHEN I HAVE HAD NO PAYMENT OBLIGATION TO HONDA FINANCE, AT THIS RATE I WILL NEVER GET RID OF THIS BAGERING COMPANY FROM MY CREDIT REPORTS. PLEASE HELP ME IN REMOVING ALL THIS HISTORY FROM THIS COMPANY ... THIS IS MY RIGHT AS A CONSUMER, I HAVE HAD NO FURTHER BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEY STILL HAVE ACCESS TO DESTROY MY CREDIT ...
